Jovenca is an excellent choice. We tried a picanha and a Florentine steak. The meat was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly rare. The location is well-maintained.

It wasn't our first time here, and it proved to be an excellent choice once again. The food is good, the dishes are carefully crafted and prepared with quality ingredients. The owners welcomed us once again with kindness and courtesy, making us feel immediately at home. A welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and a pleasant atmosphere. A restaurant that continues to earn our trust. Recommended.

Top raw materials as well as truly exceptional dishes, the staff leaves a little to be desired and the location is truly top notch, despite the open kitchen you can tell that the place is very clean and fragrant.

A unique experience for Caltanissetta: you expect a butcher's shop, but instead you find yourself in an elegant, unique restaurant with meticulous attention to detail. The staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. The meat is top-quality and well-cooked, even the tartare with gazpacho is sublime. The quality/price ratio is definitely in the customer's favor, considering the high quality and very fair prices. Highly recommended, I'll be back!

16/04/2026: Pizza reviews, not restaurants. Let's start with the positives. The dough was dry, well-leavened, and well-cooked, and easily digestible. The toppings, however, were less impressive; the Norma pizza was a bit disappointing; the diced eggplant, under-fried, and tasteless, was not good at all. The tomato puree was of poor quality. The white pizza with mortadella and pistachio cream was also uninspiring. Given the high prices, I suggest improving the quality of the ingredients and sticking to traditional recipes.
