09/05/2026: Unfortunately, after more than an hour and a half of waiting, we were still waiting for our orders. We even ended up taking orders for our group, especially the children, because otherwise, even that wouldn't have happened. Awful experience.
22/04/2026: The staff is friendly, the place is clean, the pizza is good but a little too cheap for my taste.

Unfortunately, my experience with the pizza was completely different. The first time I ordered one, it was heavily burnt and tasted very bad. The waiter could clearly see the condition of the pizza and even asked if everything was okay. I told him that I didn’t like it, but he just smiled and walked away without offering any solution.
If you’re coming here, I highly recommend the pasta, but I cannot recommend the pizza based on my experience.

05/08/2026: We wanted to have an ice cream sundae in the summer and chose the Coppa Fragolosa for €10 from the menu. It was supposed to include strawberry and lemon ice cream with whipped cream, strawberries, and a strawberry topping.
What we received was an ice cream sundae with strawberry and lemon ice cream, whipped cream, and cherry sauce.
Unfortunately, communication with the staff was somewhat difficult. There was no apology. Only when we paid and pointed out that we weren't going to pay full price for something we hadn't received did they offer us a discount.

17/08/2026: Often, good service can redeem bad food through friendly interaction with guests. Here, not only was the food terrible, but the older woman serving us was also rude when we asked in the pouring rain if there were any tables available inside. We would have gladly left the place to eat our food in the downpour and found somewhere else to sit. None of the four of us adults finished our meals. The one-star rating is therefore for the unique combination of bad cooking and outrageous treatment of guests.
06/08/2026: Unfortunately, we only read the Google review after we'd decided not to order any food. And unfortunately, we only noticed after ordering drinks that they were charging €2.50 per person for tax and service. Of course, this is buried at the very end of the menu and wonderfully hidden. They don't even have a drinks menu, so you don't notice that a 0.4l beer costs €6 and a can of Coke Zero costs €5. I really can't recommend this place to anyone. It's simply outrageous.

14/07/2025: Este lugar es tan popular que no pudimos conseguir una mesa hasta las 8 : 30 pero valió la pena esperar.
Mi pizza rústica estaba absolutamente deliciosa al igual que la pizza de burrata de mi hija. Marido no le gusta la pizza, pero realmente disfrutó de su jamón y huevos en una cama de rösti.
Servicio eficiente y amable con una gran vista del horno de pizza.
Muchos asientos al aire libre
Reserva recomendada.
03/07/2025: Posto molto carino ,personale simpaticissimo e preparato . il menu molto vario e buonissimo , per esempio ho assaggiato i gnocchi ,divini!! .lo consiglio sia per le famiglie che per le cene un po più formali .ottima anche l'idea dell insalata a buffet. Sono anche molto veloci con le ordinazioni e tutto . posto super consigliato ,grazie

31/07/2025: Ristorante, pizzeria consigliatissimo. Si trova vicino la cabinovia di Jochtal, ampio parcheggio, servizio veloce, sale ampie e in stile tirolese. Menù tirolese, ottima birra. Giochi esterni per bambini.
26/07/2025: Siamo a Valles per il raduno estivo del Bologna F.C. Decidiamo di mangiare qui (non ci sono molte alternative vicino al campo di allenamento). Personale veloce e simpatico. Pizza eccellente, un po’ meno i primi. Non abbiamo mangiato secondi per cui non posso esprimere giudizi. Dolci ok, ma un po’ cari. Birra buona e rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono, birra media a 5€. Un posto in cui non si rimane delusi. Consigliato!

11/10/2025: We spent our fall 2025 vacation at the Plattehof. Everything was simply perfect:
Room, half board, service, outdoor area with heated pool, wellness area, location and surroundings, view, friendliness and competence of the entire team 👍🤗
The attached restaurant/pizzeria offers additional variety.
The owner, Werner, offered us and the other guests a unique and extremely entertaining wine tasting 👏
All in all, "SUPER!" We'd love to go back

04/09/2025: We spent 7 wonderful days at the Plattenhof.
The rooms, gardens with pool, staff and host family, and food were all fantastic.
Plattenhof, we'll be back.
