13/07/2025: Excellent pizza, wide choice, quite quick and very courteous.

30/06/2025: I went on Saturday night for dinner with my family at the suggestion of a colleague. This pizzeria had been recommended to me in particular for the goodness of its gluten-free pizza (we have 2 celiacs in the family). In general, I must say that I was quite pleasantly surprised: small but nice place, good choice of dishes, commendable the fact that all the appetizers had a gluten-free option (I tried crocché, montanara and chips and I must say everything was good!). The dessert was also excellent (too bad they had run out of gluten-free lemon delights - but I will return hoping to find it) and definitely a special mention for the normal pizza because objectively one of the best Neapolitan ones that can be found at least in the province of Perugia... but the gluten-free pizza was really not good!.. it's a shame because from the photos they showed me and from the reviews of other celiacs who had been there, the pizza should have been really good.. instead it was objectively ugly to look at, very heavy, full of oil, with an extremely heavy cord and a strong tendency to crumble.. in short.. bad bad. Now, I imagine and hope that it was a coincidence, a change of recipe... I think I will return to give it a second chance.. but I ask the owners if objectively I interpreted correctly and there was a "failed" change of recipe, or if I have to give up because the recipe is that one and objectively it is not valid... a ready-made base is objectively much, much, much better...

27/06/2025: So by chance today I went to Gubbio for a tourist tour and after the tourist tour we decided to go eat in a typical restaurant of Gubbio and so we stopped at the locanda del duca. Pisto excellent friendly staff and a menu that is nothing short of sublime. I recommend it to everyone

27/06/2025: Really delicious dishes. I recommend trying: The selection of typical cured meats and cheeses The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms The pork in porchetta (it melts in your mouth) And for dessert, both the cheesecake and the panna cotta. There are no photos because I didn't have time 😂

13/06/2025: A magical, clean and lively place! Sara and Stefano always welcome you with a smile, all the staff are alert and attentive to the needs of the customer. The food is excellent, the pizza highly digestible, the desserts delicious, then there is the beer, the spring water, the fireplace.. the fireplace!! What more could you want?! There is a wonderful energy in the air that invites you to come back and come back again!! ♥️ Update: in the summer the outside is MAGICAL!

06/07/2025: I have been to this restaurant. I... 🤔 personally DID NOT FIND IT WELL AT ALL, terrible service, the waiters showed up every now and then, the water simply the water was brought to us a good quarter of an hour, the bruschetta, the slices of bread and the grilled meat were all dry. the knife did not cut the tables were wobbly because of the flooring. €76!?!? basically... there was a table that had put the drink on our table....🙄!? we're joking 🤓.

06/07/2025: Good evening, I was at the Lu Somaru Restaurant. I didn't like ANYTHING. "the food"...🙄 The grilled meat was dry, the mixed bruschetta, I mean the bread, were equally dry. "The service" was not good at all, because they brought us water after a good quarter of an hour, "the environment" they should redo the flooring, because the tables were wobbly, and instead of putting a normal tablecloth, there were runners, some were very ruined. Finally...🤐... a payment that was not fair. I HAVE NO WORDS!!!

17/07/2025: I don't understand the bad reviews. The pizzas were great and very quickly delivered. Staff was nice and efficient. The atmosphere and location were very nice, and the food was quite cheap given how close this place is to the old town centre

13/07/2025: Was expecting everything to be super expensive given how central you are, sitting outside in the middle of the promenade, but it isn’t. That is the biggest plus. Of all the food we had, the pizza’s were half decent as was the wine. The antipasti were atrocious and it looked like it was all pre sliced. The arancini were cold in the centre. It was great sitting there, soaking up the atmosphere. All very lively. It was a good experience.

17/04/2025: Ho passato due mesi a Foligno ed è un peccato aver trovato solo gli ultimi tre giorni i Dei Franceschi...le luci rendono l'ambiente rilassante...la Padrona di casa Cinzia e, la mamma, ottime cuoche e persone squisite...le portate e la Pinsa buonissime!!!...Quando tornerò a Foligno sarà un posto fisso per la cena...Assolutamente da provare...ah...più di una volta!!!!

23/02/2025: Ormai questo Ristorante è diventato un'istituzione in città, tappa dovuta per folignati e non. La pinsa è buonissima e digeribile, i primi piatti e i secondi sono semplici e ben fatti. Le titolari, Eva e Cinzia, sono state accoglienti e pazienti, nonostante il mio gruppo fosse numeroso e vivace. Siamo stati benissimo. Torneremo!

01/05/2025: WOW! JUST WOW! My partner and I found this place randomly on the side of the road, thought we'd look inside for some lunch, and OH MY, how incredible it was! All natural and organic food, fair trade products, everything clean, fresh, and delicious :) I am gluten intollerant and have some food allergies, and we're both vegetarian. This place FAR exceeded our expectations, and we were blown away by the options and the high quality of food for a fair price, especially the GELATO! I had lentil soup, daikon and carrots, pumpkin, and black rice with vegetables, and my partner tried all that and arancini that were vegan, with peas and rice. We ended our meal with the incredible artisinal gelato. I had the dairy-free chocolate fondente and tried the orange, pumpkin, and carrot one that reminded me of carrot cake. It was some of the best gelato I ever had! We also had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Claudio, who organizes for Slow Food Perugia. He is truly passionate about his work and knows how to bring the insightful ideas about good, clean, and fair food into reality. We definitely will be coming back here many more times and even ordering delivery. We wish the gelato could be shipped XD ! If you're in Perugia, please don't miss this place!

01/05/2025: I didn't know the existence of this natural gastronomy and ice cream shop in Perugia. I was attracted by the name and decided to enter. The environment is simple and friendly, the owner is a respectable man, endowed with solid values ​​and a broad interdisciplinary and holistic knowledge. The cuisine is natural, simple in a good way and very attentive to the origin and quality of the products. You can also find vegan/vegetarian preparations and the ice cream is delicious and genuine. The food is good, clean and fair. It's not just a deli that sells food. It is a social, ecological and philosophical project. As a university student and gastronome I learned many things from the owner Claudio. In his project there is soul, passion and a clear vision. Regenerative or natural agriculture, as it is called today, is the future and Claudio is a conscious spokesperson and an active witness. I recommend this place to all people who wish to rediscover the true spirit of the Mediterranean diet, so often celebrated, but increasingly rare in restaurants or common delicatessens. I will gladly return.

20/02/2025: Semplicemente buono. Ecco cosa secondo me c'è da dire sul Quo Vadis. Buono perché si mangia bene, si spende il giusto ed il personale è molto simpatico e disponibile. Serve altro ?
