The prices are fair and affordable, ideal for those who eat out every day. • Cicchetti and Aperitifs: In the late afternoon, it transforms into a classic Paduan bar where a spritz is a must, accompanied by a few "spunciotto" (aperitifs) displayed in the window.

Here, you can breathe and taste authentic Roman pinsa, crafted with great skill and in full respect of tradition. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and every item on the menu reflects attention, passion, and research. Special praise goes to the chef and the entire kitchen, who have succeeded in bringing an authentic slice of Roman life to the evocative setting of Spoleto. But what makes the experience even more enjoyable is the service: welcoming, friendly, personable, and always attentive to the customer. All this is framed by a refined, elegant, and very pleasant setting, perfect for an evening of good taste and conviviality. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

02/05/2026: The pinsa was very good, well-cooked, and tasty. Unfortunately, the overall experience wasn't a positive one. The place seemed poorly maintained: the floor was dirty, the pinsa was served on a slate rack that was too narrow (with crumbs and toppings easily spilling onto the tablecloth), and the temperature inside was uncomfortable, partly due to the front door often being left open or ajar. It's a shame, because the quality of the food deserves more careful management of the place and the comfort of the customers.

01/05/2026: In the past, the pizza was pleasant and passable. Then, over time, it changed. Yesterday, it was embarrassing. It arrived cold, without an insulated container. Delivered by a guy who seemed to have found it by chance, who was traveling with his girlfriend. The pizza was very thin, but not crispy. It was like chewing gum, with a taste of spoiled mozzarella and tomato sauce. The only thing that was fresh was the basil leaf, which didn't belong. We reheated the pizza, but nothing changed. I ate a piece out of desperation and was sick all night. I drank water like a camel and woke up with gastrointestinal problems. It's an insult to Italian pizza. They make it better abroad. I understand there's a crisis, but this is theft. For three pizzas for €25, you spent €2 and earned a good review. I'll continue to make pizza at home.
