19/12/2025: A charming little restaurant that almost exclusively serves pizzas. They're very good and reasonably priced! Friendly service. I had a great experience at this pizzeria and would definitely recommend it!

09/12/2025: Whenever we come to the area, dinner is a must. In the splendid jewel that is Egna, this small but welcoming place is the icing on the cake. The pizzas are excellent, and the owners are courteous and friendly. Not to be missed.

26/02/2026: The food was absolutely delicious! Kudos to the kitchen! Unfortunately, the service staff is lacking... there's no coordination among them, and many of the waiters seem to lack attention to detail! ... you have to wait forever to be served or have your plates cleared. Side salads were taken from the main courses even before the appetizers had arrived... we waited 45 minutes for just one pizza bread as an appetizer... and then overheard an argument with the two waitresses about it... The service could definitely be better! The food was amazing 👍 The price was right! They have a lot of delivery orders, which is probably why the wait is so long...

05/03/2026: A very nice pizzeria. We ate dinner here on our way home to Germany. Excellent service and friendly staff. The pizza was delicious and perfectly baked. The atmosphere was authentic and cozy; you feel right at home. They had a very good draft beer, FORST. We'll definitely be back. We're already looking forward to trying their menu.

03/03/2026: A very large restaurant in the center of Vipiteno, right next to the Monte Cavallo cable car. The pizzas were very good, crispy but not burnt, and the menu was quite extensive. The only flaw: drinks aren't on the menu. When I asked for a small beer, I was told they all made the same size, yet I received a medium beer, while the guests at the table behind me had a much smaller beer. I therefore suggest adding drinks to the menu. Otherwise, the restaurant is noisy but conversations are easy, and the staff was helpful but not particularly friendly. Overall, we had a good time. It was Saturday night and we booked a few hours before dinner, so there were no problems with reservations.

19/10/2025: We had the best dinner in Selva here. The food was really great. The pizza was baked perfectly, the tagiatelle ragu was great, the tiramisu was also tasty. The waiters were very helpful and kind. Definitely will come back whenever we visit Dolomites again.

29/10/2025: We ordered food for takeout: 1. Despite only a 5-minute walk home, the food was lukewarm. 2. The menu on the website has outdated prices...very annoying. 3. The dumpling trio we ordered didn't include any salad!!! We didn't bother calling, though, because we were really hungry and wanted to at least have some semblance of warmth in our food. We definitely won't be ordering from there again or eating in.

20/03/2026: Here's a well-written review: ⸻ Last night we ate pizza at the Palaghiaccio di Corvara in Corvara, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The pizza was very good, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is totally informal, perhaps even a little rustic, but precisely because of this, it's welcoming and relaxed, without too many pretensions. The service was quick and efficient, ideal if you want something good to eat without a long wait. The real added value, however, is the view of the ice rink: last night there was a hockey game, and being able to eat while watching the game made the atmosphere truly fun and different from usual. A simple yet authentic place, perfect for a casual evening with friends or family. We'll definitely be back! Marta served us, very kind and helpful.

02/01/2026: A very cute and quaint place. I really appreciated that when we booked, the staff made sure to reserve a table for us even though the place was almost full. The food was relatively good, nothing exceptional, and the menu was rather limited. Unfortunately, the evening wasn't up to par. When we entered the restaurant, we waited at least 10 minutes without the staff seating us, and there were long waits to order dinner. Many people in the room next to our table had to leave to ask the waiters to take their orders. When the appetizer arrived, the cutlery hadn't yet been brought to the table. There weren't even any condiments like oil, salt, or vinegar at the table. Very disorganized service; I totally understand busy nights, but truly disorganization is at the root of the service. Prices are higher than average, and when we paid, we weren't even given a receipt. In good faith, I hope it was printed and kept by the restaurant. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return.

07/12/2025: Very nice, warm, and welcoming restaurant. There were five of us, and we all ate pizza. It was very good, with very thin crust and excellent toppings. We then had traditional apple and cinnamon strudel, a huge piece, truly delicious, and then the tiramisu, also delicious! Highly recommended ☺️

23/09/2025: I've been to this restaurant and I can say it was a true culinary paradise! The pizza was cooked to perfection, the fish was fresh and flavorful, and the desserts were a true delight. But what really made the difference was the quality of the ingredients used. The owner, Pasquale, is a true culinary enthusiast, and it shows in the care he takes in preparing each dish. And if you're lucky, you can even try the famous warm caramelized almonds made by Pasquale himself! It's a unique and delicious experience. But what struck me most was the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere. Pasquale is perfect and knows how to make guests feel at home. The service was impeccable, and the staff was very friendly. In short, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high-quality culinary experience and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

15/02/2026: I'd never been there before and was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance, the service, and the food. I had the linguine with pesto, burrata, and salted dried tomatoes, which were truly delicious. The only flaw was that the portion wasn't very generous—just right if you also ordered a second course—but after ordering just the first course, you'd be left wanting more.

08/02/2026: A pleasant discovery. Strategic location, a 3-minute walk from the village, behind the cable car, which is a 2-minute walk away. You can leave your car in the hotel parking lot. Clean and well-maintained rooms and facilities, with all the essentials. Excellent breakfast and in-house bar service. Unique hospitality from the owners. A pleasant discovery! The location is simply ideal: just a 3-minute walk from the village center and directly behind the cable car, which is a 2-minute walk away – you can conveniently leave your car in the hotel parking lot. The rooms and the entire property are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is excellent, as is the in-house bar service. The owners' exceptional hospitality is particularly noteworthy.

01/02/2026: We had a wonderful stay there with friends. The rooms were very clean and warm, the housekeeping was impeccable, and there was hot water in the bathroom. The hotel is rated two stars, so don't expect four for the price of two ;-). The free Wi-Fi worked well. There are no shoe dryers, so we took out our shoe liners and dried them in our rooms every day. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was good, attentive, and always willing to help. There was a separate room on the ground floor for gatherings in the evenings. The owners were very kind and helpful. Especially Uli, very open and empathetic, and spoke excellent English. I found it amazing how open and helpful she was despite working so hard at the hotel – I've never encountered anything like that before. Thank you, Uli! The hotel bar is open, and you can see that local people meet there – it looks great. The hotel is located close to the ski lift, and access would be perfect if it weren't for the steep, winding climb to the lift itself – it's a shame there's no elevator, as it's simply slippery and dangerous in winter, but that's not the hotel's fault. You can leave your gear in the ski storage room by the lift for around €6 per person per day. Shoes can be dried in the storage lockers, and you can return to the hotel in your street shoes. There's a great restaurant by the lift and a fantastic après-ski bar – always with a DJ, a dance floor, and open until 10 PM. There's also the Zum Woscht restaurant nearby, which serves excellent pizza and a variety of other dishes. Next to this restaurant is a well-stocked Despar store, and a second market a bit higher up. A bus station with good connections is close to the hotel. The bus takes about 35 minutes to Ortisei, but the road is incredibly winding – a nightmare for those with motion sickness.

30/01/2026: This is where the locals eat. All the dishes we tried were delicious. The spaghetti carbonara tasted like it was made at home. The broth with dumplings was excellent, and the truffle ice cream was delicious.

03/10/2025: We arrived without a reservation, and they found us a table and served us promptly. Very friendly and fast. The view of the valley is beautiful, as the restaurant is located at the edge of the forest, higher up than everything else. The food was good; we had a venison carpaccio appetizer and grilled vegetables (my partner), followed by a Swiss pine risotto and a potato soup. I'd say it was all very good and the price was average.
