14/10/2023: Photonic cappuccino, impeccable service. We were passing through and so I didn't have time to better "frame" where we were exactly. It is always pleasant to find those who know how to work well even in less central places, however the review experience arises precisely from this, when you least expect it the surprise arrives and makes you want to write a nice review so that other people can also be moved by it. how it went for me

10/09/2023: Notwithstanding the view and the magic atmosphere of Capalbio the food was rather poor and above all over priced. We paid extras on anything. The menu is decent but then they have a lot of extra charges and we eventually paid 40 euro per person for a mediocre dish of pasta and an equally poor wine. Clearly you do not expect Cecconi in Mayfair. Wondering how many foreigners will struggle with the bill. No Italians dined for the night we were there. That alone was a clear sign. Sad that in an amazing place like Capalbio you still find places like this. Please do not get put off by our review , average Italian restaurant is way better than this one tonight and Italy undeniably deserves a top ranking in the world.

01/09/2023: Trovato per caso location con un ottima veduta cibo cucinato in modo impeccabile specialmente le pappardelle al cinghiale ottimi i dolci e salumi locali ci torneremo sicuramente se ne abbiamo la possibilità

30/10/2023: Capisco gli aumenti degli ultimi tempi, ma 60 € a persona a pranzo per 2 bruschette, 2 primi, una fetta di crostata e una bottiglia di vino (cattivo) mi sembra troppo ... peccato era uno dei miei posti preferiti, adesso solo per turisti ...

14/09/2023: Su consiglio di un albergatore di Chiarone, scoprii questo ristorante (nascosto tra vari capannoni) una decina di anni fa, più o meno. Fu subito amore, per il pesce fresco (sembrava quasi una pescheria con tavoli annessi) e il conto abbordabile pure per chi non naviga nell'oro. Ora è un locale, tendenzialmente, pretenzioso e costoso, per chi non ricerca formule ma sostanza. Le pietanze restano, sostanzialmente, di buon livello, con qualche "addittivo" in meno, oltre a un risparmio sul costo, potremmo gustarci il piatto per quello che è veramente. Il servizio non è impeccabile, "ma so' ragazzi", come direbbe qualcuno. Della musica in sottofondo, farei volentieri a meno, pure se fossero i Pearl Jam. Della prospiciente ferrovia, purtroppo, non se ne può fare a meno. In sintesi, questo locale da me frequentato (e fatto conoscere ad altri) ogni volta che passovo da queste parti, ha perso quella magia che aveva agli esordi. P.s. al tavolo affianco al mio, un tizio sorseggiava Coca Cola con i crudi. A fine pasto non è stato arrestato!
