07/01/2026: Good pizza. Poor service (we ordered two pizzas and drinks asked for a plate to eat from but they just bought us a single empty pizza plate even though we we two adults and a child so we had to get up ourselves and just grabbed two more empty pizza plates to eat from rather than bothering to ask them to specifically bring us dinner plates so we could dine in a more civilised manner, they also didn't bother bringing out the oil like we've experienced in better pizza restaurants) given that there weren't many other other guests. Great place to watch figure skaters training in the evening.

19/12/2025: Very comfortable and clean hotel. Just a stone's throw from the ski slopes. Very warm welcome from all the staff. Excellent food and great attention to those with allergies and other issues. The lady who takes care of the dining room, Nelli, is exceptional and a top-notch professional!

07/12/2025: A small, comfortable, family-run hotel. The rooms are very welcoming, warm, and clean. The owners are extremely helpful and kind. We opted for half-board: the cuisine was excellent and varied, and the staff made us feel at home. The ski slopes are within walking distance, and in the afternoon, you can also enjoy the spa relaxation area.

20/01/2026: Despite the not exactly happy location, and a first impression that could make you believe you are in the usual poorly maintained and dirty place, we had a very good time, the atmosphere was sunny, floors, chairs and tables were clean, and the pizza was surprisingly good.

07/01/2026: I had dinner with my partner on January 2, 2026, while staying at a local hotel, and it was a shame not to stay there on our first day of vacation. We ate really, really well. I had octopus with pumpkin puree and confit cherry tomatoes, which was excellent. Then there was a seafood pasta dish, which was delicious. My partner, being lactose intolerant, had a pizza with lactose-free mozzarella, and she loved it. The staff was very kind and friendly. If we're in the area, a stop is a must. Thank you for your hospitality and for the wonderful evening we had.

30/12/2025: I was passing by and the reviews were through the roof so had to stop and grab a bite. It may have been me but though the food was amazing, the service was meh. Just not what you would expect from a pricey place.

19/10/2025: We had the best dinner in Selva here. The food was really great. The pizza was baked perfectly, the tagiatelle ragu was great, the tiramisu was also tasty. The waiters were very helpful and kind. Definitely will come back whenever we visit Dolomites again.

09/02/2026: We spontaneously decided to go to Mausefalle on a Monday evening and were lucky enough to get a table. The pizzas were excellent, the service very attentive, and the value for money unbeatable.

09/12/2025: Whenever we come to the area, dinner is a must. In the splendid jewel that is Egna, this small but welcoming place is the icing on the cake. The pizzas are excellent, and the owners are courteous and friendly. Not to be missed.

27/01/2026: I've eaten at the restaurant several times and have always been satisfied. The pizza is large and generously topped, the kebab tastes great and has plenty of meat! I've also used the delivery service quite often. It's always worked very well and almost always arrived on time. Even the fries arrived crispy, despite being delivered! Good food at reasonable prices, I'm very happy! I highly recommend it.

30/01/2026: This is where the locals eat. All the dishes we tried were delicious. The spaghetti carbonara tasted like it was made at home. The broth with dumplings was excellent, and the truffle ice cream was delicious.

08/02/2026: A pleasant discovery. Strategic location, a 3-minute walk from the village, behind the cable car, which is a 2-minute walk away. You can leave your car in the hotel parking lot. Clean and well-maintained rooms and facilities, with all the essentials. Excellent breakfast and in-house bar service. Unique hospitality from the owners. A pleasant discovery! The location is simply ideal: just a 3-minute walk from the village center and directly behind the cable car, which is a 2-minute walk away – you can conveniently leave your car in the hotel parking lot. The rooms and the entire property are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is excellent, as is the in-house bar service. The owners' exceptional hospitality is particularly noteworthy.

01/02/2026: We had a wonderful stay there with friends. The rooms were very clean and warm, the housekeeping was impeccable, and there was hot water in the bathroom. The hotel is rated two stars, so don't expect four for the price of two ;-). The free Wi-Fi worked well. There are no shoe dryers, so we took out our shoe liners and dried them in our rooms every day. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was good, attentive, and always willing to help. There was a separate room on the ground floor for gatherings in the evenings. The owners were very kind and helpful. Especially Uli, very open and empathetic, and spoke excellent English. I found it amazing how open and helpful she was despite working so hard at the hotel – I've never encountered anything like that before. Thank you, Uli! The hotel bar is open, and you can see that local people meet there – it looks great. The hotel is located close to the ski lift, and access would be perfect if it weren't for the steep, winding climb to the lift itself – it's a shame there's no elevator, as it's simply slippery and dangerous in winter, but that's not the hotel's fault. You can leave your gear in the ski storage room by the lift for around €6 per person per day. Shoes can be dried in the storage lockers, and you can return to the hotel in your street shoes. There's a great restaurant by the lift and a fantastic après-ski bar – always with a DJ, a dance floor, and open until 10 PM. There's also the Zum Woscht restaurant nearby, which serves excellent pizza and a variety of other dishes. Next to this restaurant is a well-stocked Despar store, and a second market a bit higher up. A bus station with good connections is close to the hotel. The bus takes about 35 minutes to Ortisei, but the road is incredibly winding – a nightmare for those with motion sickness.

01/11/2025: Simply fantastic!! We're repeat offenders; a stay at Hotel Terzer is a must in spring and autumn. We had a wonderful week and were pampered by everyone. Five stars are far too few!!!! THANK YOU

11/10/2025: We spent our fall 2025 vacation at the Plattehof. Everything was simply perfect: Room, half board, service, outdoor area with heated pool, wellness area, location and surroundings, view, friendliness and competence of the entire team 👍🤗 The attached restaurant/pizzeria offers additional variety. The owner, Werner, offered us and the other guests a unique and extremely entertaining wine tasting 👏 All in all, "SUPER!" We'd love to go back Maria and Holger with 🐕

29/10/2025: Very, very, very good 👍 👌 👍 👌 👍 We had a fantastic and uncomplicated lunch; the food and service were sensational. The service was very friendly and they kept a very good eye on everything 👍!!

29/10/2025: We ordered food for takeout: 1. Despite only a 5-minute walk home, the food was lukewarm. 2. The menu on the website has outdated prices...very annoying. 3. The dumpling trio we ordered didn't include any salad!!! We didn't bother calling, though, because we were really hungry and wanted to at least have some semblance of warmth in our food. We definitely won't be ordering from there again or eating in.

07/02/2026: The staff I called last night at 11:13 PM were very rude to me. I simply asked if they still made pizza, and he responded very rudely and attacked me.

04/02/2026: 🍕 The pizza was delicious. The staff was very friendly, smiling, and helpful. A table for 8 was found in 3 minutes.
