02/04/2025: Beautiful artisan bakery with a good selection of fresh baked goods. From the small sales room you can look directly into the bakery. The panini with olive oil were still warm from the oven in the afternoon. Highly recommended!

24/06/2025: Try the specialty of this place,the minni di vergini. Be advised there after that you won't be hungry for a while but worth the calories ;).
Coffee here was also exceptionally good and the owner super friendly.
According to the diploma that was hanging there the ice cream he sells is home made. It looked great but we were not able to eat more.

12/09/2025: I ordered a tagliata, and they offered me an alternative (maybe they ran out of tagliata), but no one warned me that it cost double the tagliata, a full €30 compared to the €15 for the tagliata.
I think they should have warned me that there was a price difference and that it wasn't an alternative!!! I would have ordered something else, perhaps.... The service... questionable, my companions were eating and I was "offered" the alternative....!! I don't recommend it!!

The pizza was also very good, and the staff was kind and helpful.

The wine selection was excellent and paired wonderfully with our meal. Everything from the service to the ambiance was spot on. Highly recommended — we couldn’t have asked for a better evening!

The staff is even better: kind, friendly, and very helpful.
There's also a drinks bar next door with an excellent selection of gin.
Perfect for a quick bite.
I highly recommend it.

21/09/2025: A quiet and welcoming place, a traditional trattoria tucked away in the alleys of Castrofilippo's historic center.
The four of us sampled several homemade appetizers, two pizzas, and a schiacciata: everything was delicious and prepared with authentic simplicity. The four-cheese pizza, while flavorful, was a bit too oily.
The atmosphere is pleasant and familiar; I recommend visiting especially on weekdays, when the service is more attentive and quick, while on weekends the place tends to fill up quickly.
18/09/2025: A very nice place and atmosphere with a lovely little terrace lined with fairy lights.
The food is delicious, and the owner is happy to let you taste his local specialties.
We loved everything, even the house wine 😊
Would definitely do it again. Reservations recommended.

First-time customers or those traveling, as well as those sitting at the outdoor tables, may feel uncomfortable due to the loud music. Some dishes take three hours to prepare, and the portions are very expensive, even though the dishes look very beautiful. The service is very slow, and I absolutely do not recommend it. First of all, almost no one comes here, and the prices are very high.

19/03/2025: A restaurant in a pearly hotel in the middle of a gray sea... a spectacular place. Beautiful design, gorgeous color combinations, excellent lounge music in the background, attentive and fast service, and very refined cuisine. I think there's no point looking for anything better in Favara. Prices are a bit above the local average, but fully justified. Excellent.
