11/02/2025: Tavolo prenotato. quando arriviamo il gentile cameriere ci fa accomodare e ci comunica che se volevamo mangiare la pizza c'era da aspettare almeno quaranta minuti. Ci è stato suggerito di prendere un antipasto. Non ne avevamo voglia e un pó sconsolati abbiamo deciso di aspettare. Così veniva detto anche a tutti gli avventori che sono arrivati dopo di noi. Ma, sorpresa le nostre pizze sono arrivate dopo 15/20 minuti. Ma anche agl' altri clienti che ancora dovevano finire l'antipasto è arrivata la pizza in anticipo, addirittura molto prima di aver consumato il piattino dell'attesa. Devo pensare ad una formula di marketing? Comunque la pizza era buona.

21/12/2024: Si chiamava "I 4 assi" tanti .... assi fa! Il locale è carino, saliamo al primo piano, scala non larga, accanto a me una stufetta per riscaldare e il montavivande (opportuno): tavolo pronto, cordiale accoglienza con microassaggi a cubetti, di pizza già sul tavolo. La sala si riempie velocemente, dalla comanda alle pizze, passa il tempo necessario. Buon impasto, buon sapore, il prosciutto crudo .... nella media. Ho gradito anche la birra e il dolce, cheesecake frutti di bosco, assai gustoso. Caffè. Conto giusto.

15/02/2025: First time in this restaurant, excellent service and very good food. I recommend a Fabulous Peposo made to perfection as a second course. Desserts, limited choice but excellent. Prices within the norm.

09/02/2025: We had dinner here on October 15, 2024 and were assigned a table without a reservation without any problems. The food, with personal wine accompaniment, was excellent. I would like to emphasize the friendly service again at this point. Price-performance ratio is really okay. Thank you for the lovely evening! When we are back in Impruneta we will definitely come back.

01/03/2025: This was the first place I ever tasted Carbonara. Every place else the rest of the week that I try to did not meet the taste of theirs

01/03/2025: An evening group dinner at Tres Pini was part of our Trafalgar Tour options and it was a highlight of our trip. Amazing location in the Tuscan hills of Florence - we had a gorgeous evening with warm friendly service from the beautiful Libero family. The meal was incredible with wine pairings. Generous portions. Lovely music. The best night of our trip.

12/01/2025: Premetto che ho già provato questo ristorante più volte , nel complesso non è male , quello che ho riscontrato sono le portate ! sia come quantità che come preparazione , non sono sempre uguali . Variano , come se non ci fosse una gran mano da parte dello chef

14/01/2025: Christmas lunch with fixed menu, around 40 euros per person (including children) for Tuscan appetizers, two first courses, dessert and coffee, water and wine. We found the bottles on the table already open, we had to ask several times to get the bread, I wasn't asking for dazzling smiles but at least not to feel like I was in the wrong place. I have no right to judge the quality of the cuisine but if most people leave large leftovers on their plates I think there is a reason. Nobody forces a restaurant to open specifically for 30 people but once they decide to open, diners pay real, good money and expect the service and quality of the dishes to be equally good.

15/02/2025: We discovered this place by chance during a trip to Florence, and since then it has become a fixed stop every time we return to the city. It is a small and cozy place, with a quiet and welcoming atmosphere that makes you immediately feel at home. The food is simply delicious: all homemade, with fresh, quality ingredients. Cuisine attentive to seasonality and tradition, top meat! The service is impeccable: kind and attentive. If you are looking for a restaurant away from the tourist chaos, where you can eat well and feel pampered, this place is a guarantee.

11/01/2025: My husband and I came for dinner because we were staying nearby and were passing through. Excellent traditional Tuscan food, friendly staff and a welcoming environment, just what we needed on such a cold evening. Top quality-price ratio, delicious homemade desserts!

02/03/2025: Dominant position on the Florentine hills. From the base of the hill the climb is quite easy due to the roads and some tight hairpin bends but still nothing special. After the entrance gate, we find a large car park and about fifty meters away, the entrance and reception. Our room is more than spacious, clean and furnished with brightly colored furniture. Comfortable and clean bathroom like the whole resort. Heating and hot water at will.... Unlimited breakfast, European style with self service. Here too, order and cleanliness are not lacking. From the two external terraces you can see Florence and Brunelleschi's dome. The only negative note that is easy to resolve for me is the bed pillows. Even if you put two one on top of the other, your head touches the mattress... almost like not having them. Overall, good structure recommended.

01/02/2025: The villa is in a beautiful location and is extremely beautiful and seemingly luxurious. Unfortunately the good ends there. Inside everything is dated and worn. The rooms are neglected and the minimum amount of furniture is decidedly tacky. Mediocre restaurant and breakfast service. Poor service and hospitality.

31/12/2024: Always a good point of reference in Impruneta for breakfast, a quick lunch, a coffee or an aperitif. Beautiful terrace with splendid view of Piazza Buondelmonti!
