11/05/2025: First experience in this pizzeria. Very nice place, small, welcoming, clean, beautiful tables. Sublime pizza dough, neither too soft nor too hard, a balance that I had not yet tried. Perfect cooking, the cornice is not burnt. Unique ingredients in off-menu pizzas. Prices slightly higher than average but are compensated by the quality of the ingredients. Fast friendly service. I will definitely come back to try new pizzas. Congratulations to all of you

02/05/2025: Go this evening, after reading the symbol that guaranteed gluten-free. Once we entered, they showed us the table and without even making us sit down, they asked us if we wanted some water. After a while we asked to order, a boy took the order from us, a portion of gluten-free supplì, obligatorily 4 supplì, and already here we asked ourselves why, and we also asked the waiter who in response told us: they are usually portions for 2, okay we accept "this obligation", we order 2 pinsas, after about 30 minutes, the waiter arrives with only the pinsa with gluten telling us that the chef had made a mistake because he had made both with gluten, and was therefore making the gluten-free one again. So they forced us to eat separately due to their mistake. We had to request the beer we had already asked for as soon as we ordered the pinsas. I add the famous supplì that we had asked for, after having taken the order, we were told that they were no longer there, and it was only 9.20pm, therefore terrible internal organization of the kitchen, if they were already finished almost at the beginning of the evening. Experience not to be repeated, the staff if you can call it that, should be trained, rather than wandering around the room. P.s the Pinsa was good

A large, welcoming and well-kept place with ample parking both near the entrance to the place and on the road. A varied menu for all tastes, very good pizzas, more than decent fried foods, fair prices and professional and friendly service. After all, if it has been on the crest of the wave for decades there must be a reason..

17/04/2025: Ho passato due mesi a Foligno ed è un peccato aver trovato solo gli ultimi tre giorni i Dei Franceschi...le luci rendono l'ambiente rilassante...la Padrona di casa Cinzia e, la mamma, ottime cuoche e persone squisite...le portate e la Pinsa buonissime!!!...Quando tornerò a Foligno sarà un posto fisso per la cena...Assolutamente da provare...ah...più di una volta!!!!

23/02/2025: Ormai questo Ristorante è diventato un'istituzione in città, tappa dovuta per folignati e non. La pinsa è buonissima e digeribile, i primi piatti e i secondi sono semplici e ben fatti. Le titolari, Eva e Cinzia, sono state accoglienti e pazienti, nonostante il mio gruppo fosse numeroso e vivace. Siamo stati benissimo. Torneremo!

10/11/2024: Il.posto è davvero.bello, d'estate di sta benissimo, c'è.insomma del potenziale che ancora non viene.sfruttato appieno. Il.fatto è che è sempre pieno, e i gestori se ne approfittano. Chiamo quasi una settimana prima per prenotare per cena, infrasettimanale. Mi.risponde una ragazza che, tra una risata e l'altra, mi richiede più volte il.cognome, il.giorno e l'orario, poi chiude a malapena salutando. Arriva il.giorno della cena con i mieie amici e, ci mettono nella sala dentro (dove saranno stati 40 gradi); chiedo perchè non abbiamo.il.tavolo fuori, dato che ho prenotato con congruo anticipo, e mi viene risposto che avrei dovuto specificarlo! Bè, prenoto una settimana prima, d'estate, sicuramente mi sono premunita di chiamare così presto per stare in.una sala senza aria condizionata con 40 gradi! Inoltre, avrebbero potuto chiederlo in fase di prenotazione,.visto.che questa è la loro politica, ma forse la.ragazza al di là del.telefono era.troppo presa a.ridere. Hamburger buoni, prezzi un pò troppo alti, visto che devi andare ad ordinare da solo.
