24/04/2026: We had a wonderful time at this little pastry shop, which we discovered by chance a few days ago while passing through Nuoro. The charming baskets in the window (made of ricotta, but we can't remember the name) enticed us to go in. Absolutely delicious! And the girl who served us was delightfully kind.

06/06/2026: My husband and I, traveling to Torre Navarese, stopped at this colorful café: singing Gian and his smiling wife welcomed us with wonderful warmth and professionalism. We highly recommend the frangipane cake and more, and the coffee is delicious. Highly recommended.

The place is a bit small, but I recommend it for the truly excellent pizza.

I've been coming to Italy for 50 years, living and working here six months a year.
Pizza is becoming some kind of absurd, ideologically driven luxury product, light years away from what it truly is: good, simple, it's not a dish, it's a philosophy.
So thank you for continuing to be authentic, for bringing out this marvel, this pizza that I had the HONOR of tasting this evening, with a white wine from my house, at prices that are fair.
Since you have to come to the heart of Sardinia to find authentic Italy, I will be back.
Thank you. Keep it up.

10/08/2026: A perfect dinner, even though we arrived without a reservation they made us a place and immediately served us, delicious and very cheap pizzas and seasonal dishes. Excellent service!

19/09/2025: Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The room was spotless, towels were never changed during our stay, and no one bothered to let us know that the hotel restaurant would be closed. Service truly fell short of expectations.
16/09/2025: We only went for dinner, a very cute place in the countryside between Siniscola and La Caletta.
The menu is a generous set menu with seven appetizer courses, two first courses, and the inevitable suckling pig.
