23/03/2026: This place (essentially a pizzeria) is located at the end of Via d'Aragona, very close to the Castello Federiciano. I went there with friends on a Saturday night, and the place was packed with customers. In my opinion, the tables are set too close together (there are no coat hangers, so you have to put your jackets and coats on your chair). The additional problem is that, precisely because the tables are so close together, there's no room for waiters, customers leaving, or even those arriving. As a result, people were brushing against me the whole time, or worse, shouting at me. Speaking of the pinsa, I can say that the quality and flavor are overall good; if I had had the chance to taste it, it would have been much better (imagine someone pushing your chair as you're about to bite into it). I might go back, but on a day other than Saturday.

The service needs improvement; they didn't bring the condiments with the grilled vegetables, which were, quite rightly, bland, so the customer could season them to taste. The real strength: the location. What's immediately striking is the glamorous and meticulously curated atmosphere. The restaurant manages to create a perfect blend of modern elegance and comfort: square tables with rounded corners (a detail that makes everything more harmonious and functional) and a clever mix of chairs and sofas. This allows you to sit comfortably, converse peacefully, and enjoy your dinner without feeling cramped. The lighting is warm and well-balanced, the design minimal yet welcoming: a truly successful combination that makes the place ideal for both couples and groups of friends. Service: The waiters are kind, friendly, and welcoming. You can immediately tell they know their job: attentive, smiling, and able to interact with customers without being invasive. They readily accommodated all our requests, making the evening even more enjoyable. Service was prompt but never rushed. Food and Experience There are many good-quality dishes, both classic and fusion, with a nice balance of flavors and a variety that easily satisfies. The all-you-can-eat menu maintains an excellent standard. But beyond the food, it was a dinner with friends characterized by lightheartedness and fun: a chatty atmosphere, comfortable sofas, and an atmosphere that made you feel at ease from the first to the last moment. Value for money Very good, especially considering the beauty of the place and the attentive service. Kōun Sushi is not just a restaurant where you eat well: it's a place where you can feel good, laugh, chat, and create the right atmosphere. Perfect for evenings with friends or for those who want a glamorous atmosphere without overdoing it. I'll be back soon. During my summer stay in the city of the Disfida, I never miss traditional desserts like cartellate or 'lumini', or pastries in general, and a good coffee served with Francesca and Veronica's smiles! ...a place where you can feel pampered, satiating your palate with flavor, elegance, and history!

13/04/2026: Saturday evening, after dinner at a trattoria near Via Nazareth in Barletta, it's customary to stroll along the main street; a glance at Ersclio, always majestic, on the left, but then we turn our gaze to the right and see the line at the ice cream shop "on the main street." We're tempted to try the first cone of the season, so we go in. After a short wait (to be honest), we go in and order two-flavor cones (each for €3.50), seven veils and Sicilian cassata: I'd say that, without taking anything away from the others, it's among the tastiest ever—8 on a scale of ten. Some might say, why not more than an 8? Well, because as a fan of artisanal ice cream, I've tried hundreds of ice cream shops everywhere, and I can assure you that for variety and flavor, there are places where I could have breakfast, lunch, and dinner based on ice cream. In any case, I'm a loyal customer of this establishment.

05/07/2026: First and last time I set foot in this place. First of all because I showed up with my little dog (a 3 kg Chihuahua), and not a Maremma Sheepdog. The owner or whoever, rudely told me that they don't accept dogs here. As I am, I would have left without setting foot in there again, but unfortunately I had to leave the dog at home and return as it was a birthday (all the members of the table will not set foot in there again either). The pizza is absolutely unclassifiable, extremely thin and burnt. The bathroom is not up to standard for those in wheelchairs, so I strongly recommend modernizing the mentality, but above all the place is not up to standard in my opinion.

19/04/2026: We arrive at 1:00 PM sharp. We're among the first to be seated, we order, and the appetizers arrive immediately. So far, so good. Once the appetizers are finished, we wait for the first courses. An hour passes and nothing, we ask the waiter, and he tells us they're preparing the dishes, another hour passes and they tell us the dishes are arriving. In the meantime, we order a fried fish dish for the second course, considering how long it takes for the first course. It's 4:00 PM when the first courses finally arrive. Spaghetti with seafood. With raw mussels and closed clams. Disappointed with the first course, we wait for the fried fish to satisfy our taste buds, but only the waiter comes to tell us that the fried fish is finished. Meanwhile, it's 4:30 PM. We get up to pay the bill, and not a single euro is discounted. It's a shame because the place is very nice.

04/05/2026: It was our first time in Barletta, and we found this little pizzeria. I highly recommend the pizza; the crust is nice and thin, the toppings are delicious, and a large beer (660 ml) costs €3. We'll definitely eat there again.

26/04/2026: The bathroom smelled a bit like sewage. But everything was clean! The balcony had a direct view of the sea. The beds were very comfortable.
