03/02/2025: Very welcoming place with attention to detail. Four of us had dinner and had the pleasure of enjoying excellent appetizers, with local dishes and local raw materials. We were served directly by the owner, Antonio. An exquisite person, dedicated to his work which, one can immediately perceive, he carries out with great passion. We will definitely be back.

Pizza menu with plenty of choice, top quality ingredients, variety of dough, perfect cooking, customer-focused staff, really friendly waiter ready to give the right advice. 13/01/2025: Ristorante annesso e convenzionato con l'hotel Callistos, ci siamo stati per cena. Pochi piatti che attingono alla tradizione, ma la rivisitano con immenso rispetto; alcuni di essi possono essere consumati indifferentemente come antipasto o come secondo. Impiattamento ad arte. Ricordo in particolare gli agnolotti alle cime di rapa in brodo di canederli, che pur rinnovando la ricetta riescono a trasmettere il senso familiare di "come li faceva la nonna". Ma anche tutto il resto vi piacerà, compresa la cantina. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

06/11/2024: Qualità del Cibo e cortesia sono di casa da nonno Tore. Menù a prezzo fisso compreso di antipasti,primo,secondo,contorno dolce, acqua,vino buono e spremuta di melograno eccezionale. Il tutto a €40,00/persona. Mi sembra onesto e in linea con altri ristoranti del posto. Cibo comunque della tradizione pugliese e ben preparato. Sicuramente da consigliare.

What can I say, a unique experience The croquettes one leads to another and then the fig and chocolate spumone 🔝. Beautiful place, elegant, pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent prices. Accessible to all. I would return to Tricase just to eat with you! Well done guys, great job 👏

17/01/2025: Wonderful location and in the summer in the outdoor garden it will be top, an old oil mill restored with star vaults in the historic center of Specchia... a pizzeria that has really returned to its success (varied pizza menu and plenty of choice) for the quality of the products, for the the atmosphere you can breathe, for the competence, the attention to detail, the professionalism, the cleanliness... well done!!! Delicious pizza, it's a pleasure to see the pizza chefs at work... just the waiting times for a Friday, there is communication and collaboration between the guys in the room, the kitchen and the pizzeria. Kindness, attention to the customer, honest account. Good job guys!!

06/01/2025: Conoscevamo già Spicchi d'arte quando era a Tricase ci siamo recati per la prima volta nel locale di specchia in zona centrale e facile da trovare mentre la qualità é anche aumentata impasto ottimamente lievitato morbido e molto gustoso i prodotti sempre di qualità eccelsa. Insomma ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Spicchi d'arte pienamente consigliato

23/08/2024: La mia bimba fa gli anni ad agosto e tutte le volte che visitiamo una citta' diversa mi devo inventare qualcosa. La cosa piu' difficile e' trovare una buona pasticceria per una torta e qualche pasticcino. Qui abbiamo toccato delle cime inarrivabili. Consigliatissima anche per un caffe', una colazione o una merenda.

09/08/2024: Aesthetically sad pastry shop, the neighborhood is not the most beautiful, the staff is very kind, for breakfast I expected a lot more choice especially in the middle of August with the tourism going around. Instead the croissants display case was empty, very little choice, disappointing. There are pastry shops in Salento that have everything. The croissants are absolutely artisanal, the wholemeal one was soft and good, the cubic one was dry with little cream inside, perhaps it couldn't be filled any further, still disappointing. However, it is clear from the pastry shop that the product is made well and with care.

30/10/2024: I will never return to this place which takes advantage of the prices compared to other pizzerias, 1 normal sized calzone 3.50 euros, half a Margherita i.e. a very thin pizza 4 euros, but have you really gone crazy? I hope people realize that there is better and cheaper!!!!
