11/11/2025: Incredible experience! What was a cold rainy day in Alberobello, turned into a magical two hours just trying to take shelter from the rain. Once we were seated, we were greeted by Francesco, the owner of Paco Wines. He asked us what sort of wines we liked and how he could find something we would enjoy. We sort of felt like a little Rosé, so he returned to allow us to sample three different ones. All were great and we enjoyed our first glass. We ordered some light snacks. He returned later to allow us to try some reds. He also made a great effort to get to know us and tell us about his business. He has a great passion for what he does and it comes across. My wife settled on a wonderful Primitivo (the best I had tried in Italy BTW). I got a glass of Negroamario...absolutely stunning. I bought a bottle to bring back home. What an amazing two hours. Francesco was so warm and welcoming. And when we were done and walked outside, the sky was breaking to reveal blue skies. Another Italian miracle!

01/11/2025: We found it to be excellent, and a total success. The place, the atmosphere, and the quality of the wines and tapas they served were incredible. The staff's friendliness was amazing; even though they barely knew our language, they did their best to understand us perfectly. I will definitely recommend it to everyone. 21/10/2025: Well, let me summarize the story of how a carnivore was amazed by a vegetarian Italian restaurant. First, the impact of the kitchen being open to the tables. Then, being invited to participate in the preparation of the pasta I was about to eat, which Katia, my wife, immediately accepted. But no amount of guidance prepared me for the deliciousness of the starter: a paste of fresh tomatoes, almonds, and spices. It was served with homemade bread. I went to the kitchen to congratulate the chef. Finally, the main course: oricchiette (traditional Puglia pasta) with a cauliflower sauce and Italian-style croutons. Of course, everything was followed by tiramisu. So, once in Italy, after this magnificent meal, I did as the Italians do: I went to the hotel and obeyed my body's greatest desire: I slept.

21/10/2025: A great lunchtime experience at I Primi di Puglia. We were warmly welcomed on the terrace, but as it got busier, we noticed they lost their overview a bit. Fortunately, the food and drinks were served quickly and were delicious. This is the place to go for fresh pasta (they were made a la minute, which you can see inside). After our main courses, it took a while before we were helped back to dessert. But since we were on vacation, this wasn't a problem for us, and we were comfortable. Afterward, we enjoyed a delicious tiramisu (the only thing available at the time) and a delicious, spicy doppio.

17/10/2025: While walking through the picturesque Alberobello we came across this restaurant on Monte San Michele Street and stopped for lunch. Although we had not made a reservation, they welcomed us without any difficulty and we thank them for that. Passing by trulli rooms, they led us to a closed patio with a view of the surrounding trulli, although we would have preferred a table in an authentic trulli. The service was fast, the food very good and beautifully presented. We were impressed by the owner of the shop who, with his ubiquitous colorful clothes, wandered from table to table, creating an atmosphere that looked more like a tourist show. When leaving, they gave us a magnet as a gift showing the facade of the restaurant.

01/09/2025: A very family-friendly and quiet place, with a very good value for money, and we were treated very well, being Spanish. It's a bit far from the city if you don't have a car, but the trip is worth it.

The menu is fantastic, with so many options it was hard to choose. We went in and ordered two pizzas to go: the Capricciosa and the Ducale. The Capricciosa had capers, which made it delicious! The pizzas were very generous, enough to have leftovers the next day. Excellent prices. We also ordered a beer and a delicious truffle to go. You can eat in or take out. Highly recommended! Ingelese - A great pizza restaurant in Coreggia! The owner is a delight! We tried our best to speak Italian—he was so kind and patient. The menu is fantastic—so many options it was hard to choose.
