Absolutely, absolutely the best pizza I've eaten in the last 40 years. Simply perfect.

20/11/2025: I went to this pizzeria the other day with some colleagues. They told me they made delicious pizza, but they exceeded my expectations! I tried three different ones, and they were the best pizzas I've ever had on my street! SUPERLATIVE ingredients, I'm speechless, and the dough is dreamy. I don't know what to say. Very friendly and professional, the place is small but tastefully decorated. I'll be back whenever I can.

11/01/2026: The only redeeming feature is the dough! The ingredients are so bland that they had to add salt and pepper to the pizza to even taste anything. The reheating is almost nonexistent, and the service is so fast that if you're not quick enough to eat your first order, your second course will arrive in no time. How a potentially relaxing dinner over your quintessential comfort food turns into an experience bordering on anxiety-inducing. A big NO for me.

08/12/2025: A beautiful venue with a bar for breakfast and aperitifs. A pizzeria serving good quality pizzas is also available. It also has a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious dishes. The desserts are delicious. I recommend this place.

I stopped for breakfast and the quality of the products was excellent, and I even found a corner dedicated to gluten-free breakfast ❤️

Unfortunately, it was very crowded, but despite this, we found the owner to be very helpful and the waiter was kind, accommodating our every request. We had a great lunch, and the price was more than fair. I recommend it.... Thank you.

04/01/2026: A wonderful experience! The owner explained the quality of the products he would use to prepare the dishes and even recommended an excellent wine (truly among the best in Italy)!
I had a mouth-watering chickpea and chestnut soup; it was quite cold that evening, so it was a real treat for this, too.
We finished with a truly delicious local amaro.
We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!!!

24/09/2025: We had booked a room to sleep in the heart of Gubbio, intrigued by the name "Bed & Beer" and the photos of the beer tap in the room, not knowing that the owner's restaurant was right below!
Needless to say, after touring the town and refreshing ourselves in the apartment we had, we went downstairs to spend a fantastic evening drinking excellent beer and eating pizza.
Definitely worth a visit.
06/09/2025: This place is right in the historic center of Gubbio! Perfect for aperitifs, we ordered a beer from a wide selection of excellent craft beers and a prosecco. They asked us if we wanted something to eat, but despite saying yes, we never got it! It's a shame because the staff is friendly. I'd go back and give it another try.

I ordered a Margherita pizza, which arrived hot and with a thick crust, as requested. The only thing that tastes strange.
I have absolutely no doubt that you pay attention to the various ingredients you use, but I'd still like to report it.
I don't know if it's the lactose-free mozzarella or not, but it leaves a generally bitter aftertaste, and I couldn't finish it.

23/12/2025: We booked a table for eight people on December 8th. The restaurant, though small, is organized with a certain rationality. As soon as we sat down, the woman at our table explained to us—at length, how they made the pizzas...? Then a couple showed up at the entrance, and the owners were paying them a lot of compliments for someone I couldn't see. I assumed it was a child, but it was actually a beautiful, enormous dog! I think it was a St. Bernard. I've owned several dogs, but I've never dreamed of imposing them in a restaurant. One person's pleasure shouldn't be another's displeasure. I don't know how the owners could allow animals in that small restaurant.
The pizza was good enough.

15/12/2025: It was packed, so they put us in the smaller room, which is then used as a place to store glasses and pizza boxes for when needed. The room itself isn't very welcoming. I've been there, and I'm not sure
I'd go back, but overall, good food at a great price!
