24/11/2024: It's a very nice place and it's small... The owner is very kind and knows how to do his duty.... The only flaw is in the pizza..... Personally I didn't like it... no flavor, no seasoning. especially raw dough, something that quite a few customers have pointed out... I personally would focus on changing the pizza chef because the only problem lies there... it lacks taste and character which is the basis for an excellent pizza....

04/12/2024: He moved across the street from where he was before but the opinion doesn't change. Now more spacious, there is a part reserved for the restaurant. Modern, clean and friendly staff. Excellent cappuccino and truly stuffed croissants. You can enjoy an aperitif by eating a rather rich plate of appetizers, and not the usual peanuts and salty chips or small bruschetta with a bit of tomato........and having to add a personal opinion, it is the only bar not having increased the price of the croissants which, in addition to being full inside unlike other bars, always cost 1 euro! The only sore point was the pizza: I happened to have to eat it and it wasn't tasty at all. The pasta was excellent, the rest lacked salt and the ingredients of the capricciosa tasted of nothing, you couldn't even smell the mushrooms, the same goes for the ham. I highly recommend shopping with a little more quality when choosing the products to put on the pizza. So €8.50 isn't worth it at all. Loss of a star on our part.

17/12/2024: Mia moglie ed io cercavamo un buon posto dove pranzare. "Sale e Pepe" è stata una piacevole scoperta. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Locale carino ed accogliente. Gli antipasti veramente molto buoni e porzioni abbondanti. Consigliatissimo lo stinco di maiale. Morbido (non stopposo) e saporito. il titolare è veramente un bravo "padrone di casa". Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Quando saremo a Caltanissetta, ci ritorneremo (per i primi piatti)

10/12/2024: I asked for a wavy flag of Italy with a chocolate stick. I saw a monster cake that I paid 100 euros for but it's worth 10 euros. It's ugly as hell. The sugar handle is detached...they don't know how to listen to the customer. I asked for a chocolate handle and instead I got it. they placed a rolled piece of sugar paste for the modest sum of 100 euros, stolen money.... Update I confirm that everyone who saw it said WHAT A DISGUSTING!!! I'm sorry I can't show the video because it doesn't respect the rules But I can say that the cake they made couldn't even be looked at and that I didn't take any photos because I was ashamed... 16/11/2024: Preso dalla voglia di un buon cannolo siciliano a Caltanissetta e consigliato dalle ottime recensioni di tripadvisor, sono stato in questa pasticceria e devo dire che la qualità è davvero alta, uno dei cannoli più buoni, la cialda in particolare era divina. Locale ben curato e da apprezzare l anima social e tecnologica dell’attività. Complimenti.
