26/07/2025: They did not disclose the amount. We ordered a family pizza, which was supposed to be 15 euros, and they added 7 euros to choose the filling. There is no credibility. It was supposed to be 15 euros without adding any amounts.

08/11/2025: Perfect pizza with plenty of toppings, thin crust, and no thick edges. Friendly service, about a 20-minute wait. Complimentary limoncello. All good, simple atmosphere, but the price is right... would gladly come again.

20/10/2025: We were absolutely thrilled again. The pizzas are incredibly delicious, and the roast beef was also absolutely fantastic. A visit to the Mausefalle is always a must on our vacations in Ahornach! The service is also excellent. The young man who served us was absolutely on the ball and super friendly. 🙂

03/11/2025: We were a group of 14 people and felt completely at home in this hotel! The rooms are beautifully furnished, everything was clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly cozy. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic breakfast – varied, fresh, and prepared with great care. A very special thank you goes to the friendly and attentive breakfast service team, who ensured a perfect start to each day with their cheerful service. All in all, we had a wonderful time, felt very welcome, and would definitely love to return if we have the chance!

16/09/2025: First of all, we were here on a Tuesday after the school holidays, before 7 p.m. It's beautifully quiet and therefore pleasant to sit outside. The waitress was very friendly, and the food is exclusively pizza, but they're very tasty. We like thin crusts and crispy pizzas, which is what we found here. The toppings were fresh and appetizing. All in all, it's definitely worth another visit. It was nice that our dog was allowed to join us, too.

30/08/2025: Fantastic pizzeria, truly enjoyable with a beautiful view and a very sweet waitress. We even went back a second time, and it was 1000x better than our 4-star hotel. Go here!

23/09/2025: I've been to this restaurant and I can say it was a true culinary paradise! The pizza was cooked to perfection, the fish was fresh and flavorful, and the desserts were a true delight. But what really made the difference was the quality of the ingredients used. The owner, Pasquale, is a true culinary enthusiast, and it shows in the care he takes in preparing each dish. And if you're lucky, you can even try the famous warm caramelized almonds made by Pasquale himself! It's a unique and delicious experience. But what struck me most was the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere. Pasquale is perfect and knows how to make guests feel at home. The service was impeccable, and the staff was very friendly. In short, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high-quality culinary experience and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

09/09/2025: Decent but not memorable We stopped by Pizzeria La Veneziana for a casual dinner. Overall, the experience was okay, but nothing really stood out. The kids had Margherita pizzas, which were fine – nothing to complain about, but nothing special either. I tried the crudo con bufala e asparagi, and unfortunately it didn’t work for me. The asparagus were marinated, which gave the dish a strange tang and threw off the overall taste. We also ordered the bruschetta mozzarella. It looked promising but ended up being just okay – toasted bread with cherry tomatoes and some mozzarella, but a bit underwhelming for the price. Service was decent, and the place has a typical pizzeria atmosphere, but I wouldn't go out of my way to return. Not bad, just very average.

29/10/2025: We ordered food for takeout: 1. Despite only a 5-minute walk home, the food was lukewarm. 2. The menu on the website has outdated prices...very annoying. 3. The dumpling trio we ordered didn't include any salad!!! We didn't bother calling, though, because we were really hungry and wanted to at least have some semblance of warmth in our food. We definitely won't be ordering from there again or eating in.

29/10/2025: Very, very, very good 👍 👌 👍 👌 👍 We had a fantastic and uncomplicated lunch; the food and service were sensational. The service was very friendly and they kept a very good eye on everything 👍!!

11/10/2025: We spent our fall 2025 vacation at the Plattehof. Everything was simply perfect: Room, half board, service, outdoor area with heated pool, wellness area, location and surroundings, view, friendliness and competence of the entire team 👍🤗 The attached restaurant/pizzeria offers additional variety. The owner, Werner, offered us and the other guests a unique and extremely entertaining wine tasting 👏 All in all, "SUPER!" We'd love to go back Maria and Holger with 🐕

18/09/2025: Best restaurant in Sand in Taufers! Outstanding ingredients, superb food, a very pleasant atmosphere, friendly and prompt service, top-notch! Allergies are catered for immediately whenever possible! No vacation in the Ahrntal Valley is complete without at least a visit to the tower!

10/09/2025: Terrible place, food, service and above all the very incompetent waitress, I ordered the goulash with dumplings and in the dumplings there was speck which I can't eat but on the menu they didn't write that in the dumplings there is speck so I couldn't know, so I told the waitress who replied "sorry I can't have you do anything else because the kitchen is closing and it was only 9pm", so I said never mind then I don't want anything and obviously I didn't even touch the dish and yet the waitress said you have to pay for it anyway and made me pay. For the rest the price was too exaggerated for the quality and quantity and the bread was old I don't know how many days... never again
