03/10/2025: We were really looking forward to a good pizza and were unfortunately disappointed. The pizza in the photo is my own homemade pizza.
I'm used to pizzas from South Tyrol that are completely different. The dough was very light, didn't bubble, and had zero flavor, as is appropriate for a dough made with, for example, Caputo flour. It tasted more like a crispy pie crust. Despite the wood-fired oven, it wasn't a truly good pizza. I can't recommend it. The atmosphere was okay, and the enterprising waiter was very nice. This is what my pizzas at home look like, and they're not from a wood-fired oven.
03/10/2025: We ate at Bachler twice during our stay and were impressed by the quality and service. There's something for everyone on the menu. The daily specials are very good.
Friendly, attentive, but never intrusive service. Their own pizza chef prepares pizzas at the oven. Truly a top recommendation.

07/12/2025: The welcome was truly terrible; the waiter was extremely rude and impolite, with a harried expression, and he ushered us to a table. Despite the AIC certification, the selection of gluten-free dishes is truly meager, and there are even some unusual dishes that not everyone likes. The service also leaves much to be desired; despite the small number of people in the dining room, service was unnecessarily slow. The atmosphere is clean and suitable for families or groups. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it, primarily because of the rudeness of the staff, and secondly, for celiacs, reading the menu, I strongly advise against it.

06/11/2025: A very charming place with meticulous attention to detail! The extensive menu meets expectations... good dishes, but portions are modest. Excellent wines and fairly professional staff! The portions are a bit pricey for my taste, but overall, I recommend it. It's very romantic and comfortable. Try to get a table away from the bar, as barroom discussions can sometimes be annoying.

My body probably lost more fluids (above and below) than the Adige River in summer!

20/10/2025: Very tasty pizza. I especially liked that you could choose the dough: spelt, kamut, and regular. The tiramisu is homemade. 😛 Not your typical tourist spot. Very good value for money.

08/11/2025: We tried this restaurant while on vacation. We were greeted immediately with professionalism and kindness.
Even though we hadn't booked and it was Saturday, they found us a seat.
Service was very fast, even though the restaurant was packed.
The pizzas arrived very quickly.
The pizzas were good, nothing special, but we were happy.
The price was fair; for two, including drinks and pizza, we spent €27.
Definitely recommended; they deserve 5 stars. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back.
02/11/2025: The pizza was delicious and had plenty of toppings. There were lots of staff, but they seemed to be getting in each other's way. The service, however, was good and fast.
The interior has a lot of echo, which makes the noise level a bit bothersome.
But you should definitely try the tiramisu! 😍 Despite these criticisms, we'll gladly come back again and again.

17/11/2025: The pizza and drinks were very good, no complaints there. Service was also quite quick, despite the restaurant being quite small. The only downside is the prices are a bit high (especially the desserts, almost all starting at €8, which is really outrageous), but in Bolzano and the surrounding area, that's become the norm when eating out.
