22/09/2025: I'd like to start my review by thanking the owner and all the staff. You are people with big and generous hearts. During a return trip to Sicily, my wife fell ill and ended up in the emergency room. At 4 a.m., as soon as she was discharged, we found ourselves looking for a hotel to sleep in, especially since we also had a 2-year-old daughter. By now, tired and exhausted, we had given up hope. When the owner answered the phone, sensing our difficulties, she got out of bed, dressed, and welcomed us as quickly as possible. The next day, she even took care of buying milk for the baby. Not to mention the girls who take care of the rooms and dining room, who made themselves available while looking after my daughter. Thanks also to the owner's daughter, who immediately made herself available for anything. I conclude by saying that the facility is truly worth it. There's an air of kindness, courtesy, and generosity, the rooms are spacious and, above all, clean and tidy. I haven't had a chance to look closely at the exterior, but it's full of greenery, elegant gardens, and everything is very nice. Well-maintained and organized... Bring it in and you won't regret it. 12/10/2025: Went in September 2 years ago, everything excellent and impeccable, especially the chef Mr. Pio in the kitchen and his daughter as he served us at the tables together with my wife and children, of an exceptional family courtesy and above all humble United in a unique simplicity, this morning I thought of you in the meantime I was chatting with one of my collaborators about the typical Apulian specialties.....as a Apulian as soon as we have the chance to travel we will come and find you

27/09/2025: We were guests at this trattoria. The food was excellent and plentiful. The staff was super helpful and attentive. The location was very well-maintained and classy. 25/09/2025: Meat and fish Compared to the crowded, commercial restaurants in San Giovanni Rotondo near the sanctuary, you can eat here in peace and quiet, and well. We're about ten kilometers, maybe less, from the sanctuary. Ample parking. There are outdoor tables. Quick service. I highly recommend it compared to the crowds near the sanctuary.

11/10/2025: A 5-star quick meal. While looking for a quick bite, I found Pranzi Express, which was truly delicious, from the first course to the second course, etc. I had Emilian wheels, parmigiana, pork loin with arugula and parmesan, and potato gatoo' for the modest price of 18 euros, nice large portions. Really good. The price was reasonable for the quality and quantity, even a little low. When I return to San Giovanni Rotondo, it will be one of my stops. Lunch only available for takeout, in convenient containers, with forks and everything you need; just ask.

22/08/2025: We came here by chance. The food was excellent, and the price was great for a large family. If I'd known in advance, I could have saved money! Every restaurant here in Puglia is expensive, but they take advantage of this. Unfortunately, Foggia is a tourist destination, and everything is more expensive. However, Puglia is truly beautiful, both for its food and its natural beauty.

22/08/2025: My experience wasn't very positive, and I'm sorry to only give it two stars because the location and the quality of the food are definitely worth much more. That said, there was only one problem...the rush we took in choosing our dishes, especially when we decided to order main courses. We weren't given a choice because the maître d' was already ready to take our order. You can imagine the dessert selection. I'm guessing there was some event that evening, otherwise there's no explanation for the rush...I think we'll be hard pressed to see each other again.

20/08/2025: These are the kind of things that don't happen by chance when visiting the Basilica of San Michele Arcangelo... a heavenly welcome with a smile, an inexplicably half-empty place, and a cuisine that for me (accustomed to embassy receptions) was divine in its balance and presentation. EXCELLENT is an understatement! Thank you so much.

11/10/2025: We had lunch at Hotel Vittoria and, as always, it was an excellent experience! The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the service is impeccable. We appreciated their friendliness from the moment we arrived: they let us park and use the restroom before returning for lunch, everything was perfectly organized. It's now a regular stop for us—every time a testament to the quality and hospitality.

06/10/2025: Yesterday, having arrived by car at the Padre Pio Shrine, we began to search for a parking lot. We soon found a very small (and full) lot. There, we met a gentleman who "advised" us to continue about 30 meters further and enter the (guarded!) parking lot of the Hotel Vittoria, on the condition, of course, that we stop for lunch (either directly or by advance reservation). He handed us a sort of flyer that, among other things, highlighted a set menu for €25. A little skeptical but enthusiastic about the parking lot located a few steps from the Shrine, rather than the menu (given the cost, it didn't bode well), we immediately accepted the offer. From there, it was a succession of pleasant surprises: - the kindness and friendliness of all the hotel staff, including those in the dining room; - the waiters were outnumbered by the number of tables (which we found were all occupied!), resulting in impeccable, attentive, and fast service; - simple yet varied, plentiful, and delicious dishes; - mineral water in a glass bottle (which we opened ourselves) and carafe wine, included in the price; - cleanliness in everything we saw. Furthermore, the facility has a convenient, free-standing external staircase or, alternatively, an elevator (for 50 cents) that leads directly to the street, saving those wishing to reach the Sanctuary a hundred meters or more of a steep and tiring climb. Practically everyone. This is fantastic! Last but not least, we left our car around 11:30 AM and picked it up at 6:00 PM with the facility's approval. Congratulations for the professionalism expressed in efficiency, quality, and the commendable honesty of the service.

23/08/2025: The location Is ok but not exactly in the center . The food is delicious and the quantity of the food was ok, but the fact that the place is called B&B and DOESN'T INCLUDE BREAKFAST is insane, because the price I payed for 2 nights was 138€! It's far expensive for rooms that didn't have AC, the bathroom tap was blocked and the restaurant being "TRATTORIA " which is supposed to have adequate prices, was overpriced, I payed 50 € for three dishes and water. Definitely not coming back. And there is no safe parking as it's described on the site

23/09/2025: I'll discuss the hotel and restaurant separately, although the photographs will speak for themselves. Leaving aside the rather dated aesthetic, it's impossible to offer rooms in this condition, even at a fairly low price. Almost all the furniture is damaged; the bathroom, in addition to having several broken fixtures, has extremely dirty filters, and the stench is noticeable. The television is very small and not a smart TV. The beds are very hard, and the cleanliness is not the best; there's even mold on the panels and dog hair under the bed. The rooms smell of smoke: some guests probably smoke in their rooms, since there are no fire alarm systems to detect it, and it wafts directly into the bathroom. Reception was unable to help, and the balcony window can't be opened due to the lack of a mosquito net. The bill was calculated incorrectly (I paid an extra €9, but it was resolved after a few complaints). The free and fast shuttle service to the center of San Giovanni Rotondo is excellent, and the restaurant, which also offers gluten-free dishes, is a must-try. The waiters are very kind and friendly. So the hotel is a disaster even though it's budget-priced and the restaurant is really excellent.

27/07/2025: Brewery located in the historic center of the town. The owner is very kind, knowledgeable, and knows how to recommend the right pairings. We had some really delicious chips, a sandwich, and a puccia with high-quality products. The draft beers are also excellent 🤗

08/10/2025: Quality and courtesy, prices in line with the restaurant's parking quality.

17/09/2025: Very good food, fresh ingredients. Very friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere is a bit basic, but welcoming and clean.

07/10/2025: Excellent family-run restaurant, typical dishes: orecchiette with tomato sauce and brasciola, buffalo mozzarella, top-notch, highly recommended!
