11/05/2025: As nice as the place was, it had a flaw in many situations... the staff were absolutely incompetent, they were unable to serve a banquet with more than 50 people, the waiters were grumpy and were unable to serve even the children who had to wait even for a plate of pasta... many diners were left without courses and it wasn't clear why... I obviously won't go back and above all I don't feel like recommending it to anyone... update me and pay the competent staff

21/05/2025: I was with a group of friends, more than friends a second family. Unwelcoming staff, not very welcoming and professional, and with very little desire to work. Being in the public sector involves having a proactive attitude, wearing a beautiful smile and a great desire to do. If when you hire you do not find this in the employees it is very serious because the service involves not only the quality of the products and the beauty of the panorama, but also a PROFESSIONAL attitude.

17/03/2025: Ci ero già stata anni fa' e il posto è carino con cibo discreto. Attenzione però alle prenotazioni...Nel mio caso avevo prenotato per un pranzo di sabato (per 12 persone) con 3 mesi di anticipo. Mio malgrado, per problemi familiari, ho dovuto successivamente (ma con ben oltre 2 mesi di anticipo) disdire la prenotazione spiegando tutto con messaggio e aggiungendo che speravo di poter riprogrammare il pranzo di famiglia in seguito. La proprietaria, nonostante abbia lei stessa premesso che la prenotazione in realtà non l'aveva considerata effettiva (in mancanza di caparra) e che effettivamente mancasse ancora molto tempo, con messaggio vocale mi ha comunque offesa e tacciata di mancare di serietà, sono trasalita... e io che avevo pensato di essere stata premurosa ad avvisarla così tempestivamente e che, senza saperlo, non avevo in realtà nemmeno una prenotazione!

01/01/2025: We spent New Year's Eve 2024 at this location and we couldn't have chosen better!!! Truly top choice of music: the very talented singer Rossella Quarto managed to give pure emotions as well as involving all the guests. Truly superb dishes prepared by the chef in an impeccable way reflect the Apulian cuisine with a touch of modernity that doesn't hurt, but rather surprises. What can I say? Everything is truly top!!! Compliments to Mrs. Mariangela and all the staff!!! A New Year's Eve like this is not easily forgotten 🥳🥳🥳🥂🥂🥂👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼Well done everyone!!! Ad maiora!!!

28/04/2025: Optimal! We had linguine with seafood, grilled sea bream and fried seafood. Everything really delicious and fresh. Only the house sparkling white wine wasn't that great but this doesn't affect the friendliness of the owners and the goodness of the food. Super recommended!

27/04/2025: I came here by accident and I don't regret it. Considering Italian realities, Hotel Italia is probably a phenomenon. Clean, well-kept rooms, large parking lot, newly renovated bathroom. Delicious breakfast, air conditioning. The owner is very nice and you can see that he cares and makes sure that everything is as it should be. Such places are worth returning to.

23/03/2025: Location elegante ed accogliente. Il servizio è stato impeccabile. Sono stati attenti senza essere invadenti. Ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo. Il menù degustazione di mare dello chef è assolutamente da provare, un viaggio nei sapori che si è concluso con un dessert Delizioso.

17/03/2025: Écoutez je reste perplexe, les plats ont été bon a part peu être trop de truffes sans vraiment avoir un vrai goût de truffe, une carte pas très inspirante après avoir bien réfléchi aucun antipastis me faisait envie. Voyant qu’on était un déçu, on nous proposé la focaccia maison, on a pensé qu’elle était offerte ! Quelle surprise de la voire sûr l’addition. Œuf poché crème et truffe sans goût de truffes, liguini asperges crevettes rose et truffes noires voilà pour les entrées ensuite risotto de fruits de mer et de nouveau pour mon époux liguini asperges crevettes rose et truffes toujours avec aucun goût de truffes. Déserts boff et l’atmosphère pesant on a l’impression d’être dans un étoilé Michelin avec un service de trattoria !!!

25/01/2025: Tutto buono, personale gentile…2 piccoli appunti a parere mio per la pizza, l’impasto mi piacerebbe di più se fosse un po’ più salato, lo trovo abbastanza dolce (gusto mio) , e preferirei che la pizza non arrivi già tagliata in sei, c’è chi preferisce tagliarla in quattro, ma soprattutto se non ti accorgi che è già tagliata combini un pasticcio 😅…tagliando prima la base e mettendoci sopra i condimenti come i salumi potresti non accorgerti del pre-taglio e bisogna capire poi come dividerla per bene per non farla diventare in dieci pezzi sollevando i condimenti….Ragazzi non tagliere la prima 🙏🏻😁… in compenso bell’ambiente, personale simpatico e sollecito, buona qualità delle materie
