24/09/2025: We had booked a room to sleep in the heart of Gubbio, intrigued by the name "Bed & Beer" and the photos of the beer tap in the room, not knowing that the owner's restaurant was right below! Needless to say, after touring the town and refreshing ourselves in the apartment we had, we went downstairs to spend a fantastic evening drinking excellent beer and eating pizza. Definitely worth a visit.

06/09/2025: This place is right in the historic center of Gubbio! Perfect for aperitifs, we ordered a beer from a wide selection of excellent craft beers and a prosecco. They asked us if we wanted something to eat, but despite saying yes, we never got it! It's a shame because the staff is friendly. I'd go back and give it another try.

02/06/2025: Lovely staff who made us feel most welcome despite our Italian being abysmal! Great fresh food and fabulous quick service for a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

14/09/2025: A lovely little Apennine spot with excellent thin-crust pizza and handmade pasta. The staff is friendly and reasonably fast, even when the (small) place is packed. It deserves four stars, but I'm giving it five to offset the extremely negative reviews from sociopathic dog handlers who have trouble reading signs and enjoy defaming a family business that's been around since 1987.

18/10/2025: A quiet, open-air café with a relaxing view of the lake

06/09/2025: The food was very good, including the view of the lake. Points deducted for the service. Too few employees, who even looked away just to avoid having to serve. Old dishes were still lying around everywhere. When you finally got around to ordering, because you were able to move, things moved slowly but surely. Another point deducted for the bill. You didn't see it until after you paid, and it was incorrect, too. Too many drinks were charged. My impression was that the employee was somewhere between intentional and incompetent.

16/09/2025: The pizza is top-quality, both in terms of dough and toppings. And the desserts are noteworthy!

14/09/2025: Excellent pizza, but if the all-purpose pizzeria owner forgets dessert and justifies himself by telling you you saved money and calories, we're not getting it. Holy shit, she wanted to serve us and got shoved in the shoulder because she wanted to be the center of attention. Doing too much hurts.

03/11/2025: Good evening. I ordered a Margherita pizza, which arrived hot and with a thick crust, as requested. The only thing that tastes strange. I have absolutely no doubt that you pay attention to the various ingredients you use, but I'd still like to report it. I don't know if it's the lactose-free mozzarella or not, but it leaves a generally bitter aftertaste, and I couldn't finish it. Sorry. See you soon.

05/10/2025: Excellent food and impeccable service, from appetizers to first courses, main courses, and dessert. Exceptional value for money, highly recommended.

30/08/2025: If you're on the E45 near San Sepolcro, exit at Selci Lama or San Giustino, and five minutes into Pistrino you'll find this restaurant. You might be thinking, "What do you want to find in Pistrino that's worth the detour?" I'll tell you: you'll find an honest restaurant with very well-cooked dishes, excellent ingredients, helpful and fast staff, and very fair prices. The detour is highly recommended, believe me!

22/06/2025: Abbiamo mangiato molto bene in questa pizzeria! L’ambiente è accogliente e il servizio è stato impeccabile: i camerieri si sono dimostrati cordiali, disponibili e anche molto simpatici, contribuendo a rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. La pizza è stata una vera sorpresa: molto buona, con un impasto leggero e una farcitura delicata ma saporita, ben equilibrata nei gusti (ho preso la pizza Praga, giusto per essere precisi). Sicuramente tornerò volentieri. Consigliatissimo!

They charged me €7 for a mini burger; I ordered 4 zucchini slices (counter) for my baby, and they charged me €6.50 (the receipt listed grilled vegetables)! I'm speechless!

22/11/2025: Recommended! A restaurant just steps from the historic center, nestled in a small alley. Historic decor, pizza, and restaurant open for both lunch and dinner. Excellent food, exceptional daily menu, generous portions, excellent value. Friendly and super helpful staff. Short wait times for food. RECOMMENDED!

09/11/2025: We visit Gubbio very often, and this place is a guarantee for us. Claudio and his staff welcome us within the ancient walls of this restaurant to enjoy, from appetizers to dessert, dishes that have the flavor of Umbria. And then in the evening, an excellent pizza with a nice mug of Forst beer. Thanks guys ❤️
