30/11/2025: It's a guarantee. Every time I go to Bolzano, I absolutely must stop at this restaurant. Quality food and helpful, courteous staff.

09/11/2025: I always feel at home. And the food is excellent, as befits a typical South Tyrolean restaurant. Excellent options on a varied menu and a reasonable price list. On my very own podium.

17/05/2025: We went for a late dinner and were welcomed without any problem. We went with our dog, and they let us come in and dine with him. The service was very friendly, and the pizzas were incredible. We wanted a typical Italian pizza, and this place was perfect. We're thrilled with places like this that welcome pets and make you feel accepted. Thank you so much!

06/09/2025: So the pizza itself was good, but the service was disappointing. We booked a table for 10 people. We got there and the "new" girl, as we were told, didn't know anything, and we had to wait at least 10 minutes for the owner to decide where our table was because she was on the phone, minding her own business. She came to take our orders looking annoyed, then the pizzas arrived. 8 of us ate almost half the pizza before the other 2 arrived because she was working at another table. Once we finished eating, they cleared the table halfway (some dishes remained there until we left). We had to turn off the water and coffees 3 times. But the worst was with the desserts we had brought; she put them in the freezer, so they froze and we couldn't eat them. And lastly, I ate half the pizza. She told me she'd bring me a box to put it in, but they didn't bring it until we went to pay and asked for it. First and last time they've seen us. I'd say the service was terrible, that's an understatement.

30/08/2025: My favorite pizza. Whenever I'm craving pizza, I get a maxi Margherita from Alpenrose and eat it in 10 minutes. I don't have any photos to attach because I don't have time to take them.

22/09/2025: Very nice accommodation with great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and very clean. The bathroom was also top-notch and very clean. The pizza was excellent, and overall, the pizzeria with the millstones had a very nice atmosphere. Why only 4 stars? Because we always needed a car to get to our planned vacation destinations. But if you want to explore the nature park, this is an excellent place to stay. We would still be happy to come back, just with different destinations :-)

06/08/2025: In vacanza con mia mamma abbiamo scoperto per caso questo ristorante. Curato nei dettagli, davvero ottimo! Il personale è molto gentile, si mangia benissimo ed è molto pulito. Dovessimo ricapitare in zona sicuramente ci torneremo!

27/10/2025: A visit to Mösl is a must for every South Tyrol vacation! Cartwheel-sized pizzas of the highest quality. A wide selection of Italian and Alpine products that are simply a delight. Fast and friendly service from long-serving staff. Due to high demand, reservations are recommended! We were really lucky last night, as they're going on holiday today! We wish the entire team a well-deserved vacation!

05/12/2025: First, after calling the restaurant to order pizzas, we were asked to go there since they didn't offer home delivery. When we arrived at the previously agreed-upon time, we found ourselves having to wait a whopping 420 seconds! After the expected wait, we were presented with three pizzas, a bill so exorbitant it bordered on the ridiculous! We were shocked. All this to say that the pizzas were mediocre: one was stuck to the cardboard, the mozzarella wasn't great, and one was phallic-shaped. It looked like a dick. Have a good evening.

27/11/2025: We chose this place for dinner. We ordered two pizzas. I had the one with gorgonzola, speck, and onion; I think it was called Dolomiti. It's not my type of pizza, but it was good. Prices are high. The service was good.

08/12/2025: We discovered this place a few months ago. We'd heard great things about it, so out of curiosity, we decided to try it. The first time we went for pizza, it was a pleasant surprise. It was truly delicious: crispy, well-topped, and not at all heavy, which is rare these days. When you eat well, you don't have to worry about the extra euro. This time, too, we were satisfied with the quality and price. We were so pleased that we decided to organize our daughter's confirmation. We arranged for an aperitif of mixed-flavor pizzas (which the guests loved), followed by a grilled meat platter with sides. They outdid themselves here: the meat melted in your mouth, soft, tender, and truly EXCELLENT. There was a mix of beef, pork, spareribs, Lucanghe sausages, and sausages, and the platters were generous. The potatoes were truly delicious. We had the whole room to ourselves, a group of about 25 people, and when there are small children who can roam freely, it's a godsend. In fact, I must admit, they gave us a lot of freedom and were very patient, as children are notoriously lively. The service was very fast, and despite being staffed by young people, it was precise, courteous, and orderly. The owner is a wonderful person, she puts you at ease and is available in every way; you can tell she cares about ensuring her guests are completely satisfied. We also had a vegetarian guest, and they prepared a delicious mixed platter for him as well, so they accommodate those requests/needs as well. We didn't have the pleasure of eating the fish, but we'll definitely try next time, as the kitchen produced some truly inviting dishes. We also discovered that you can order fresh Florentine steak that day; they don't have anything vacuum-packed in the fridge for days, so you have to reserve it. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it. The location is pleasant, especially the outdoor area, which is certainly delightful in spring/summer, being at the foot of the mountain. My only regret is that at the moment (December 2025), work on the old ice rink has made the short stretch of road (just a few steps) to get to the restaurant a little less convenient. I think the municipality of Laives could have been a little more considerate and respectful of the work of these people who put so much effort and are so dedicated to their work. In any case, it certainly won't be a deterrent for us because, given the way the food is served, this "inconvenience" that wasn't their fault is easily overcome. I'm sorry I don't have any photos, even if the eye couldn't quite tell you the quality of the meat, but we were too busy eating it rather than photographing it. 😁 Congratulations to the owners and all the staff.

10/07/2025: Mange dejlige retter på menukortet og vores oplevelse blev ødelagt lidt af, at personalet havde meget travlt og ikke var særligt servicemindede. Vi ventede meget længe på at få regning og ville egentlig have haft dessert, men blev aldrig spurgt.

07/06/2025: L'interno del locale è molto carino. Le pizze le abbiamo mangiare giusto perché eravamo affamati. Il dolce, uno strudel, per nulla all'altezza con decorazione di panna che non sapeva di nulla. Il personale? Pessimo.
