10/08/2024: Although I'm a Brit, I do appreciate good food when I find it, and this meal was delicious. The pasta was freshly made, the risotto was excellent and the tiramisu was perfect. And nice not to be ripped off for a change, the price was very reasonable. Good service and you even get a mist spray to cool you down. Perfect!

10/08/2024: Pizza and pasta (spaghetti aglio olio) were very tasty, fresh ingredients and special requests were catered for very well. Dessert (ice cream, tiramisu and panna cotta) very creatively prepared and tasty in good portions, only panna cotta could have been a little more. The service was very friendly and had good recommendations for dishes and drinks. We sat beautifully on the piazza under large umbrellas equipped with refreshing water misters. We came to €91 with 4 people.

25/08/2024: Without a shadow of a doubt, the best pizza in the Lucca plain, they serve different types of dough of incredible delicacy, excellent raw materials, fun and fast service, value for money, which cannot be found in these times with 15 euros per person you can also eat the highly recommended dessert

21/08/2024: The pizza dough isn't bad, the mozzarella is a little rubbery, with a chewing gum effect, but all in all it's okay to eat. Except that the pizza is small, quite expensive and they make you pay for the extras a bit like this (on a mushroom and sausage do you make me pay for the mushrooms as extra? Dunno! Then they put oregano on the margherita, instead of the basil, that's where they top off really, when has this ever been seen? Or in any case they should ask (do you need oregano on the margherita?) you're not making a Caprese. The prices are not displayed, you have to ask for the menu to find out what pizzas they make and how much they cost and this it's not very correct. The big problem, however, is the waiting times. You have to order the pizzas the day before, otherwise they won't make them for you, even if you order at 6pm it's a problem for 9.30pm! It's okay that in August, in a holiday resort you have a lot of orders, but organize yourself better.

10/08/2024: For €50 each I have eaten much better in other places. Seafood starter 4 courses only 2 were passable, first courses good, but the fried fish rubbery and dry. There were 11 of us and almost all of us were quite amazed by the quantity of food compared to the price paid, also because those who ate the first did not order the second and vice versa. I can't imagine if everyone or almost everyone had ordered a full dinner. A single bottle of wine for €24 and a birthday cake, made by the restaurant itself, which was divided among all the diners. I didn't like the fact that once at the checkout the bill wasn't presented in full, so we didn't understand how much the dessert cost and what had actually been marked, the amount divided by 11 was requested. Pretty good service, considering that we had to call ourselves to get dessert and coffee. I don't know, in my opinion the prices are definitely too high for the quality and quantity, we are in Massarosa ok, but having been to more exclusive places, I can safely say that the place is absolutely not worth the price paid.

28/08/2024: La Tana dell'orco, two minutes from the station with the city walls visible from the small but nice restaurant, characteristic for its rustic furnishings, friendly and friendly welcome, short waiting times but with express cuisine, excellent cutting boards and the pizza is even more excellent then the markers in the center of the table make even the less creative ones have fun with the drawings. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. better to book.

27/08/2024: Nice place just outside the walls, nice atmosphere and very nice owner. Delicious pizza with light dough, as a possibility to combine the different ingredients. The girls had fun leaving a little drawing, thanks to the colors made available. Definitely coming back!

18/08/2024: Excellent thin and tasty pizza. Very large outdoor location, nice and well set up. The Indian waitress is wonderful, always kind and smiling. The final price is absolutely accessible. You can't do better. Compliments.

Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen, werden we verwelkomd met een warme glimlach en uitzonderlijke service. Het personeel was zeer attent, vriendelijk en zorgde ervoor dat we ons meteen op ons gemak voelden. Het eten was uiteraard heerlijk! Ik kan dit restaurant van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een culinaire ervaring gecombineerd met bijzondere service.

10/08/2024: Simple and friendly atmosphere with very kind staff. Excellent and crunchy pizzas cooked in an electric oven that arrive on the cutting board already cut and all at the usual very cheap price, so there is no cutlery, only napkins. We had a good time and will definitely return.

02/08/2024: Booked a table for one person in this very nice setting. The staff very kind and helpful. Personally I don't like thin pizza and especially not the addition of oregano, however the pizza is good even if it is too crunchy. Looking at other people I highly recommend the focaccia/calzones.
