04/06/2026: Located in the heart of Bosa's city center, this very charming restaurant features unique furnishings and outdoor dining options along the main street.
Excellent food, especially the fried cujurones served with a wide variety of sauces and the pistoccu (a type of pasta) you can create yourself by choosing the individual ingredients.
Fair prices, excellent quality.

08/06/2026: Mind you, this is a hotel!!
There are about four rooms arranged in a terraced layout below the restaurant.
Unfortunately, the hotel didn't inform us that an event with approximately 60-70 people was taking place there on Sunday, and that what felt like 50 children, playing and screaming loudly, not only used the upper levels for several hours, but also our garden served as a playground for teenagers playing with puppets and children playing ball.
Breakfast was precisely portioned and wrapped in cling film.
Each person received a yogurt, three small slices of bread, one croissant, three slices of cheese, three slices of mortadella, and some prosciutto (Crudo).
Cappuccino and water were also provided.
No fruit, no sweets, muesli, or anything similar.
Dinner is in the higher price range; only the pizzas, while comparatively cheaper, weren't really up to par with what we'd had elsewhere on our trip.
... Only Italian is spoken, and on the last day the coffee machine wasn't working because someone urgently needed the cable for the party on Sunday.
All in all, not a recommended place.

Ristorante Sa Pischedda Via Nazionale 2

26/07/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience. We had a reservation for eight people at 9:00 PM, but our order wasn't taken until around 10:00 PM, and the pizzas arrived about half an hour later: a total wait of an hour and a half, with no real apology.
The dessert, unfortunately, confirmed the bad impression. The "zuppa inglese" served was far from what one would expect: a whitish, floury cream with an industrial chocolate topping. It was left almost entirely on the plate.
The most disappointing aspect, however, was the complete lack of customer service: no one asked why the desserts had remained virtually untouched, nor did anyone bother to check if there had been any problems.
Unexpected events can happen, but what makes the difference is how they are handled. In this case, both organization and customer service were lacking.

A moment shared as a couple, delicious food, and above all, the owner's kindness and straightforward manner (and his myrtle tea!!!)... which made for a superb experience....
Gracia per l'HOSPITALITA....Veramento la sardaigna chè mé piacche.....(Not sure of the spelling!)...

07/07/2026: We found it by chance, and never thought we'd have such an incredible culinary experience. Besides the truly enchanting location, the dishes exceeded our wildest expectations! Excellent quality and ingredients. If you want to eat well—and I mean really well—go there, you won't regret it. PS: They have an amazing Malvasia (produced by them), 5 stars isn't enough.
PPS: After dinner, head to the pub, which is right next door... A fitting end to the evening!

20/05/2026: This small, authentic shop exudes the scent of ancient Sardinia. It's well worth a visit.
You'll find artisanal products there: homemade breadsticks in a variety of flavors, organic extra virgin olive oil, and a plethora of Sardinian biscuits...
The Sardinian biscuits are even better than the pizzas/focaccias.
29/03/2026: A must-stop while walking around Bosa. Pick up some bread, buns, grissini, and other typical Sardinian specialties. The owner is very kind, and places like this are a great way to support the local community while traveling.
Go early if you want to find the best things.

02/11/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed this excellent restaurant. The pasta was high quality, perfectly cooked, and seasoned just the right amount. The carbonara and seafood spaghetti were superb. The prices are very reasonable. A major plus is its location on a small square in Bosa. This town is definitely worth a visit!

There were three different kinds of bruschetta.
When the food arrived, there was practically no difference between them – both were frozen and quickly toasted.
