20/10/2025: We made the journey from Montecatini Terme to Montecatini Alto twice and ate at this restaurant, which boasts a lovely atmosphere on the lively main square of the small village. Everything we enjoyed during these visits was exceptionally good. Therefore, we definitely recommend this restaurant. A special recommendation is the "Tagliere di affetati," a snack with sausage, cheese, bread, and various sauces for two people – definitely worth trying.
11/10/2025: Extremely Disappointing Experience
Less than 1 star.
We arrived as part of a group of English speakers. At first, the staff told us we could sit which we did. Then, just a few minutes later, the same person returned saying she had been told she was "outstood" and could no longer serve us.
There was no explanation, no apology — nothing. The change in attitude was abrupt and made us feel completely unwelcome. It was rude and confusing, and the whole experience left a really bad impression. Definitely would not recommend.

09/05/2025: The pizza is good, with good flavors and a good dough. The pizza prices on the receipt didn't match those I read on the menu. I hope it was a mistake.

10/02/2025: I've known this place for years because my brothers-in-law live there, and my husband is from there. I don't like the type of pizza they make, but that's my taste. Otherwise, they make a somewhat 1980s-style cuisine, but the food has always been good, and still is. But the prices are absolutely not! They've gone up way too much. This is just not right.

13/06/2025: Pizza straordinaria, impasto con farine che ne esaltano gli ingredienti in quanto soffice e ben cotto. La scelta di varianti è talmente vasta da rendere la decisione impegnativa. Per la mia esperienza, che garantisco non da poco in questo settore, questo prodotto si merita la stella Michelin dedicata !
09/05/2025: Primo problema (imho), il marketing fuorviante: non avevo ancora provato la nuova gestione da alcuni anni con nuovo nome “storica pizzeria toscana” per cui l’aspettativa era per una pizza toscana sottile e croccante invece fanno la pinsa (o pizza alla pala) che comunque apprezzo. Anche i nomi delle pizze sono stilosamente pistoiesi, forse attrattivi per i turisti ma eccessivi e folkloristici per me.
Ordinata per portarla a casa, quando sono passato per l’asporto ho notato un po’ di addobbi stile halloween all’ingresso, personalmente fuori tempo (maggio) ma se attirano i bambini e piace OK. Mi consegnano 3 cartoni da calzone piccoli (!) e quando li apro a casa le pinse sono davvero piccole, porzione baby più che adulto: margherita (8€)di media qualità con pomodoro insapore, focaccia non salata (6€) tutte croccanti ma molto unte.
Il problema maggiore è stata la digestione, mai successo, pesantezza e sonnolenza a stretto giro per tutti. Menomale non abbiamo preso le pinse più costose, grazie ma NO.

07/08/2024: Antipasto niente di speciale..dopo aver aspettato un ora e venti per avere tagliolini all'astice e arrivano scotti....che delusione e sentirsi dire che non aveva aspettato tanto è un presa in giro....

20/04/2025: Virkelig dårlig mad. Stol ikke på billederne. Vi bestilte Brucheti misti. Den ene lignede tør leverpostej, en var ferske fedt strimler og en tredie var slappe svampe strimler, der ikke smagte af noget. Der spiser vi ikke igen.
