19/12/2025: In my 1-night staying in Caltabellotta, I went for dinner at this restaurant, following the suggestion of the owners of my accommodation. I was welcomed, adviced and treated like a regular customer/old friend. The meal was excellent and authentic, the price fair, and the location quiet but lovely. Recommended.

02/08/2026: An excellent restaurant, both in terms of location and quality of products. Specifically, we enjoyed delicious dishes like red prawns and pasta with prawns and citrus pesto. We rounded out our lunch with a caper parfait, which was truly amazing.

06/05/2026: I was unsure where to buy my almond sweets to take home. A friend's recommendation took me to Zamnito. I picked up a 1kg tray of sweets and was offered one to try. Delicious. The perfect balance between almond paste and sugar. Soft and fragrant, as a handmade baked good should be. Compliments for both the product and the kindness. Much appreciated and enjoyed at home too. I recommend it.

20/03/2026: Excellent place, both as a restaurant/trattoria and for pizza. It has an outdoor area with several tables right in the pedestrian area. Excellent food, tasty and generous portions. The staff is very polite and helpful, the dining room is well-kept. Clean and tidy, even the bathroom, though a bit small. In the summer it fills up with tourists, so reservations are required. Average prices. Money well spent.

20/05/2026: Best bar in the area, super friendly people and delicious tapas/snacks for an aperitif. We didn't eat, unfortunately, but we'll definitely do so next time; it's sure to taste just as good as the offered appetizers. Thank you! :-)

18/07/2026: Excellent food, very good pizza, the service was a bit slow, perhaps because inside the restaurant (we dined outside in the square), there was a baptism and perhaps they preferred to serve the booked event better, in which case I advise the owner to organize with other collaborators for the customers who dine outside

05/07/2026: Pizzeria Très Chic in Favara is truly delicious! The pizzas are made with light dough and the freshest ingredients, cooked in a wood-fired oven for a crispy and flavorful result. The atmosphere is lively and colorful, creating a welcoming atmosphere, while the staff is friendly and professional. For all this, it deserves my personal sixth star 🌟 highly recommended!

05/06/2026: We were in Santo Stefano for the cheese fair and stopped at this pizzeria. We found a warm atmosphere and a friendly waitress! The pizza was very good and we had a great time. We'll be back when we can.

22/05/2026: A wonderful bar in the center of Santa Giustina. Bicio's crostini are delicious, and there's an excellent selection of alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, and shots. The tequila and rum are truly exceptional. The music-filled atmosphere makes for a relaxed and fun evening. They also offer excellent events with live music, DJs, and themed nights. I highly recommend it.

We never had any doubts about choosing this location for our wedding, because over the years we've always seen it as a venue that stands out for its organization, professionalism, and attention to detail, and spending our most beautiful day here only confirmed this impression. We'd like to thank the maître d', who impeccably coordinated the entire staff, making us feel looked after and pampered from start to finish. We sensed genuine care not only for us, as newlyweds, but for each and every guest. One of the things that struck us most was the ability to manage every moment with ease and precision, never leaving room for improvisation. Behind every detail, you can sense extraordinary organization, the kind that guests may not see, but which truly makes the difference in the success of an event. We also greatly appreciated the attention shown to our guests' different dietary needs, which were accommodated and managed with great availability and professionalism. A special thank you also goes to Ottavio and Giuseppe, who accompanied us throughout this journey with their presence, availability, and kindness, always making us feel listened to and supported. The Kokalos Palace will not only be the place where we celebrated our wedding: it will forever preserve one of the most important and happy memories of our lives. Since I have allergies, the staff was very professional and attentive to my needs on various occasions, including lunches, dinners, and weddings. Plus, the service was fast. I've been enjoying it for years, and I'll definitely be back!!

26/04/2026: We came all the way from the Marche region to try this pizza... and it was definitely worth it! The dough is light and easily digestible, with quality ingredients that make every bite special. The owners, Massimo and Tina, are wonderful people: welcoming and friendly, they immediately made us feel at home. Even though the place was packed, the service was quick and efficient. The local ingredients are also excellent, truly spectacular. We'll definitely be back!
