15/05/2026: I had the umbricelli carbonara. It looked beautiful but wasn't particularly good. The pasta was cooked well, but the guanciale was too thin and almost burned. There were also pieces of fried onion, which, although I usually like them, gave a carbonara a strange flavor. The staff wasn't rude, but they weren't friendly either. The atmosphere is quiet and well-kept.

31/08/2025: Zucchini flowers were amazing!!! We ate here two nights in a row. The first night, pizza was not bad. The second, I asked the lovely waitress for a typical Nerenese first course, delicious...as if a local grandmother had cooked it! Warm welcome and friendliness

You'll often find traditional Venetian classics or seasonal dishes. • Value for Money: This is one of the reasons the place is always busy. The prices are fair and affordable, ideal for those who eat out every day. • Cicchetti and Aperitifs: In the late afternoon, it transforms into a classic Paduan bar where a spritz is a must, accompanied by a few "spunciotto" (aperitifs) displayed in the window.

02/06/2026: Terrifying experience. The place itself is cute on the outside, and there are animals for kids to play with. 4 adults, 4 children, we ordered 2 mixed fried foods (which never arrived)—they completely forgot them—2 carbonaras with eggs and frittata (but that's okay, we're not in Rome, I can understand them not being capable), 4 pizzas (one of which arrived after we'd all finished eating), 1 sandwich, 1 cutlet. The pizzas were decent. The sandwich wasn't anything special. After ordering, we waited over 45 minutes before being served (as mentioned, they forgot the fried foods, and one pizza arrived at the end of dinner). The chaos on that veranda was unbelievable! I couldn't hear the person in front of me over the noise of people shouting. Would I recommend it? No. We stumbled upon it while coming from Rome and had to stay for the evening not far from there.

The wood-fired oven gives them that extra flavor. The owner is very friendly and knows how to welcome customers. Congratulations.

07/05/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Silver Spuleti, in the heart of Spoleto's historic center, and the experience was truly excellent. Here, you can breathe and taste authentic Roman pinsa, crafted with great skill and in full respect of tradition. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and every item on the menu reflects attention, passion, and research. Special praise goes to the chef and the entire kitchen, who have succeeded in bringing an authentic slice of Roman life to the evocative setting of Spoleto. But what makes the experience even more enjoyable is the service: welcoming, friendly, personable, and always attentive to the customer. All this is framed by a refined, elegant, and very pleasant setting, perfect for an evening of good taste and conviviality. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

02/05/2026: The pinsa was very good, well-cooked, and tasty. Unfortunately, the overall experience wasn't a positive one. The place seemed poorly maintained: the floor was dirty, the pinsa was served on a slate rack that was too narrow (with crumbs and toppings easily spilling onto the tablecloth), and the temperature inside was uncomfortable, partly due to the front door often being left open or ajar. It's a shame, because the quality of the food deserves more careful management of the place and the comfort of the customers.

01/07/2026: Very passive aggressive waiters we ordered at 8.10pm the food arrived at 8.50pm raw eggs sour noodles bitter scallops and after 3 requests the bill arrived
