The location is idyllic – with a direct view of the lake, surrounded by vineyards and nature. The restaurant is stylishly furnished, well-maintained, and immediately evokes a vacation feeling. The food is outstanding: The pizzas are crispy, the ingredients fresh and high-quality. Pasta, fish dishes, and desserts are also delicious and beautifully presented. You can tell that the food is prepared with love. The service is friendly, attentive, and professional – you always feel welcome. An ideal place to enjoy the view with good food and a glass of wine. The price is absolutely reasonable for the location and quality.

20/01/2026: This place serves very good, non pretentious dinner. They don't make reservations and the place is always full! - we waited about 30 minutes for a table, which was fine for us - we had a drink and chatted with the very friendly and welcoming baristas. The service was incredibly efficient. I forgot to take a picture of my pizza, but it was delicious - they serve all pizzas and pasta gluten free as well.

27/12/2025: We stayed at the Hotel Dolomiten from December 23rd to 26th with half board. We had a wonderful time. The rooms are very spacious and cleaned daily, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The dinner was delicious and plentiful, and the waiters were welcoming and professional. The hotel offers various amenities, including a spa, bar, pizzeria, and more. It's also in an excellent location, close to the train station, ski slopes, and a 20-minute drive from Lake Braies.

12/12/2025: Beautiful restaurant with private parking The interior is very nice, with a mix of modern and traditional. I'd never been to this place before, and what can I say? We had a great time. The tagliatelle were well-made with a delicious rabbit ragù, and the pizza had a good dough and quality ingredients. TOP SERVICE, extremely friendly and accommodating. 08/11/2025: Incredibly friendly people. It was a spontaneous stop; I initially thought it was closed. But since an older gentleman went in before me, I didn't turn around but went in. The terrace is really nicely decorated. In the morning, I'd even say it was sunny ☀️. I only had a drink, so I don't know what the food is like.

From the moment you arrive, you can sense the loving design and attention to detail that permeates the entire hotel. The location is ideal: The Plose cable car is within easy walking distance, making it a particularly pleasant start to a day of hiking or skiing. The bus connection to Brixen is also seamless – perfect for a trip to the picturesque old town. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere is largely driven by the warmth of the Stockner family and the entire team. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and always concerned about the well-being of their guests – you immediately feel welcome and in good hands. Another highlight is the wonderfully designed wellness area: tranquil, well-maintained, and with a heated outdoor pool that provides relaxation even in cooler temperatures. The breakfast is exquisite – select, high-quality products ensure a delightful start to the day. The evening menus are an absolute experience: exquisite flavors, creative presentations, and lovingly prepared – a true treat that you look forward to every day. We will definitely be back – a place to relax and unwind!

We felt completely at home, almost like we were at home. The food was excellent, with a wide selection and fresh, high-quality ingredients. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are particularly noteworthy. They anticipated our every need. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay!

16/10/2025: The best pizzeria in Brixen! My absolute favorite is the pizza burrata – simply perfect. Beautiful location, ideal for couples or families. Very child- and dog-friendly, you feel completely welcome. We love coming back!

15/10/2025: Me and my friends were on our way from Italy to Innsbruck. We got there at night for dinner, and the atmosphere was awesome. We ate inside, and the building looked super old but was really well kept, giving off a cool vibe. We ordered a bunch of different pizzas, and everything was amazing. For drinks, we got a cappuccino and a hot chocolate, both of which were delicious. For dessert, we had tiramisu, which was just okay. I'd totally come back here again to chill with my friends and enjoy the cozy vibes, especially for some beers when I'm around.

25/12/2025: It was a good vegetable pizza, but unfortunately, there was no vegan cheese alternative. Since the menu stated "seasonal vegetables (winter)," we were expecting Brussels sprouts, beets, etc. Instead, we were surprised with tomatoes and asparagus. The pizza was a decent size, and we weren't hungry afterward. The spicy oil tasted good. Unfortunately, it was sometimes a bit noisy, and you had to concentrate to hear other people. Generally, there are unfortunately few vegan dishes on the menu. Hopefully, this will change in the future, and this review will then be outdated.
