Upon request, everything is gluten-free: appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts, even fried food, something hard to find in Cagliari. Congratulations!

24/04/2026: Truly excellent pizza, no complaints there: light dough, quality ingredients, and perfect flavors. The place, however, has an interesting concept: a sort of "experiential self-service" where you get up, grab your own cutlery, napkins, and a little bit of adaptability. The most memorable moment comes at the cash register: in addition to the bill, a free short seminar on geopolitics and alternative finance is also included. The owner, visibly inspired, explained to us how we should empty our bank accounts because soon "they'll freeze all our cards" (we're not sure who, but I imagine a mystical entity somewhere between governments and reptilians). All this while we were paying... by card. Unintentional irony of the highest order. In short: top-notch pizza, entertainment included, and a slight hint of conspiracy accompanying dessert. If you like to eat well and leave with a few more theories on the end of the banking system, this is the place to be.

03/05/2026: I had lunch here with family for my graduation party (5 adults and 2 children). Without a reservation, they found me a seat right away. Everything was very good, from the sushi to the fries. Only the meat was a little rare. I'll be back.

08/12/2025: We spontaneously decided to eat there in October. We hadn't made a reservation, but since it was already the off-season, they still had a table for us. The owner is very friendly. The service was generally good too. I think because our Italian wasn't very good, they kept their conversation to a minimum. I imagine staff are more communicative when they realize you speak the language. But overall, there's nothing to complain about. The food was absolutely delicious. We'd gladly come back if we're ever in the area again.

04/05/2026: Good evening everyone. I want to tell you about my evening at this restaurant. I've been going there for years, but I discovered it was all a sham. The people who come here for work and the short stay, maybe two nights at most, are touristy. But that wasn't the problem this evening. I arrive, they sit me down right away, and the girl immediately asks me what I want to drink. I ask for a bottle of sparkling water and a half of red wine. Then I ask for a mixed house appetizer, and the girl asks me if I want cold cuts, and I say no. For the second course, I ask for a roast and a dip. This was my order. First of all, the blonde girl always comes, sets the table for me, and brings me wine and water without bringing me a glass. The water is still, not sparkling, as I had asked for, and the glass still wasn't there. After 20 minutes, the appetizer arrives, and I get a trio of cheeses that I hadn't ordered, but I didn't say anything since I'd been waiting twenty minutes for that mixed appetizer, which I must say was remarkable and very good. Then we move on to the second course, which has arrived. 50 minutes after the appetizer, in the meantime I had asked for a 1/4 cup of wine. During the long wait, I had drunk all the wine and I didn't want to be without wine. I had the roast. I mentioned the long wait to the waiter, and he brought me the 1/4 cup of wine, saying, "I offered you this." Because of the wait, he was disappointed, and I was no longer hungry, leaving the roast on the table. In any case, the dip didn't even come out of the kitchen. I paid €46. I thanked him and left.

22/12/2025: I'd say the pizza is good, but that's not much. I find it very, very good, and carefully prepared, always tailored to any request. The place is simple and family-run, perhaps that's why the prices are truly more than fair. The wood-fired oven is a great added value that perhaps they could publicize more (perhaps that's why another customer called it a "state secret"). There's love and care in the simplicity of the furnishings. Overall, I really like it.

27/10/2025: Absolutely amazing! The food at Cucina di Mariam was full of flavor and love — truly a taste of Senegal in the heart of Cagliari. There were delicious vegetarian options, beautifully presented, and everything tasted so fresh. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, explaining each dish with such warmth that it made the whole experience even more special. We left with happy hearts and full bellies — can’t wait to come back!

16/11/2025: Had to wait about 20 minutes to get in but the wait was so worthwhile and the egg royal that I had was simply amazing.

13/11/2025: Very nice place for having your breakfast. Everything there was good especially the helpful friendly staff. We were waiting a bit long to be seated but that is understandable because he place was busy and they were all busy with work. But again they are very kind , helpful and friendly. The foodwas very good but for some plates was a bit small portion (pancakes) but for the cheese and meat plate was it enough.

08/05/2026: The pizza is excellent. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Located in the heart of Cagliari, the fast service allows you to explore the entire historic center without having to wait indefinitely for your meal. An added bonus. Highly recommended.

01/05/2026: Everything was excellent, as always! We're regulars at Su Stampu, and from the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. They always found a table for us and welcomed us with a smile.
