16/04/2026: We were there on a Thursday. There were still a few free tables. The service was very friendly. The food arrived super fast. The pizza was very large, generously topped, and not at all greasy. Absolutely delicious!

Unfortunately, the service staff is lacking... there's no coordination among them, and many of the waiters seem to lack attention to detail! ... you have to wait forever to be served or have your plates cleared.
Side salads were taken from the main courses even before the appetizers had arrived... we waited 45 minutes for just one pizza bread as an appetizer... and then overheard an argument with the two waitresses about it... The service could definitely be better!
The food was amazing 👍 The price was right!
They have a lot of delivery orders, which is probably why the wait is so long...

14/04/2026: The ambiance varies. I didn't find the conservatory particularly appealing, but the main dining room is lovely. We were lucky enough to get a seat at the bar and had a great time chatting with two locals. One of them was named Alfred—greetings to him!
And the pizza... outstanding. We absolutely loved it and the food was delicious.
10/04/2026: During a few days of vacation in Naturns, this pizzeria quickly became our favorite spot :) The pizzas are large and incredibly delicious, and the menu offers several exciting variations with a wide range of ingredients. The service was always friendly. When we return to Naturns, we're looking forward to going back to the Adler 🦅

12/04/2026: Gluten free pizza!!! Not many places in Tyrol offer gluten free pizza, but this place does. And it was very good. The wine they serve is also very good. The gewürztraminer is from Kurtatsch Keller; I highly recommend it. Truly amazing views from the patio. Service was to be expected for European servers, but they were friendly
11/01/2026: Well, the pizza was great. I went here a lot of times but what i always finde it a bit frustrating that i and my friends always had to wait a lot. I don’t know if its because there where a lot of people but we needed to wait for the drinks long too. But its good for birthdays or special occasions

16/10/2025: The best pizzeria in Brixen! My absolute favorite is the pizza burrata – simply perfect. Beautiful location, ideal for couples or families. Very child- and dog-friendly, you feel completely welcome. We love coming back!
15/10/2025: Me and my friends were on our way from Italy to Innsbruck. We got there at night for dinner, and the atmosphere was awesome. We ate inside, and the building looked super old but was really well kept, giving off a cool vibe. We ordered a bunch of different pizzas, and everything was amazing. For drinks, we got a cappuccino and a hot chocolate, both of which were delicious. For dessert, we had tiramisu, which was just okay. I'd totally come back here again to chill with my friends and enjoy the cozy vibes, especially for some beers when I'm around.

07/04/2026: I have been coming to this hotel for many years and it is now like a second home, the table service is perfect and the rooms are welcoming.
23/02/2026: We had a very pleasant stay. A cozy, homey atmosphere. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The food was delicious, including a generous breakfast and a four- or five-course dinner in the evening. The family and staff are friendly and welcoming. Easily accessible by car, public transport, and ski bus. The location is quiet and close to a supermarket and shops.

15/03/2026: Very nice pizzeria restaurant, very easy to get to, right on the Val Pusteria road. The pizza was excellent, for my taste. Excellent service.
11/03/2026: The only good food Koriander offers is pizza, unfortunately. Our group went there two times and tried many different dishes, most of which were quite disappointing - especially the cordon bleu and the deserts.

01/05/2026: The "Mitterhofer" pizza was excellent, with a crispy, airy crust and a generous amount of Bündnerfleisch (air-dried beef). The tiramisu is highly recommended.
