04/01/2026: €12 for a takeout pizza with fries, delivered an hour and a half late. The delivery guy calls, I go downstairs, wait five minutes, and it doesn't arrive. Good, yes, but I can't accept the rudeness of someone who doesn't know how to manage their own work.

28/12/2025: We had a reservation for 8:00 PM, but only one pizza arrived at 10:00 PM—the children's pizza; all the others were still missing. After numerous reminders to the staff, the situation remained unchanged. The children's pizza that arrived was burnt, but we avoided sending it back so as not to have to wait any longer. Meanwhile, takeout pizzas continued to come out as normal, while those at tables were left waiting. An unacceptable experience, especially with children, which demonstrates terrible service management.

20/05/2026: I had a pistachio and hazelnut gelato cake, and it was a real hit! Everyone loved the deliciousness of this cake. The gelato is delicious, the flavors are varied, and the tastes are balanced and pleasant. There are tables both inside and outside. They also serve coffee, desserts, and cakes. One of the best gelatos I've had recently.

11/05/2026: I've made three purchases to restock and replenish my business... Because I'm used to trying three times before writing a review, because to err is human, but to persevere means there's no hope... To get their products, you pre-order them well in advance to ensure you have the full assortment and meet your customers' demands... Payment is strictly in advance, otherwise the order won't be taken into consideration... which is fine the first time, but after purchasing three times, I believe that the loyalty of a customer who spends thousands and thousands of euros on their products would be enough to guarantee that the order will be taken into consideration. Payment before shipping is a good thing... let's say... The ordered goods don't arrive on time; they send goods they have on hand without considering the order, and the quantity of goods is smaller than the order, and to get the complete order, it takes until the day before Christmas... and honestly, on Christmas Eve, they drop you off at 2:00 PM, and at 6:00 PM the business closes... among other things, damaged goods, customers who had ordered were not satisfied, and the goods are left unsold... and obviously they don't acknowledge any responsibility whatsoever on the part of the company... Not to mention the representative Lucia who, in an unfair and impolite manner, makes you feel like a beggar when you complain... After repeated complaints, at least for the damaged merchandise, we were refunded half of the amount via bank transfer six months later. It doesn't matter about the unsold merchandise... I gave it away, but I'll never use Bonfissuto again in my business, and I'll never order from their representative again, who also represents other companies... Advance payment for the order and refund after six months. Congratulations on your professionalism and reliability...

31/05/2026: Pizza Mania in Favara is a place that immediately sinks into the soul. I ended up here by chance at the invitation of my friends in Favara and it is something incredible! There is no unnecessary pathos here, only true love for his work and respect for traditions. Pizza from Giuseppe Caffaro is the result of skill and patience: slow-ripening dough that melts in your mouth, tomato sauce with the rich taste of Sicilian tomatoes, fresh ricotta and basil straight from the local fields. Every bite is a taste of real Sicily, without compromise. The atmosphere is warm and homely, you immediately feel that they cook with soul here. If you are in Favara, this place is a must-visit. I already know that I will be back!

28/04/2026: GO FOR IT! The staff were lovely (even though they didn't speak English, so communication could have been difficult), it was inexpensive (3 generous pizzas for €17), and what can I say about the absolutely delicious pizzas? 🤤 We got some to take away to eat on the beach, and we have no regrets. On the contrary, I'll remember them for a long time because they were so excellent! Plus, there's a wide variety of pizzas, and even other options, so there's something for everyone :)

24/10/2025: Very nice place to enjoy a cappuccino and a sweet pastry. The staff also speak English, which was a great bonus. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ribera!

22/02/2026: On Saturday, February 21st, contrary to the published hours, we found it closed. Even returning later, it was still closed. There were no notices of the closure on social media. Most importantly, starting around 6:30 PM, messages were viewed but received no response. Calling was also unanswered. If the business has closed (permanently or temporarily), please let us know. And above all, please respond to messages.

08/04/2026: We went to Terracotta by Matra, and the food was delicious with impeccable service. I applaud the kitchen's mastery in terms of preparation and the quality of the ingredients used. I recommend the amberjack ceviche with fava bean puree and the buffalo mozzarella and red shrimp arancini.
