16/08/2024: Going to dinner at the Chalet dei Gourmet means indulging in an excellent food and wine experience. High quality fish products, quality meat and cold cuts, delicious appetizers (we recommend the poached egg with podolico caciocavallo fondue and truffle flakes and the fish tartare). The pizza (Neapolitan-style crust, naturally leavened dough and high-quality ingredients) is among the best I've ever eaten. Worthy of mention are the cellar (among the best-stocked in Puglia and beyond...) and the gin and tonic (Top!). Excellent service and welcome, cleanliness of the toilets, kindness of the staff and of course the owner Giuseppe Sollazzo.

25/08/2024: On my recent trip to San Giovanni Rotondo, visiting our great Padre Pio, I was lucky enough to stay at the Garden hotel... it was truly a happy surprise and a very pleasant stop!! I was on my motorbike with my wife, tired and hungry, we immediately found a very convenient covered parking, then we were wonderfully welcomed by the splendid and cheerful Anna (a strength!!), at the reception we found an excellent welcome, availability and kindness, then we went to the room, nice and clean, already nice and fresh and with all the comforts 👍, being hungry, after booking, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant, I must say first of all, an impeccable service, managed by a tireless and perfect Anna, moreover, she was very nice, always smiling, helpful and professional, attentive to every little detail (always ask for her!!!!!), we ate really well, and even though there were a lot of people, we were served very quickly...fabulous pizza , finger-licking fried fish, everything super ok....and you will be really surprised by the prices, both in the hotel and in the restaurant....in short, a 10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/2019 And to end on a high note, the next morning a dream buffet breakfast (included in the stay), all very fresh and very abundant, there really is everything!! Special compliments to the helpful and always present owner of the facility and again to the splendid Anna (known as Sant'Anna 😁😁🤗)...stay like this, we'll see each other again, hopefully soon!!! 🤗❤️

25/08/2024: Hotel not recommended. Bathroom with broken shower cubicle, very little water in the shower, inadequate towels, insufficient personal hygiene products. There is no fridge in the room, there is no availability of a second pillow even on request. At the reception the staff is not always present, you have to go and look for them for the structure. The only positive note is the cleanliness.

15/08/2024: I returned to this hotel with my family a few months after the first time and I want to thank Messrs. Rossella and Lazzaro for their kindness and helpfulness. A novelty that I appreciated very much was the new presence of the waiter Massimo in the breakfast room who excels in professionalism, friendliness, courtesy and hospitality, making the environment comfortable and familiar 🔝🔝🔝

12/08/2024: We had a very pleasant stay. Located in a privileged area for nature, the hotel is close to the main tourist attractions. I would like to highlight the friendly and professional service of Rosella, Lazzaro, Benedetta and Massimo. Congratulations on your management and empathy!

18/08/2024: Don't listen to the negative reviews... they are all false, it won't be a 5 star but if there is a problem they will solve it for you. Friendliness and kindness in everything, from the reception to the kitchen. It was the first time for me and my family and we will certainly return. Congratulations to all the staff. Paolo Salvo.

24/08/2024: We have caught big ones on several occasions and they have always been good. I recommend the chocolate with rum because I find it fantastic especially with the cream on top. The furniture is not modern. The service at the counter is fast and courteous, less friendly at the checkout. The parking is in the public street but being near a square and adjacent to a municipal garden, it is not impossible to find parking. There are outdoor and indoor tables.

18/08/2024: Abbiamo conosciuto Giuseppe, uno dei titolari, nei pressi del Santuario. Abbiamo preso sia menu completi sia alla carta. Tutto veramente buono e abbondante. Il vino rosso della casa era eccezionale. Alla fine del pranzo ci hanno offerto caffé e limoncello. Consiglio assolutamente anche per la posizione agevole.

14/08/2024: La simpatia di Giuseppe ci ha convinti a raggiungere il ristorante di famiglia . Ma il resto dello staff non è da meno . Menù turistico in due versioni , si consiglia quella da €. 20 cad. . Porzioni più che sufficienti. A noi è piaciuto tutto . Da notare che al contrario di altri ristoranti in zona le bibite, intese come acqua e vino , non hanno un limite e con il caldo di questi giorni è un'ottima cosa . Noi consigliamo e ci ritorneremo . Ultima cosa non da poco , molto spazio per parcheggiare.......gratis !!!
