27/12/2025: I came here with high expectations, driven by the excellent reviews and the fame of Martina Franca's meat. And I have to tell you the truth: the meat is good. The bombette were tasty and the sausage well-seasoned. If it were just for the food, my rating would definitely be higher. But unfortunately, eating at a restaurant is a complete experience, and here the organization is completely lacking. We booked for 9:00 PM, but they didn't seat us until after 9:45 PM, leaving us standing in the confusion without even a "sorry." Once we were seated, chaos ensued: waiters rushing around but seemingly ignoring our table. We had to ask for menus three times, and water arrived when we'd almost finished our appetizer. What bothered me most, however, was the attitude: hasty, almost annoyed. I understand the place is busy, but a smile or a modicum of customer service should never be lacking, especially if I'm paying (and the bill wasn't exactly cheap, as I expected for a steakhouse). In conclusion: if you want to buy meat at the counter and cook it at home, I highly recommend it. But if you want a pleasant, relaxed evening dinner, there are better options out there. A shame, a missed opportunity.

07/12/2025: Lived up to expectations. The roast beef, bombette, zampina sausage, and capocollo were excellent, and the house desserts were special. Even though the place was packed today for Sunday lunch, the staff was courteous and always smiling.

27/10/2025: Excellent pastry shop......even if increasing the croissants by 0.30 cents was not a good choice, a shame because it was more appreciated than others also for this.

16/01/2026: It's now common knowledge among my countless friends that we only eat meat at Rosso in the evening. They're incredibly kind and helpful, and you can smell the quality as soon as you enter the restaurant, from the aroma of the meat and cured meats... and let's not forget the delicious potatoes in the ashes... You have to try them to believe them... and the prices are more than fair.

03/01/2026: My wife and I went for dinner. Everything was delicious, the meat was exceptional, and the staff was kind but very reserved. We ate a fantastic capocollo, a very delicate porchetta, a truly flavorful mix of meat specialties, and a fantastic steak. Who could forget the incredible baked potatoes? Half a liter of house wine. The bill was absolutely reasonable (€47). I think anyone who wants good meat should go there and not waste money in gourmet pubs, unless you have specific personal preferences. I was truly happy with this evening. Go there!

01/02/2026: A beautiful pub nestled perfectly among the beautiful sights of Martina Franca's historic center. Excellent beer selection and a menu packed with delicious dishes (good ingredients and interesting pairings). We shared a carbocrema sandwich and a plate of ribs with BBQ sauce, accompanied by excellent fries. For appetizers, the house meatballs and the pulled pork served with three different sauces are highly recommended. We washed down our meal with three different beers. The bill was around €70. The atmosphere was elegant and the music was truly enjoyable. I'll definitely be back!

05/01/2026: A January evening for five, between the menu and the tagliata. Everything was really good, the service was fast and friendly, and the location was classic for a butcher shop. The meat was good. The 500g tagliata was really, really good.

17/09/2025: Best tiramisu I have eaten in my entire life. Now it's my benchmark for this dessert wherever I go. It was quite busy that day so the table we got wasn't clean but after some minutes some staff came to clean it. Otherwise excellent experience with the food.

Generally good quality, generous portions, and moderate prices. Friendly staff. Cons: Often crowded, especially on weekends, with tables a bit close together and wait times that can be lengthy. Service isn't always prompt during peak hours. Overall, a solid and popular pub, ideal for an evening with friends.
