21/10/2024: Great shop, the pizzas were delicious. The vegetarian ones were with delicious grilled vegetables, the cheese was nice and spicy, the dough was perfect. It's nice to see how the professionals work in the wood oven. Many locals order there and pick up the pizzas. Speaks for good quality.
Sitting outside offers more “Bosa charm” than in the restaurant.
The only thing that was annoying was the cutlery, the ends of the knives were angular and because the knives were blunt, a lot of pressure had to be applied.
Well, complaining at a high level 😁

04/11/2024: Le restaurant se situe dans une rue piétonne dans le centre historique et pas très loin de la cathédrale. Nous avons mangé à midi et sommes très content. Le prix n'est vraiment pas excessif. Service rapide. Bien aimé le vin blanc de la casa.

Very friendly staff.
We went up at night from the old Bosa bridge, you should not follow the Google route but take the path which goes up to the castle, do not branch off there but continue straight on for 350m passing in front of the Azienda agricola Francina.
27/09/2024: Bosa è di per sé una bellissima località ma quando raggiungi I Giardini di Malaspina ti si apre un panorama splendido e rilassante. Aggiungi l'accoglienza di persone cordiali ed estremamente professionali e la vacanza è assicurata. I titolari (una grande e bella famiglia) ti permettono di essere sempre a tuo agio. Per non parlare delle camere, pulite accoglienti e dal confort garantito. Tutto perfette. Poi una particolare menzione per il ristorante, anche questo gestito maestralmente dalla famiglia che si avvale di collaboratrici preparate e gentili. I piatti uno spettacolo per il palato e non solo. Che dire...potrei continuare. Congratulazioni.

22/08/2024: Finally a restaurant with decent and abundant portions. I highly recommend the chef's spaghetti, really very good.
A sore point was the mixed fried food, which had little to do with the mix (6 prawns and 3 small handfuls of fried squid, so neither sardines nor eatables). Prices a little higher than average but given the quality of the excellent pasta I would be willing to spend them again.
Excellent house white wine
If it had been a little cheaper or with better mixed fried food it would have become an obligatory stop on my trips to Bosa and the surrounding areas. All in all excellent.

06/08/2024: Excellent restaurant in a small pedestrian street... a small terrace with a few tables in the cool shade and quiet even in the middle of July. I recommend the fish menu, delicious... and you can park for free on the other side of the bridge, a 5-minute walk away.

24/08/2024: L'endroit parfait. On a super bien mangé. Tout était délicieux .ça change des restaurants classiques. Le personnel très professionnel et agréable.Mattia et Mattia étaient aux petits soins pour nous. On reviendra c'est certain.. on a passé un moment très agréable, on recommande sans hésiter.

Quando ho prenotato ho specificato che avevo il cane e ci hanno riservato un tavolino perfetto per la nostra compagna pelosa

18/11/2024: Eravamo già stati in questo ristorante lo scorso anno ed anche questa volta abbiamo apprezzato la qualità della cucina e della presentazione delle varie pietanze; sempre efficiente e premuroso il servizio.
Abbiamo notato, tuttavia, una riduzione delle quantità delle porzioni delle pietanze e questo ci ha un po’ deluso. Confidiamo in un ripensamento.
27/10/2024: Abbiamo contattato questo ristorante su consiglio di persone che vivono e lavorano a Bosa, per un pranzo di una gita con oltre 50 partecipanti, adulti e anziani.
Pranzo a base di pesce: calamarata alle delizie di mare (veramente deliziosa!), fritto misto (eccellente!), insalata mista (freschissima e buonissima), semifreddo al torrone (sublime!), acqua, vino e caffè.
Sala del ristorante elegante e confortevole, personale gentile, premuroso e professionale, cibo letteralmente superlativo! In tante gite organizzate nell'arco di oltre vent'anni, uno dei pranzi migliori, se non il migliore in assoluto!
Siamo stati a tavola per quasi tre ore, ma nessuno sembrava volersi alzare... Complimenti e grazie mille per l'accoglienza!

17/11/2023: Inizio col dire che se avessi potuto dare 6 stelle su 5 lo avrei fatto certamente…
Dopo numerose raccomandazioni ricevute da amici e conoscenti sono stato in questo bellissimo ristorante il 30 ottobre u.s. …che dire se non che è stata un’esperienza unica, mai consiglio fu più gradito…una cena che non scorderemo facilmente costituita da un mix di antipasti di mare della casa spettacolari per gusto e raffinatezza seguiti da un primo sublime, i ravioli di mare più buoni che abbia mai mangiato in vita mia, e a conclusione dei dolci a dir poco strepitosi…tutto è stato perfetto a partire dalla location molto carina e curata per non parlare del servizio puntuale ed attento e finire con il conto assolutamente giusto per quanto assaporato durante la cena servita con prodotti di altissimo livello…non posso che raccomandare di visitare questo ristorante durante la vostra permanenza a Bosa perché merita veramente tantissimo!!! Al titolare e ai suoi collaboratori va un sentito ringraziamento per la bella serata che ci hanno fatto trascorrere con la raccomandazione di continuare su questa strada perché la passione trasmessaci e i sacrifici sono certo che verranno ripagati con il tempo !
