15/02/2026: The quality of the products is definitely the restaurant's strong point: everything is excellent and mostly homemade, including the bread. The space is very simple, with just a few outdoor tables under a portico, which, unfortunately, doesn't make for a particularly conducive atmosphere for conversation, but nothing special. The staff is friendly and approachable, and the prices are fair, especially for the season. Highly recommended, and probably the only one of its kind in Caltanissetta.
04/01/2026: Iconic. Since meeting Stefano (the owner) and seeing South's Flow grow, for me there's no other burger in all of Caltanissetta. Quality, kindness, iconicity. The bun is their strong point, expertly crafted, and the meat (whether patty or pulled) is also top-notch. My only complaint, if I may: use less coleslaw in the pulled, for my personal taste.
Otherwise, always top-notch.

18/09/2025: We came here for the first time expecting a simple fast food joint. We were wrong: the quality of the food was that of a top-notch restaurant! We ate very well, plentiful, and, I repeat, quality!
The only problem: the prices weren't clearly indicated, nor were they detailed (if there was a menu, or if you paid individually, how much, how, etc.).
But other than that, the prices were absolutely in line with the quality—in fact, we'll be back!

10/08/2025: 5 stars without a doubt! Last night we had the pleasure of dining at this sushi restaurant and were absolutely amazed! We weren't expecting such an excellent place, but we have to say this restaurant exceeded all our expectations.
The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The environment is clean and tidy, and you can tell they care about quality and attention to detail.
But the real highlight is the fish: fresh, flavorful, and of the highest quality. We've never had sushi this good anywhere else! The value for money is excellent, a real bargain.
We highly recommend this restaurant to all sushi lovers. We'll definitely be back!

28/01/2026: Fina and Pino are wonderful, they make you feel at home!
The dishes are delicious and healthy, the artichoke and shrimp combination is truly spectacular... Not to mention the dessert, figs from their trees with lavender and vanilla... The pomegranate sorbet... Everything was spectacular!
We'll definitely be back, thank you for everything!

27/12/2025: Jovenca is an excellent choice. We tried a picanha and a Florentine steak. The meat was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly rare. The location is well-maintained.
07/12/2025: It wasn't our first time here, and it proved to be an excellent choice once again. The food is good, the dishes are carefully crafted and prepared with quality ingredients. The owners welcomed us once again with kindness and courtesy, making us feel immediately at home.
A welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and a pleasant atmosphere. A restaurant that continues to earn our trust. Recommended.
