02/04/2024: We were unable to enjoy the small village of Moggiona due to a rainy spring, but we made up for it with the route to the Mater restaurant, which accompanied us among the scents and scents of the surrounding forest. Bringing the forest and all its suggestions onto the plate is the intent of chef Baroni, for a menu proposal linked to the territory, to the proximity of Camaldoli and to the products of the vegetable garden and the 0 km garden. In the tasting menu "In depth " among our favorites the forest broth and the wild salad with pepper vinegar sorbet, the pigeon is superb. The room is minimal but welcoming, here too the view of the woods of the Casentino park does the honours. The service is attentive and attentive. Since there's no two without three... 15/05/2024: We've been coming here for quite some time, and I must say, it's a delightful meal every time! It is a trattoria that serves typical Tuscan dish. For the antipasti, the Tagliere Toscano is what you should take if you wanna open your palette! 1st plate is pastas and they let you choose which type you want and a wide variety of sauces to go with it. My personal favorites are the home-made chittara pasta with the parmagiano and pancetta sauce, also the tagliatelle pasta with the tartuffo sauce is absolutely delicious! For 2nd plate, there's a decent choices and you can never go wrong with a grilled meat plate. Some of sweets are home-made too! I love their version of the crème brûlée. Staffs are friendly and especially that guy (I haven't gotten his name) He is very attentive towards me and my son. He even gave my son a free candies. 😍 The ambience of this restaurant is warm and cozy.

27/04/2024: Just for the trolley of vintage 70s desserts it is worth stopping here and in fact often in the summer late in the evening they come just for that... but the dishes on offer are absolutely up to the standard of the final wine list and at adequate prices. Friendly service without being invasive. Seeing is believing !

01/04/2024: We had dinner here with the kids. Truly special place, we had a great time and were treated like princes. The food is of quality, we were surprised by the modest price despite the quantity and care of the dishes. A magical place, managed by people who do this job with experience, passion and competence. If you have noisy children, this is not for you: good taste and education reign here.

08/05/2024: 6 people ate at this restaurant for dinner, in the center of Arezzo, all fish, no one had anything to complain about, everything delicious. I can't suggest some dishes because we were told that the menu changes often. The quality of food and service is high, this also justifies the prices.

31/03/2024: Ho voluto aspettare un paio di giorni prima di scrivere questa recensione per evitare l enfasi del momento ,location suggestiva in riva all Arno servizio di livello ,la cucina è attenta al territorio ricercata con abbinanamenti che offrono un percorso gustativo molto interessante e certamente pieno di sapori suggestivI e piacevoli al palato ,abbiamo optato per un menù da 6 portate con una bottiglia di vino sempre del territorio ma che esce dai canoni che potrebbero essere scontati, in conclusione ho passato jna serata splendida con compagnia piacevole e cucina di altissimo livello cosa chiedere di più,ovviamente i costi sono allineati al livello del servizio e della cucina ma non si può avere tutto, tornerò sicuramente , bravi

05/05/2024: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in my life, welcoming staff, it felt like being with family, bowl for the dog, nice to children, light and really tasty dough. I also loved the pub tables outside. Very kind in every way. Very low cost considering the excellent quality ingredients. Super recommended as a stopover in a beautiful area of ​​Tuscany. A nice family that makes excellent pizza. Vote 10

The "Stinco" that we had yesterday is nothing short of superlative, soft, tasty, tasty, cooked to perfection as you can rarely find in a restaurant!
