06/06/2026: We had dinner with sailor friends before the Nave Rizzo reunion. To say we had a great time is an understatement. The food was delicious and fresh, and the chef and wait staff were stellar.
Appetizers, two first courses and fried fish, then desserts, bitters, and coffee.
When I return to Sardinia, I'll definitely stop by. Thanks Salvatore & co.!
P.S. I didn't have time to take photos. I swiped it all right away!

22/05/2026: We had a very good Aperol Spritz and ate the fried calamari. Everything was excellent. We were surprised that we were the only guests. We will definitely come back next time.

27/04/2026: This is a fantastic, classic Italian restaurant. They have a huge menu but they are great at everything they make. We came here 3 times while staying in Quartu with my father-in-law Domenico Romeo. We had spaghetti vongole, pizza, bistecca di cavallo and it was all fantastic! I can't wait to go back.

10/07/2025: A friend's wedding. Beautiful, very evocative location. We dined outdoors on a very hot July day; those who ate under the verandas suffered from the heat. The aperitif buffet included appetizers, which were plentiful and delicious. The first and second courses left much to be desired. Not to mention the mixed desserts, which weren't enough for all the guests, who had to settle for the wedding cake. Very slow service.

25/08/2025: Gino and his family, with their bar/gelateria, are an icon throughout the town. I have childhood memories of eating their gelato in the square with my old and dear friends.
Their passion for their work has never waned after all these years.
The pastries, gelato, pizzas, and drinks are as top-notch as ever.

08/06/2026: As a guest at a wedding, my menu was vegan, requested well in advance. I was worried from the start about the dishes I'd be served, but I was reassured by the chef's expertise.
My appetizers were: fried potatoes and battered vegetables, then two plain first courses of zucchini and peppers, and then zucchini again. The second course was a "delicious" dish of roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables. The end.
In 2026, with all the ways to get information, it's embarrassing and ridiculous to serve such a dinner in such a renowned and expensive place. This menu cost the newlyweds €100.
01/06/2026: Last Saturday, my husband and I celebrated our wedding at Locanda di Baccalamanza. The location was fabulous, the staff was incredibly professional and eager to accommodate our requests. Not to mention the food was spectacular. Thanks again to Antonella and Enrico and all their staff.

05/05/2026: Neat and clean, with a rustic style (in a good way).
The service is quick. The staff are kind and helpful. The food is excellent. I tried the pizza, and on another occasion I had the horse rib steak (and the meat was truly tender and flavorful). The prices are very reasonable for the quality. I'll gladly return.
