25/12/2024: Terrible experience We enter at 8.47pm with the closing time on Google and ON THE DOOR at 9.30pm and as soon as we enter they dismiss us by saying that they are closing and that therefore we cannot eat there (while they literally slam the chairs on top of the tables to make us understand that they are closing ) We ask if we can at least send the little girl to the bathroom and there too we can't because they just cleaned. 20/02/2025: Pizzeria in operation since 1964, located in a side street on Corso Cavour. Small and welcoming place, the owner friendly, helpful, affable. The pizza is very good, wide variety of choices.

02/02/2025: Full place, rather noisy environment. We honestly expected something more from the dishes. The pici cacio e pepe with truffle didn't suit us: the cacio remained largely stuck to the bottom of the dish and the pepper dominated the taste of the truffle, unbalancing the flavour, in our opinion. Maybe we made a mistake in ordering a dish that is not typical of the area? The chestnut gnocchi tasted good, but the butter and truffle dressing didn't have the right intensity and they went away like that. We would also have liked to try the egg with truffle but, to avoid taking any risks, we preferred to stop and go straight to the coffee. Too bad, because from the photos everything looked really good!

02/01/2025: If you want to spend a quiet evening and eat well, this is the right restaurant if you are near Paciano and Panicale. The service is as excellent as the dishes they bring to the table. Too bad we didn't also try the pizza, but we'll have the opportunity!!

28/01/2025: Absolutely amazing pizza. Very high quality. When you have it on your plate and start eating it you enter a "silent and meditative" dimension in which all the cells of the body are attracted by the taste and flavors so good that they captivate you from the environment around you.

A truly family-run company (everyone serving, making the pizza and pouring the drinks), they are friendly, always kind and, above all, good. Tonight I ate an exquisite pizza (the Massimo) that I had never tasted. Very good and digestible pizza base.

09/02/2025: After a beautiful Trek to Gengone, my 2 travel companions and I went to refresh ourselves in this restaurant in the center of Costacciaro, rustic, home-style cooking, a beautiful saloon-style wooden veranda, the interior with classic furnishings, clean and welcoming The staff is very helpful and kind, you feel at ease in this place The menu is varied, many raw materials are purely typical of the area, from truffles to game ragù, not to mention the local meats We tasted everything, the strong flavours, the homemade pasta, the cooking of the meat, everything was really good In the evening it is also possible to eat pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven The restaurant is located in an excellent position, close to the main artery, with a view of Monte Cucco Overall, we left very satisfied

30/12/2024: Pretty disappointed overall with everything! Environment remained as it was when I was a child and went there... 80s. The pizza was burnt on the edges (see photo), sour tomato. Avelle starter uncommentable. By tradition, we have taken the growth and also the disappointment. With poor quality products, cheap grass... in short, a disaster. At the modest price of 30 euros per person. I don't think I'll be back.

23/01/2025: Just had wine €4 and Beer €6 with a lovely pizza for our Aperitif. Friendly guy. They had football on so good atmosphere. Nice outdoor area for smoking.

18/03/2025: First time in Bastia and Pruneto. Modern rooms but rather poorly distributed due to the characteristics of the property. In 3 adults, overcoming the natural reluctance for air-conditioned environments, normally always placed in a ball and due to the sultry heat, we chose to sit in a rather narrow room with 7/8 tables, (mostly for 2 or 3 people), rather than outside. Nice to be able to see the skilful work of the pizza chef from above. Having therefore chosen two pizzas and a hamburger with fries, we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that, especially the pizzas, they are made to perfection according to the true Neapolitan tradition. Very honest final price for the quality offered and also for the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. One star less because the wait was excessive when compared to the presence of only one other couple at that moment. Unfortunately, pizzerias, nowadays, always give priority to takeaway. This is a reason that can only be shared in part. One last thing: music has now become irritating almost everywhere. Here there is a nice background that does not disturb those who want to chat. Update for my second year in Bastia and of course second, but not last, visit to Pruneto. Pizzas always at the top, with top quality ingredients, especially the Cetara anchovies which have a totally different flavor from those bought in the supermarket. There is always the big problem of the very slow service even when there is practically no one there, something also highlighted in other reviews. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, despite the two pizza chefs stationed at the entrance who don't bother to greet those who enter and exit. I think it is rude and unprofessional behavior, considering that the place is very popular. 2025 update. I brought my wife and daughter with me. I have to say that this last time was the worst ever, considering that, except for mine, the other two pizzas were nondescript and inedible objects. Unfortunately, due to the crowding and in order not to insult the owner too much, who is always very kind to us, we did not make the right complaints. Since it's not the first time this has happened, we were very disappointed, to the point that for the next few times we will consider changing a place that we have frequented for more than three years every time we come to Bastia.

08/03/2025: Both the service and the friendliness of the staff were excellent. Both the pizza and the fried food are good. March 2025 Downgraded to two stars because it was an absurd evening. The fried starters arrived 15 minutes after our other friends had already finished their pizza; Furthermore, the Ascoli olives and cold fried onions arrived. After ten minutes and two reminders they told us that the pizzas would arrive in about ten minutes, whereupon we left. At the checkout, despite complaining about the poor service, they didn't even bother to at least remove the cover since we practically didn't eat anything apart from the fried foods or at least a minimum discount. Absurd

27/02/2025: Cozy place but a little dated. Good quality pizza ingredients but it was practically raw. A round of applause to the guys in the room.
