20/07/2025: Frequento questo locale da diversi anni è mi sono sempre trovato bene, stavolta però qualcosa è andato storto, la pizza era immangiabile perché cruda. Come sempre il personale molto cordiale e gentile. Hanno fatto di tutto per ammorbidire l'accaduto, ed ho molto apprezzato il gesto.

19/07/2025: We visited this pizzeria and were thrilled. The pizza is light and made with high-quality flour, and the burger is simply spectacular. The staff is friendly, attentive, and quick with their service. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and meticulously maintained. Kudos to Mrs. Simona, who is helpful and courteous.

20/06/2025: Great Location, But Poorly Maintained and Misleading "Breakfast" This chalet has a lot of potential, it’s in a peaceful, scenic spot on the slopes of Etna, and the setting is truly lovely. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the location. The place felt rundown. Only one of the four kitchen burners worked, which made cooking frustrating. The shower setup was inconvenient, and even flushing the toilet was a hassle. On top of that, a group of 7 or 8 cats constantly hovered around our door, meowing for food — not exactly relaxing. One of the most disappointing aspects was the so-called "breakfast" that was included in the booking. It consisted of packaged dried toasts, a tiny packaged croissant, and a few apples, none of which we ended up eating. It felt like an afterthought rather than something meant to welcome guests. If we had known the breakfast was going to be this poor, we would have brought our own food. With proper maintenance and more honest communication, this place could be a gem. But in its current state, it just doesn't deliver.

I am writing this review, however, to report the behavior of the staff that I found anything but professional: distracted and rather rude. Let me explain: once I got to the cashier, I ordered and paid in cash with a €50 note. The cashier, however, did not remember how much I had given her, and asked me to confirm. When I told her that I had given €50, she initially did not want to give me the change back, convinced that it was not true. Only after a bit of discussion and after telling her to look at the cameras did she convince herself and give me the money back, but in a very annoyed and rude way The issue is not so much the €50, but the attitude she had. Furthermore, a similar scene had happened before me with another customer: even in that case the cashier did not remember how much she had been given…. I would add that even a year ago, the exact same thing happened to some of my friends: they had paid with a €50 note, and even then they didn't want to give them change, claiming that it wasn't true. But I say is it a joke?😂😂😂 Everyone makes mistakes, especially in work environments with a high flow of people, but if episodes like this happen so often, perhaps there is a more serious problem to solve

08/06/2025: Hello, I would like to share with readers my experience on Saturday 06/07/25. I will start by saying that I was skeptical given the low price but I was thrilled with the service, the food and the quality, all 5 stars, and then simply accessible with a wheelchair given that the entrance is on the street level. I would like to underline this detail because in a previous review it was written that the place was not accessible with a wheelchair. I would report these people for the falsehoods written. I will conclude by saying CONGRATULATIONS.

09/05/2025: Posto molto accogliente, proprietari simpatici e gentili, ben posizionato in centro nella bellissima Nicolosi, porta dell’Etna. Abbiamo iniziato con una zuppa di fave fresche, finocchietto selvatico e ricotta salata, accompagnata da crostini di pane! Una delizia per il palato, abbiamo ritrovato sapori e profumi di una volta! Abbiamo poi continuato con una carrellata di delizie (polpettine di verdure di campo, di ricotta, di patate, melanzane, carciofi, cavolfiore affogato, …) . Potevamo infine rinunciare al dolce? Questa sera assaggi di due torte magnifiche e profitterol , il tutto annaffiato da due liquorini (ciliegia e carrube). Ovviamente buon vino locale per accompagnare il cibo! Una serata magnifica, da ripetere!!! Lo raccomando a chi vuole rigustare i sapori buoni e genuini di una volta.

01/07/2025: Nice place, but disappointing service. We had ordered a sandwich, specifically asking not to put salad, since my wife is pregnant and, for safety reasons, can only eat it if well washed. Despite the request, the sandwich arrived with salad: a mistake that can happen, and so far nothing serious. I reported the situation to the waiter, explaining the reason for our request. Unfortunately, the solution adopted was unacceptable: he simply removed the salad with his hands in the kitchen and brought us the same plate. An unprofessional and decidedly inappropriate gesture, especially considering the sensitivity of the case.
