Yesterday I went to Rosemary's hut at the last minute, it was around 10:30 PM, and they found us a seat right away even though it was Saturday (also because they have space everywhere, which is a great thing). My boyfriend and I had mixed roast beef and lemon scallops and we were absolutely thrilled. Everything was excellent. The service was friendly and welcoming. The same goes for the owner who charged us. We'll be back! ✨

I recently dined at Rosemary's Baita, and the experience was a unique mix of contrasts. The Food and the Pizza The real highlight is undoubtedly the cuisine. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and the pizzas are truly excellent, well-leavened and flavorful. You can sense a special care in the choice of ingredients, which is the main reason I would recommend a stop here. The Ambience The atmosphere is decidedly unique: the place seems to have stood still in time. Even in May, the Baita retains an eternal Christmassy feel that envelops the place. If you're looking for a place that can transport you "out of this world" and away from the seasonal frenzy, this touch of off-season winter folklore has its charm. Disappointing Notes: Service and Details Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the dining room management. The service was a bit slow, and overall, I found a lack of attention to detail. • Disappointing Note: I found pitted olives on the pizza. This is a rather uncomfortable (and potentially dental!) oversight that ruins the harmony of an otherwise excellent dish. In summary La Baita di Rosemary is the ideal place for those who aren't in a hurry and are looking for a good pizza in a charming and unconventional setting. However, if the service were quicker and more meticulous, it would be a true gem.

Experience from a few weeks ago. Welcoming and very delightful place with a Christmassy ambiance. Beautiful and spacious location, excellent giant pizza, delicious. Friendly and attentive staff. Even though we hadn't booked, which I recommend especially if there are more than two of you, they welcomed us and seated us immediately. Highly recommended.

Excellent and generous house carousel appetizer (2-3 people), €15, mixed fried food: zucchini, potatoes, croquettes, onion rings, cauliflower, carrots, generous (2-3 people), €11, fried food that's not greasy. You could stop already, but... First courses with porcini mushrooms: Rice with mushrooms and tagliatelle with pumpkin and porcini mushrooms, creamy and delicious. Relaxing and Christmassy atmosphere.
