30/05/2025: Truly a great experience, a room surrounded by greenery adjacent to an immense garden, cared for to perfection, which gives joy to the sight. The dishes are perfect, a raw material of excellent choice that gives the environment that extra something that never hurts. Recommended for ceremonies, but also dinners and lunches with friends, and if desired even romantic dinners.

08/08/2025: Authentic, traditional food, plentiful... even too much, so much so that four people couldn't finish it. Very nice place, far from the touristy taverns around the sanctuary.
Very fast service, with a very welcome gift at the end of the meal.
29/07/2025: The food is good, the staff isn't particularly welcoming, and the value for money is good. Meo: There's no paper menu, and it was impossible to find out the ingredients for a dessert... Strange!

18/07/2025: Great location, but that was the only positive thing about the evening. The food was poor and overpriced. There were three of us and they charged us a cover charge for six... they even served the water twice... in short, an evening not to be repeated.

27/07/2025: Brewery located in the historic center of the town. The owner is very kind, knowledgeable, and knows how to recommend the right pairings. We had some really delicious chips, a sandwich, and a puccia with high-quality products. The draft beers are also excellent 🤗

14/07/2025: Incompetent and rude reception. Unwelcoming. Unfriendly and rushed waiters. Despite its good location, it's not worth it. It has an external elevator that charges for use. Rooms are full of problems. I don't recommend it.
14/07/2025: My experience at Hotel Vittoria was extremely disappointing. The front desk was rude and unhelpful, the waiters were rushed and unfriendly, and the room was in terrible condition, with burned-out lightbulbs and a door that didn't close properly. The front desk staff made check-in a nightmare and didn't make us feel welcome, despite the hotel's excellent location. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those coming from abroad, given their difficulty welcoming foreign guests.

21/07/2025: As you approach, you're stopped by an unauthorized parking attendant who indicates that parking near the new church is prohibited due to the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and suggests using the restaurant's paid parking lot with a driveway to the church. In reality, parking in front of the church is possible without any problems.

06/06/2025: Salad was still frozen. I'm used to have limited options, but there are almost no vegan options available, so I picked a Salad. They don't even manage that. What a joke. It was disgusting. You really have to try hard to f* up salad.
The menu is only available online, which is a trend that I personally detest. You then sit there, using your phone, trying to figure out a menu, which is not translated. All while having a terribly slow internet connection and almost no phone battery left. I had a really bad time there.
I left, went to the organic supermarket across the street - which is good btw.
30/05/2025: Very good pizza, normal price, parking available. The place is a bit anonymous but welcoming. I will definitely be back.

16/07/2025: Abbiamo scelto il menù turistico di pesce che prevedeva come secondo la possibilita' di scegliere tra pesce spada e branzino. Al momento dall'ordinazione ci hanno informato che era possibile scegliere nel menu anche orata o spigola ma non ci hanno informato che era previsto un supplemento di 3 euro che è ststo inserito nel conto. Non ho obiettato alla cassa ma sicuramente non ci ritornerò più.

I brought a group of 20 people and ordered my complimentary meal. She said yes at first, then started ignoring everything and couldn't understand our Spanish anymore. The girl in charge was very friendly when she arrived, but then turned into a snob. Not to mention the red-haired waiter, who was especially snobbish and treated people very poorly. It's obvious they're there for a paycheck and not out of love for the customers.
€45 for cutlery is too bad. I'm going with another group in October, and I would never take them there. The shrimp dish was in bad condition, and the service was terrible. Please don't charge for cutlery or seating. It's absurd. It's already too much to go buy food.
