01/11/2025: Very old fashioned atmosphere , a little strange we were seated in a side conservatory , and the main restaurant space with the open fire wasn’t full ?…. the florentine steak for two was excellent and delicious, very small side portion of potatoes , but v good . Bean side order very bland and beans slightly undercooked.

30/11/2025: My favorite place!! It's always a guarantee, the typical Tuscan food is truly delicious, the atmosphere is very welcoming... every time we feel pampered by Simone... I recommend it to everyone with all my heart!

26/11/2025: A charming location. It was raining and cold outside, but inside the lights were warm and soft, and the fireplace was lit right in the room where we dined. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and discreet. The appetizer was tasty and generous enough to share. The pizza was really good, cooked well, perfectly thin, and with a texture that, in my opinion, was perfect: just the right amount of crispiness, not at all soft and heavy. Those who ordered the meat said it could be cut with a spoon... medium-high price, I recommend trying it.

03/10/2025: You don't have to eat in the restaurant; you have to make a reservation there, but rather go next door where the pizza is made. It's a dining experience. Surrounded by Italians and by a pizza oven. Watching the pizza being made is simply amazing. We were there two evenings... both times absolutely delicious and the price was great. Highly recommended.

There wasn't a single time things went poorly; the staff were friendly, approachable, and offered a selection of wines that weren't among the top labels but were excellent quality and priced. 09/12/2025: Every year I return to Bianchina, and every year I give it 5 stars. Because the food is good, because it's affordable, because the waiters are kind, because they're fast. Is that enough? This time I tried the suckling pig with potatoes, which was the choice of the day. Excellent. I believe the owners are Sardinian, and that explains the excellent quality of the suckling pig, as well as that of the homemade myrtle liqueur. For me, Florence isn't a visit to Bianchina without it.

06/12/2025: I wasn't familiar with the place, but it's easy to get to and has ample parking. The steak was exceptional, a classic Florentine steak, undercooked but melting in your mouth. Despite being busy, the service was very fast. The prices were average and much lower than those downtown restaurants where they serve almost black-core meat.

15/10/2025: The place is well located: close enough to Florence, but also deeper into Tuscany, giving it a peaceful and pleasant setting. The room, while comfortable, was small and lacked a bit of that homey touch, and the bathroom was awkward. We had a slight misunderstanding with our reservation at the nearby restaurant, not because of the restaurant, where they were always friendly and helpful, but because the manager offered to make the reservation and apparently forgot. When we arrived, we didn't have a reservation for the agreed-upon time, but fortunately, we were able to resolve it thanks to the excellent service of the restaurant staff. The next day, we enjoyed the breakfast included with our stay at the same restaurant, and it was truly exquisite: varied and homemade. The meal the night before was also delicious. In short, the accommodation wasn't bad, but personally, I don't know if I would return. I think it's more of a stopover spot or ideal for those traveling in the summer who want to make the most of the pool and outdoor areas. What I do highlight is that being so close to this restaurant, you can easily enjoy its good food and service, which was one of the great advantages of the stay…

05/11/2025: I have to say the food was good, even if a bit pricey for the quantity served (just consider that the fish, sold at €7 per 100 grams, was the flat rate for the sliced ​​steak, which was probably not even served whole). But, I repeat, everything tasted very good, the only reason for two stars instead of one (no, the friendly waiter also contributed to a less than total disaster). From the entrance, we found, in order: - one of the two forks encrusted with dirt. - a beard hair inside the lasagna (resting on the edge of the plate and duly ignored when I picked it up). - the waiter, who, although friendly, thought it best to smoke several times during the service, thus decanting a stale tobacco wad that was unsuitable for the service. - the coffee cup was extremely dirty, as if the coffee machine had exploded on top of it. In short, for a restaurant that presents itself with even the slightest pretense of quality, I have to say it was truly disappointing. I'm not used to negative comments but I'll present everything in an analytical way hoping for improvement because, I repeat, the food was really good.

26/10/2025: What can I say about a club where, once you start eating, the food tastes like it's from a Michelin-starred restaurant. The spaghetti al tegamino is fabulous, and the pappa al pomodoro meatballs are accompanied by a light yet tasty homemade mayonnaise. And lastly, the chef is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended.
