28/12/2025: I had lunch on the Sunday after the Christmas holidays. Only one waiter was very slow. We waited over half an hour just for the menu, and despite asking, they didn't bring us wine, no bread, and we had to ask for a side dish. A terrible experience, not recommended.

03/01/2026: A bar adjacent to the Isola Verde cinema. The atmosphere is basic, but we go there whenever we're in the area and want a quick, affordable meal that's not junk food. Here, we find ready-made first and second courses and a good coffee.

12/10/2025: Simple but courteous. Great for business lunches and snacks to enjoy while watching movies at the nearby cinema. Tripe on Thursdays! Delicious.

20/08/2025: Delicious pizzas located in the backstreets of Pisa. As a tourist, you pay too much compared to locals. This is not okay.

02/11/2025: Exceptional, lovely place, friendly and very helpful staff. We ate: a truly generous appetizer, chicken tagliata, beef tagata with gorgonzola and walnuts, mixed grill... everything was plentiful. The legendary GIGI's care and passion was evident in every dish. Excellent food quality, we'll definitely be back for the pizza too. To finish, the punch... expertly made.

09/12/2025: An experience not to be repeated. Served after almost an hour, the pizza was cold and undercooked, and the service was rude. Adding insult to injury.

12/01/2026: I visited this restaurant and was impressed by the quality of the food and the impeccable service. The menu is excellent and offers a wide range of dishes to suit all tastes. The value for money is simply incredible; you can't find a better place in the area. The staff is friendly and professional, always ready to offer advice and customize your meal to your needs. The cuisine is fresh and creative, with dishes that showcase local flavors and high-quality ingredients. I especially recommend trying the daily menu, which is always a surprise and a delight: generous for €18. The service is also very fast and efficient, despite the large number of customers. In short, if you're looking for a restaurant that offers a high-quality dining experience near the Leaning Tower of Pisa at a reasonable price, this is the place. 27/10/2025: The worst pizza I've ever tasted. Unfortunately, when there's a high demand, you work regardless, but in other places this pizza wouldn't be available. The dough is full of oil. It's not very leavened and it's high. The takeaway pizzas arrived cold. The prosciutto was baked in the oven and not added raw. If I'd wanted it cooked, I would have ordered it cooked. It's black and very salty. Congratulations. Next time, we'll get them frozen from the refrigerated section. The latter are of better quality. Greetings from someone who tried them for the first and last time. UPDATE AFTER THE MANAGER'S RESPONSE: After the very kind "pizza&pasta" team's crude attempt to justify themselves based on the product's prominence and clear description, I'm updating my review. The "magnificent" Pisana pizza took two to three working days to digest. Water consumption during the night was approximately 2 L/m. Dear "Pizza & Pasta" team, you would have made a better impression simply by apologizing for the poor product offered to your customers. Just scroll through the list of reviews to find several comments regarding the questionable quality of the prosciutto and salt. No one said the "pizza" was thick because it didn't rise well. The pizza is a salty and greasy mess, undercooked and not risen. I might add, inedible, to say the least. This is certainly not the first time I've ordered a takeout pizza with prosciutto. I've never seen anything like it. Take a look at the photo; you can see the color of the prosciutto; that alone should give you an idea. I'll leave the readers of this review to imagine the flavor. If your philosophy is to ship the raw ingredients separately to obtain an edible product, then by all means, send the yeast in a jar, a tomato press, and the flour separately so you can easily prepare it at home. Dear "Pizza & Pasta" team, not that I expected any kind of polite response from you after the quality of the product I received. 03/01/2026: Way too expensive, 18 euros per person for 4 people. On top of that, they charged us for something we hadn't even ordered... We ordered 1 Margherita pizza, 1 portion of ravioli, and 2 breaded cutlets for 98 euros... A blatant rip-off... The waitress took my plate away when I still had the last piece of bread in my mouth; it was practically like they were kicking us out. I asked if they were about to close, and she said no... The food wasn't great... only the location is perfect.

02/01/2026: We visited this trattoria on December 27, 2025. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The lady who served us came across as unfriendly and grumpy, which affected the overall atmosphere and enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, there was a €4 coperto per person, which was quite high. Overall, this did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to return.

07/07/2025: 24.05.30 They made such a pizza and carbonara that our ears were ringing! I think it's a family business. A nice cold Peroni beer went with everything. We arrived early, nothing was open yet, around 5 o'clock in the afternoon, but they politely offered us a seat. Other diners were even spreading the tablecloth and looking at us like a pyromaniac at a wet straw. We sat down and could order, and we got it 10 minutes later, since it was just us. The pizza was heavenly, my son licked my carbonara and ate it up. Good place!!!***** And the point: we paid under 50 erika with more drinks for the 3 of us!

27/10/2025: The pizza was nothing out of the ordinary, but fairly priced. My wife wanted to order hot tea, but this wasn’t on the menu. The waitress kindly ordered tea from another cafe and brought it over for us!

14/10/2025: Stopped by by chance... while visiting Volterra. Superb chickpea pizza. Excellent prices. Stop by, it's worth it.

02/01/2026: I've never been served such a terrible pizza in Italy as here: pancake-like dough, sparse toppings, and already half cold. I only refrained from complaining out of politeness. The tiny restaurant was deserted. Occasionally, people came to pick up pizzas they had pre-ordered by phone. By 8 p.m., we couldn't get an espresso: the coffee machine had already been switched off. In short: Blasi's was a complete disappointment!

03/10/2025: We always eat here when we're traveling through. It's a very good restaurant with pleasant, friendly service. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality and the food.

14/12/2025: Honestly, I'll just advise against this hotel and attach photos of our room without adding anything else. The room was also booked by people they know 😅, so it was probably the "best" one to make them look good, what a look. DUST, MOLD, SOCKS, AND WHO KNOWS WHO'S TRASH.

26/10/2025: This was my first time staying at this hotel and restaurant. I'd read the reviews and had been introduced to it by friends. What can I say? The owner was friendly, kind, and helpful, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The rooms were clean, but in need of maintenance, especially the bathroom fixtures. Overall, the 3 stars were well deserved. The price was in line with the services offered. Unfortunately, I can only partially judge the food because I ate the set menu, but the quality was good and the quantity sufficient. A half-hour drive from Pisa isn't a short distance, but staying in the city center and finding parking under the tower would cost much more. Recommended.

20/01/2026: I ordered takeaway pizzas: the quality of the food was terrible, the edges of all 4 pizzas were charred and not only carcinogenic but also containing acrylamide... the speck on top of the pizza was inedible, probably due to poor storage or the age of the product... we won't be taking them back.
