The staff is also sensitive to the concerns of elderly people with hearing disabilities like me and other friends of mine who enjoy visiting. 06/04/2026: I'll start by saying it's a two-star hotel, so I don't understand the negative reviews. Obviously, you shouldn't expect extra luxury. The property is dated, but it's located in a very quiet area with ample parking in front. It also has a restaurant/pizzeria. Across the street is a seafood restaurant, a bar, a pizzeria, a church, and water dispensers for refilling bottles. The hotel rooms aren't very large; they don't have a bidet, but they do have a TV and a shower (well, I'd change the showers if I were them), and some have a balcony. Breakfast is basic: croissants, a tart or two, and yogurt, but again, it's not a five-star hotel, and for the price I paid, I wasn't expecting a continental breakfast. The lady at the bar in the morning was very kind and friendly. I really enjoyed having breakfast outside because the weather permitted. Otherwise, you have to eat inside in front of the reception, with a very loud noise coming from the refrigerator. One evening we had dinner at their restaurant and had a good meal. It was very busy, so I think it's well-known in the area. In short, if your goal is to stay overnight and then go around Capalbio, Orbetello, Monte Argentario, etc., this is a nice place in a nice location.

01/12/2025: Extremely unpleasant, and very expensive for what it is. The receptionist is truly awful; she should definitely find another line of work—customer service is clearly not for her.

06/03/2026: Avoid! A hotel with a very low-quality restaurant at a price that's definitely out of line. The rooms are poorly maintained, not very clean, and the toilet seat, for example, was of poor quality and the wrong size, and was only fixed in one spot. The dinner, of which only the pappardelle with wild boar was good, the rest (mixed grill and salad) were decidedly below average (and there wasn't even any mustard available...), cost almost €100 for two people. The dinner consisted of two plates of pappardelle, two mixed grills, and two salads. Drinks: one water, half a liter of fairly poor-quality white wine, one 33cl beer and one 66cl beer (Moretti or Peroni), plus two coffees, one Sambuca, and one Montenegro. Please note that this is not high season. P.S.: The second star is only due to the pappardelle and the efforts of the kind waitress.
