A few small things could be improved to make the place more comfortable and pleasant (e.g., a cleaner pool and loungers), but overall we had a really good time. The place is very quiet and surrounded by nature, just 10 meters from San Giovanni Rotondo.

The restaurant also offers a daily menu (with two dishes) to offer regulars a bit of novelty and variety. The service is meticulously maintained by the waiters, especially the Maître d', who resolves any issues with extreme professionalism and speed.

09/05/2026: I had an appetizer of 6 mozzarella balls with eggplant and shrimp tartare: microscopic, frozen mozzarella balls, no discernible flavor. The first course was bavette with mullet bottarga: the pasta was very good, but the sauce was undetectable. The dessert was: cream puffs with dark chocolate ganache; on the plate, a ball of shortcrust pastry covered in icing... this too was tasteless. In short, a pretentious, expensive place, with food far below the price and expectations!

21/07/2026: AMARIS IN FUNDO Seafood appetizer and two pizzas. If I'd stopped there, the review would have been excellent. Unfortunately, I had the ill-advised idea of ​​ordering dessert at the end of the meal. Among the items listed, in addition to Tommasino's ice creams, which, being packaged, have no hidden surprises, there was the profiteroles. I ordered them to share with my wife. They were two miserable, half-melted balls (I suspect they were leftovers from the party in the adjacent room, but I can't swear to that) that gave us a fit of diarrhea. They also offered me amaro and coffee. The amaro, half of it, wasn't even offered, and neither were the coffees. Fair enough, you can't expect things to be offered free of charge, but at least give me the whole one. Summary: A bit of a disappointment compared to how I remembered it when I went there with my father. It's a shame because, as I said at the beginning, the seafood appetizer was good and the pizza excellent. Unfortunately, the end of the meal, besides ruining the dinner, also ruined the night and the following morning.

15/07/2026: Excellent pizza, super light dough, well-leavened, and melts in your mouth! (They're also generous with the toppings) And the cheesecake is fabulous too. A place super close to the sanctuary, highly recommended, go there!

The atmosphere was beautiful, but it was impossible to eat because it was full of flies... The staff was very courteous, except for the waiter, who thought he was friendly but was actually very annoying...
