26/07/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this outdoor restaurant, and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in recent memory. The food is simply excellent: every dish is crafted with attention to detail, using quality ingredients and authentic flavors. The service was impeccable: the staff were attentive, courteous, and always available, making us feel welcomed and pampered from start to finish. The ambiance is equally noteworthy, relaxing and immersed in an atmosphere that invites you to savor the moment. A place I will definitely return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect meal, from appetizer to dessert.

25/07/2025: After visiting the Valley of the Temples (Porta V parking lot), we had lunch at this restaurant, which is very easy to get to, with ample parking, friendly staff, and a fruit salad, coffee, and water for €25 each. Excellent value, highly recommended.

25/04/2025: Considering that we leave from Sciacca to eat their pizzas... I can only say "Amazing". From the appetizer to the dessert... everything was excellent (the gluten free pizza was also excellent). Exceptional staff and attentive to satisfying any customer wish. Highly recommended.

Circa 5 camerieri, nessuno sapeva quale fosse il pescato del giorno e rimandavano continuamente tra loro ad una fantomatica “signora” che avrebbe dovuto informarci. Mai arrivata. Servizio veloce, ma piatti che ti lasciano perplessa: senza infamia e senza lode. Forse più infamia che lode. Non consiglio, sono stata spinta dalle altre recensioni positive che mi lasciano esterrefatta visto ciò che abbiamo visto.

I decided to organize a reunion of pensioners, with a fish menu; nothing to complain about, everything good, abundant and tasty, and above all, I made a great impression on everyone. 18/07/2025: We had dinner at this place where I've been wanting to take my wife for a couple of years (we're from Paris, where the pizza options have become so extensive that choosing quality pizzas is a sport in itself). As I told the owner, the chef, his wife/manager, and the waiter, "Guys, keep something here!" I know, and it's very easy to give advice. Recommendations, but your commitment will pay off! The dining room, due to vacation this evening in Raffadali, was empty, but you put love and dedication into serving us creative, quality pizzas! Thanks for the tip on the mussel soup; the sauce was really delicate, flavorful, and pleasant. We don't even talk about the pizzas, we were so happy but so greedy that we couldn't finish them and we took them home to try them cold again the next day (haha greedy) let's say without naming them, we are from the Racalmuto area but in the entire province from Porto Empedoclo to Agrigento etc: your restaurant should give professional recommendations to other restaurateurs and especially for the pizzas that for the most part in the province really make you think of something other than pizzas (to tell you the truth we tasted exceptional pizzas from a restaurant in the Siracusa area "da dafne" truly championship caliber! Yours at "le fontanelle" are not far from this level) go for it, team, and jealous of the Raffadalesi who are lucky enough to have you nearby! See you next time when we return to the province! Ps: I'm sorry for the quality of the photo which doesn't convey very well the beauty nor the pleasure we took in eating them nor the sweetness of Lugo (lighting, tables, situation everything was chosen with taste)

A true point of reference for those looking for quality and human warmth.

12/06/2025: The location is modern and very well furnished. First experience with their piadinas, really good. The piadina dough is quality and also the ingredients. Only problem…They don’t make coffee!! 🙁

We had an anema e core (the one in the photo: spicy broccoli rabe, cherry tomatoes, and buffalo mozzarella), an invidia, a talent, and a pizza with sausage and onion; everything was excellent, well-seasoned but not heavy! Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere (air conditioning). The price was fair! I recommend it!!
