29/08/2024: Excellent pizza restaurant we ate the €20 tourist menu with first course, second course, wine and water, very generous portions but above all of excellent quality. I didn't expect a tourist menu of this high level, two of us opted for the pizza, which was also excellent.

08/08/2024: Overall positive place. Very kind and friendly staff, very nice and reserved environment in certain areas of the restaurant and good food. In addition to the usual sushi, I recommend the seafood spaghetti with vegetables served on the griddle and the grilled ravioli: truly excellent dishes.

21/02/2024: The pizzas at the strike are of a superior level, the pizza chef and owner is also a master pizza chef of a certain level. You can indulge in any type of dough and base as it has no limits. For the catering I haven't had the opportunity to try. The dated country-style room is quite welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful.

19/08/2024: Bad experience, rude owner, grumpy, not very correct... we were 13 people, we wanted to have pizza for dinner, and he told us that there were 6 pizzas available... we chose something else... After we finished dinner, another 10 pizzas magically came out for other people... we will definitely not go back again...

21/08/2024: I went on August 9th with my minor daughter for probable mononucleosis. The doctor, if we can call him that, from the emergency room was not able to read the results of the tests carried out on site which confirmed the infection, nevertheless, he prescribed and administered Rocefin, making it even worse 👏👏👏👏👏congratulations

07/08/2024: From those coming from the north where everything works, it seems better, I must say, congratulations to the healthcare staff and the organization. We had access to the PS, it took a long time but also in the north obviously the times are not quick and if there are a lot of people who get there for obvious reasons, the time extends out of all proportion. The staff were welcoming, prompt and very efficient. Too bad the whole external context. Consideration more aimed at politicians than at the structure. It seems absurd to me that as a tourist, I had to travel 1.5 hours from Vieste to reach an emergency room with my car, because "the ambulance would have taken longer...". But how is it possible that to access a PS in Puglia you have to travel so far? Here we are playing with people's lives and this is very serious. But you doctors don't give up! Thanks anyway .

30/03/2024: Located five kilometers from the town, Hotel Il Paradiso offers breathtaking views in the morning, thanks to its isolated position. The rooms, although a little spartan, offer a peaceful retreat. However, the small TV may disappoint guests. Classified as a three star, the hotel may be a little generous in its ratings. The breakfast, consisting of an empty croissant, two biscuits and a modest portion of jam, accompanied by instant coffee, leaves a little to be desired. However, main meals offer a better gastronomic experience, with first and second courses followed by dessert. Unfortunately, the breakfast service does not fully meet expectations, with staff who are unprofessional and not accommodating to guests' requests. Despite this, Hotel Il Paradiso in Collina offers an overall acceptable experience for those seeking a peaceful escape from the daily grind.
