22/01/2025: Marco che dirti, innanzitutto grazie mille. Ospitalità, cordialità, consigli e raccomandazioni, tutto PERFETTO! Partiamo dai vini, anzi no, atmosfera e welcome caldi e avvolgenti. Vino: poesia in bottiglia, 2 consigli su 2 apprezzatissimi! Antipasto misto in condivisione, materie prime di livello e tipiche della zona, esaltate sapientemente e senza corromperne il gusto, anzi! Primo piatto in condivisione: Scrigni cacio, pepe e tartufo con un po’ di pera che dava una nota dolce al piatto..un altro 10+! E poi il trionfo su tavola: La Bistecca Fritta! Un must di questo locale che lavora la carne da maestro! La recensione la stiamo facendo prima del dolce e del conto ma ormai è chiaro: Qui non si mangia, si volaaaaaa! Continuate così e grazie ancora per l’esperienza memorabile! Ps anche tantissime scelte di dolci e piatti senza glutine

09/02/2025: My experience at the Nello restaurant was simply incredible, worthy of a starred restaurant. Each course represented a journey into flavours, a discovery of new and bold, but perfectly balanced flavours. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every dish, and the creativity of the chefs transformed each course into a culinary masterpiece. The service was impeccable, with attentive and helpful staff, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I didn't expect such a special evening, but Nello managed to exceed all my expectations. A restaurant that I recommend without hesitation to those looking for a unique and memorable gastronomic experience, absolutely worthy of a starred restaurant.

03/01/2025: We spent 2 nights in this quiet and rustic relais including the New Year's Eve dinner with dishes cooked with high quality raw materials and served by an always kind and smiling staff. A special greeting to Ilaria who manages the excellent and complete breakfast. Spacious, clean and well heated room. We will return in the summer to use the swimming pool perhaps by motorbike.......

21/12/2024: If you want to try a Tuscan experience in the heart of Chianti, this is the right place. We arrived for work in this beautiful structure created from an old Tuscan farm and the great surprise immediately spread among us. A marvel managed with simplicity and professionalism. The rooms are beautiful, both the deluxe and superior ones and we regret not having been able to dine in the adjacent osperia which is closed on Wednesdays. It's a 3 star so you won't find the "niceties" of a 4 star but there are also details that a 4 star doesn't have. Everything is wonderful but if I wanted to find a sore point it is definitely the breakfast which is essential but even there the fabulous Ilaria transforms it into a moment of great discussion and dispenses unsurpassed tourist advice. What can I say? If I return to the area I will definitely return

09/02/2025: 21 of us had lunch at Bule for an important birthday and I must say that Daniele and Sara with their staff are always a guarantee! Nice welcome, excellent quality food, plentiful and well presented, impeccable service, more than reasonable price.

05/02/2025: Da Bule is a typical Tuscan trattoria nestled in the hills not far from Florence, excellent food and very reasonable prices (a quantity of peposo worthy of attempted murder but that's how we like it) first-rate local cured meats and cheeses, very high quality meat, the only sore point perhaps is the desserts but you don't go to Tuscany to eat notoriously sweets, highly recommended, hurry up before it is completely invaded by Americans, already the other evening there was a family next to our table!

05/01/2025: Fantastic lunch! This restaurant was an incredible find. We had a selection of cheeses, polenta and mushroom crostini, and a pâté as a starter. As second courses, grilled lamb and brochena. And side dishes: beechnuts and sweet and sour onions. Finally the panna cotta and tiramisu. Everything was delicious, but the second courses were truly exceptional!! Super fast service, friendly staff and very pleasant environment. Excellent price. Compliments!

29/12/2024: We have an absolutely great time. The food is quite good and the staff are as well. The setting itself puts everything over the top. I suggest you get the tour with lunch included!

21/01/2025: I was doubtful because in January, there being 9 of us (with strollers) they had placed us in the loggia. I changed my mind because we had a really good time! Warm, served and revered and quality dishes. I recommend it!

30/01/2025: A super experience! We took a tour of the cellars, a wine tasting and an excellent cooking class with Eduardo (Eddie). The 14thC Castello is worth visiting even without the cooking class, a great way to spend an afternoon in Eduardo's capable hands. So good we are going back in a few months!

23/09/2024: Fantastic dinner. We had dinner at this restaurant on Saturday night and it was wonderful. We trusted the reviews, because we are from another region, and I must tell you that they have never been more truthful than in this case. We have almost everything based on cod and it was like a blast from the past for the flavors and how it was cooked. Must try: Corteccia di mamma rosa... divine, as well as the fried cod and marinara style. A round of applause to the dining room staff, and especially to the girl who served us, who proved to be friendly and professional and who put us at ease. Finally, a hug to mum Rosa, who, despite her age, is still in the kitchen and who, although we had never seen each other, came to greet us as if we were family friends.
