12/05/2026: Went here not expecting too much just to not be hungry but upon receiving the food it was delicious so delicious that in fact the steak was one of the best that I had, everything was so perfect about it the meat was soft and juicy the arugula was so crispy and fresh and the tomatoes were somehow so sweet and sour at the same time and the sauce made it even better same goes for the boar pasta it was delicious savory warm everything you’d want.

22/04/2026: We were only in Orvieto briefly around 1-2 pm and wanted to grab a bite to eat. The server was friendly and patient. She only spoke Italian, which we didn't, but we managed with the help of a translator. The menu is digital and can be translated into several languages. The food was delicious. We had the tiramisu and a small charcuterie board. The bread was freshly baked and really good, and there was a selection of cold cuts and cheeses.

07/05/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Silver Spuleti, in the heart of Spoleto's historic center, and the experience was truly excellent. Here, you can breathe and taste authentic Roman pinsa, crafted with great skill and in full respect of tradition. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and every item on the menu reflects attention, passion, and research. Special praise goes to the chef and the entire kitchen, who have succeeded in bringing an authentic slice of Roman life to the evocative setting of Spoleto. But what makes the experience even more enjoyable is the service: welcoming, friendly, personable, and always attentive to the customer. All this is framed by a refined, elegant, and very pleasant setting, perfect for an evening of good taste and conviviality. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

02/05/2026: The pinsa was very good, well-cooked, and tasty. Unfortunately, the overall experience wasn't a positive one. The place seemed poorly maintained: the floor was dirty, the pinsa was served on a slate rack that was too narrow (with crumbs and toppings easily spilling onto the tablecloth), and the temperature inside was uncomfortable, partly due to the front door often being left open or ajar. It's a shame, because the quality of the food deserves more careful management of the place and the comfort of the customers.

05/05/2026: The location is charming. The burger is excellent. The service is quite fast. It's a shame that the sign says "brewery" and then there's only one place whose name the waitress doesn't even know. There's room for improvement on this front.

18/04/2026: Terrible experience. They seated us, and only after we asked, after more than 20 minutes, did they bring us the menus, and the drinks another 20 minutes later. We ordered five pizzas and only got four. After pointing out the oversight, after another 20 minutes, we asked for the missing pizza, which was still being prepared, so we canceled the order. No apology was offered during payment. I do not recommend.

It's near Foligno, and this experience was unique: Food) Excellent, we had dinner both days. First, we had Carbonara and second, pasta with Chianina ragù. Being from the north, we mostly eat meat ragù with sausage, etc. Service) The waiter and owner are very friendly but also serious, with few people if you come on the right days. Ambience) Very nice, with plenty of tables and music of all kinds. The restaurant overall is very large and beautiful, with reasonable wait times, which can be long for some. If you're in a hurry, you can ask for something to snack on (fries, potato croquettes, etc.), and they'll bring it right away. P.S.: When you park, there won't be a parking lot, so you'll have to park on the street next to the "Restaurant/Tennis Club" Rating: 4.5 approved 🍫
