Pasticceria Panificio Chelo In Bosa

This pastry shop was a lovely surprise. They offer a nice selection of both savory and sweet products, making it a great stop for a quick snack or breakfast. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Prices are very reasonable, and the quality is excellent. We tried a pardula and a traditional fried pastry made with pasta violada, and both were delicious. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you want to taste some authentic Sardinian pastries.
