28/04/2026: I was invited to Villa Petrina for a baptism, and the experience was not the best when it came to gluten-free options. I was served a first course with gluten-free BARILLA pasta (or a similar brand), and it was overcooked. It was nothing like the dishes served to others at the table. The other two dishes I received (two risottos) were not chosen by the guests who had previously chosen the menu. Fortunately, I have never experienced this kind of treatment in a reception restaurant before this experience. The menu for celiacs must be READY to match the original menu as closely as possible, not reduced or completely modified, as was also done for the appetizers. Fresh gluten-free pasta can be ordered from local specialized gluten-free pasta producers, to avoid these serious discrepancies or omissions.

08/08/2025: Very friendly and exceptionally attentive. As for the food, I was blown away by the flavor of the focaccia, the chicken was perfectly cooked, and not to mention the delicious skewers, all seasoned with a drizzle of high-quality raw olive oil.
