10/03/2026: I've been to this place several times: for breakfast, for aperitifs, for dinner, and I must say it's never disappointed. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, always ready to serve you with a smile. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the place is truly charming and welcoming. I've always eaten excellently; I love their freshly squeezed orange juice, their cappuccinos with cereal and honey croissants, and finally their fried food platter. If I had to recommend a place in the area, I'd definitely recommend the Evoque! It's also an excellent location with plenty of free parking nearby, which isn't a given these days. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

28/02/2026: Good quality dishes. They offer daily specials in addition to the menu. Low prices. The staff is always very friendly, polite, and smiling. Excellent waiters like Claudia are rare. We usually stop by for breakfast or lunch. You can park in their parking lot. Easy to get to.

23/11/2025: The service was excellent; the pizzas were served almost immediately. The menu offers a variety of both classic and "modern" flavors. The pizza is beautiful to look at, but the taste itself wasn't anything special. The octopus was very hard and felt like rubber, and the dough was very heavy. There were three of us, and we ended up at a table right in front of the entrance. There was a constant flow of people coming and going, and as a result, it was constantly getting cold. I would eliminate that table or at least try to relocate it if possible. The staff was friendly; overall, it wasn't bad, but I would improve a few aspects.

28/09/2025: The staff is friendly, but the service quality is lacking. The food is good, the portions are average. Recommended only if you're not too hungry: five of us sat down at 9:00 PM, with no table to serve after us, so we ordered a platter and two salads. The food arrived, excessively staggered, at 10:00 PM.

06/02/2026: Crystal chandeliers and/or other frills aren't necessary to define a good hotel...the Flora, in its simplicity, offers everything that so-called large hotels advertise. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the rooms are welcoming. All this is complemented by the adjacent restaurant, where you can enjoy typical Cagliari cuisine at reasonable prices. An experience I recommend to anyone staying in Cagliari.

21/12/2025: In my six days of dining in Cagliari, this "osteria" (a title I think is too humble for their level of cuisine) was by far my best experience. Let's start with the food: excellent! Fresh and abundant mussels au gratin as an appetizer, followed by two surprising grilled soles that I'd never enjoyed cooked that way. A unique myrtle panna cotta concluded the excellent dinner. The portions are truly generous, especially the first courses (150g of pasta per portion), and the waiters are right to emphasize this, to avoid wasting food by over-ordering. The staff is truly kind and friendly and has the patience to recommend the right dishes and pairings. The place is pleasant and well-decorated, although, crowded as it is on a Friday night, it can be noisy. Finally, the price is truly fair for the quality and service offered. A place not to be missed! Update 2025: The food is always excellent, prices have risen a bit. The men's toilet has a broken latch, making the door unusable: it would be easy to replace! They tend to only give preliminary bills, then "forget" to issue a receipt at checkout, which I've already noticed a few times.

17/12/2025: After reading excellent reviews, I went for dinner alone. Appetizer: gratinated mussels, good but too many. First course: seafood macaroni, I only tasted them, inedible. The pan with food for three people had three inches of cooking water at the bottom, "not even a soup." 2 decent scampi, 15-20 overcooked, mushy shrimp, plenty of mussels and clams, as was the sand, zero flavor. 1 sorbet, 1 glass of Vermentino, and purified water for a total of €42.00. When the owner (?) realized I didn't like it, she made sure to say the dish was good and prepared as always. I was definitely unlucky. Luckily, Cagliari has so many other fantastic trattorias!

04/03/2026: I'm back in Sardinia after a long time and wanted to take my partner to explore Cagliari. The weather will worsen tomorrow, so we took advantage of today for a walk, even though it was windy. I introduced him to the city where I grew up, and we went up to the Bastione for breakfast, rediscovering a place I remembered fondly. The location truly surprised me: expanded, well-maintained, and made even more charming, with a cozy, intimate room tastefully decorated. We also found it sparsely crowded, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant. For this very reason, it was disappointing to find that the breakfast didn't live up to the setting. The dessert display case seemed a bit bare and not particularly well-kept, with a slightly messy appearance that didn't really inspire much, and the quality of the products seemed modest. We weren't entirely convinced by the coffee shop either: nothing major, but it lacked the care, the attention to the little things that such a place deserves.

04/03/2026: A beautiful place to relax. it's just a shame it's run by complete ignorants. The cappuccino was undrinkable, I ordered avocado toast with a poached egg and they served no avocado and spilled on the toast with raw egg white. I ordered freshly squeezed orange juice, what was served was a disgusting artificial orange juice from a carton. When I approached to pay and complained about the juice, the waiter brazenly told me it was "spremuta d'arancia," despite the fact that behind him there was juicer completely unused with no oranges. Definitely a place to avoid. You should be ashamed!

12/03/2026: I was there on Tuesday evening, there were two of us and we ordered two Margherita pizzas... In my opinion, among the worst pizzas in the city... At first glance it doesn't look good, but once you start eating it, it gets even worse: really poor quality mozzarella, lots of basil added during cooking, but the worst thing is the sauce... the latter made the pizza truly inedible in my opinion and unfortunately not only... OK service with little waiting (it was Tuesday) and average prices...
