03/10/2025: You don't have to eat in the restaurant; you have to make a reservation there, but rather go next door where the pizza is made. It's a dining experience. Surrounded by Italians and by a pizza oven. Watching the pizza being made is simply amazing. We were there two evenings... both times absolutely delicious and the price was great. There wasn't a single time things went poorly; the staff were friendly, approachable, and offered a selection of wines that weren't among the top labels but were excellent quality and priced. 15/10/2025: I was there for a birthday party/guesthouse. They're organized to serve, no one gets left behind. The view is spectacular. As for the food... I don't know... I ate well, but I wasn't satisfied. 🤷 I don't know how to explain it.

10/10/2025: A great resort with friendly service and a good location for Florence. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The view from the pool was beautiful, and everything was very clean. Unfortunately, the restaurant that evening didn't impress us very much. We had the grilled meat and pasta with wild boar, which seemed to have been reheated and was mushy. The grilled meat with salcica, ribs, and chicken was almost inedible because it was reheated and very dry. The tomato and mozzarella starter was very good. The wine, however, was wonderful. The breakfast was also a bit lackluster.

12/01/2025: Pranzo domenicale ottimo, antipasti con crostini misti buonissimi, pappaal pomodoro rivisitata con stracciatella, a seguire risotto di zucca con taleggio e cavolo nero, poi filetto lardellato con profumo di albicocca e rolle' di galletto con fegatini e prugne, vino locale il Morino piacevolissimo consigliato da uno dei proprietari, servizio e pulizia perfetti! Avevo un pochino freddo e gentilmente ci hanno spostati al tavolo vicino al caminetto. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo ottimo! Consigliatissimo!

05/06/2025: Extraordinary! We ate there in the evening on a superb shaded terrace overlooking the surrounding hills. The food was delicious; we had a starter, primi piatti, and dessert. The dishes were original and refined, and I ate the best panna cotta of my life. Finally, the service was impeccable, kind, friendly, and relaxed. If you visit Florence, I highly recommend trying this restaurant, which is only a few kilometers away but feels lost in nature. Thank you to the entire restaurant team for a magnificent dinner!

19/05/2025: Ambiente davvero bello con la particolarità di mangiare letteralmente di fronte la chef che cucina. Pochi posti ma ben serviti. Staff molto bravo. Menù sfizioso ma che rispecchia la toscanità. Eseguito davvero in modo eccellente dalla chef. Nonostante fosse una comunione con oltre 20 invitati, piatti erano ricercati e belli anche esteticamente Torneremo sicuramente, siamo stati davvero bene Grazie e complimenti a tutti
