29/05/2026: Delicious pizza and very friendly service. The pizza has a wonderfully thin crust; the edge isn't quite as wide as on a classic Neapolitan pizza, but it's nice and crispy. The toppings are delicious with a good selection. The antipasti (especially the Caprese di Bufala) are also highly recommended. I've been here several times while passing through and have been delighted every time.

30/05/2026: Pizzeria Ortler is located on Via Palade in Merano. The staff is welcoming, but the pizzas, although cooked in a wood-fired oven, are not generous in terms of quality. The location, despite its small size, is well-maintained, and the tables are well-arranged.

15/05/2026: Excellent and reasonably priced. There's a Moroccan Arab guy who's very polite and helpful. There's also a worker who takes orders and has a good attitude. And there's another guy who's a bit of a pain in the neck who tried to charge us 2 euros for the Parmesan. That's it. If you're on the way, go there. If it's far, don't bother; there are plenty of others. They're all pretty much the same in terms of taste and presentation. It's like you're only getting pizza and pasta in Italy.

07/05/2026: We happened to be here for dinner during the week. The staff were all very friendly. The food was delicious. We had pizzas and were very satisfied. The food arrived very quickly and was piping hot. It's definitely worth a visit. Since the pizzeria is located within a sports facility, there is ample parking.

14/06/2026: I was in the petrol station in front of the hotel, it was late at night so not many options. I urgently need to go to the toilet so I asked super politely if I can used the hotel toilet super fast..they said it is only for the guests so I left. I work in hospitality too and never denied the toilet to anyone 🤷🏻

13/06/2026: All the staff were extremely friendly!!! Even the reception staff were super knowledgeable about any needs. I highly recommend staying at this hotel not only for the kindness but also because the food is divine.

18/04/2026: Yesterday, four of us went there for pizza. We ordered three pizzas, and they were good. I ordered the 300g rib-eye steak. I have to say, there's no way it was 300g; unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture. The taste wasn't bad, but nothing special either—rather average and under-seasoned. Considering the price of €38, which included side dishes costing €2—potato wedges and grilled vegetables—it's outrageously overpriced for the quality. I'd recommend sticking with the pizzas instead.

21/03/2026: The food was absolutely delicious. The venison ragu was exceptionally tasty, and the pasta was perfectly al dente. The restaurant is also run by an incredibly warm and welcoming family. I'll definitely be back many more times.

20/03/2026: Here's a well-written review: ⸻ Last night we ate pizza at the Palaghiaccio di Corvara in Corvara, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The pizza was very good, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is completely informal, perhaps even a little rustic, but precisely because of this, it's welcoming and relaxed, without too many pretensions. The service was quick and efficient, ideal if you want something good to eat without a long wait. The real added value, however, is the view of the ice rink: last night there was a hockey game, and being able to eat while watching the game made the atmosphere truly fun and different from usual. A simple yet authentic place, perfect for a casual evening with friends or family. We'll definitely be back! Marta served us, very kind and helpful.
