16/05/2026: We went there for a business dinner. There were four of us. Three of us ordered a Florentine steak, two cuts of about 900 grams, and the fourth ordered a tagliata. It's a shame that both arrived cold. It's a shame. The place was nice and original, and the staff was helpful.

03/05/2026: Saturday evening in Foligno with friends. A total of 8 people, including 2 16-year-old girls. My wife calls to reserve a table and they say they're fully booked. After a bit of persistence, telling them we're from Rome, they manage to accommodate us with two tables for 4. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected event that evening, there are 6 of us, and we also inform them of this by phone, out of courtesy; perhaps the two seats we're not using could be used for other guests. We arrive and politely ask to combine the tables, but they immediately refuse, citing safety concerns. We, the parents, sit at a table for 4, and the 2 girls, alone, sit at the other table for 4. When ordering, a young woman explains the pizza of the day, and since it includes anchovies, my wife asks them not to include them. They refuse again, citing the lack of flavor. After my pizza order, I ask if they have beer. By the way, there are no appetizers and no beer mentioned on the menu, at the expense of wine costing €20 a bottle or more. Another disclaimer, as their pizza is leavened for 72 hours and they recommend eating it with wine. This is inappropriate, considering the yeasts clash and "ruin" the flavor of their product. I'm 56 years old, and such insensitive treatment really annoyed me. This girl treated me like a fool who drinks beer (of which I don't know the brand or price). Not a good night. And isn't the customer always right? It's certainly better to sell a €20+ bottle of wine than to please a customer (whom they'll never see again, living 150km away) with a €5 beer. Bad... Bad...

28/02/2026: Recommended by the Aurora farmhouse, we dined at this restaurant and pizzeria. We ate like a restaurant, not pizza—everything was exceptional. We chose typical Umbrian dishes, generous portions, modest prices, attentive service, and the very kind owner even gave us two packs of traditional Umbrian bread. Thank you and congratulations.

01/05/2026: In the past, the pizza was pleasant and passable. Then, over time, it changed. Yesterday, it was embarrassing. It arrived cold, without an insulated container. Delivered by a guy who seemed to have found it by chance, who was traveling with his girlfriend. The pizza was very thin, but not crispy. It was like chewing gum, with a taste of spoiled mozzarella and tomato sauce. The only thing that was fresh was the basil leaf, which didn't belong. We reheated the pizza, but nothing changed. I ate a piece out of desperation and was sick all night. I drank water like a camel and woke up with gastrointestinal problems. It's an insult to Italian pizza. They make it better abroad. I understand there's a crisis, but this is theft. For three pizzas for €25, you spent €2 and earned a good review. I'll continue to make pizza at home.

02/05/2026: WHAT A DINNER! Everything was excellent and delicious, from the welcome, to the service, to the food. I went one evening, and I had coratella, bruschetta, Angus carpaccio, and zuppa inglese. I paired it with the house red. I could have eaten a whole pot of coratella, but everything else was excellent, and what great portions. The zuppa inglese—ah, finally, zuppa inglese made properly! If the food weren't enough, the welcome and care you feel make it even more worth it. The place is immaculately maintained, even in the bathroom, and the service is top-notch! The atmosphere is super welcoming. If you're passing by, you can't miss stopping by! And to finish off the meal, a lovely gentian bitter... I've rarely left a restaurant so satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, try it and believe it.

09/06/2026: I have to correct this. The first pizza was definitely better. The pizza chef changed a while ago, and the quality has dropped significantly, especially the pizzas, which are often burned on the bottom. Definitely needs improvement.
