12/01/2025: Passing through Castiglione, I popped into this beer shop one evening. I found courtesy and kindness in the staff, excellent beer and spectacular fries.
06/10/2024: Small, cozy bistro with friendly and motivated service. Delicious pizzas that are bigger than the plate. Large selection of beers, unfortunately I couldn't enjoy them because I was there by car. We'll be back to try the burgers!!
Update: Meanwhile, we also enjoyed the burgers...they were delicious.
And again the service was first class, very friendly and attentive.
My tip: If you are in Castiglione, go to Birroteca Castiglionese and enjoy the service and excellent food at a good price!!!

Delle crocchette di tonno incantevoli poi
Due Ombrine al forno con cappella di porcino in padella aglio e nepitella e dei porcini fritti e
Per finire sorbetto al limone e cioccolatini fatti da loro.
Tutto annaffiato da Cà del bosco e due Chardonnay francesi.
Andrea in cucina trasmette ai piatti tutta la sua passione e Lorenzo in sala ti accoglie con grande calore. BRAVI
se passate da Castiglione vi consiglio di andarli a trovare.

22/02/2025: Locale ordinato, accogliente con atmosfera familiare. Porzioni abbondanti, materie fresche e di ottima qualità preparate e servite egregiamente, personale molto gentile e disponibile, complimenti a tutto il team! sicuramente vi faremo ritorno.
09/12/2024: Mangiare di fianco a un caminetto del buon pesce in un contesto familiare penso sia la cosa più bella che si possa fare a dicembre.
Siamo stati benissimo, staff super accogliente e cordiale.
Piatti decisamente buoni, abbondanti e davvero notevoli.
Quelle penne poi erano illegali, complimenti.

03/03/2025: Unfortunately, you only notice the quality once you get home... Mediocre pizza... how can you, pizza chef, see such "stuff" coming out of the oven and allow it to be eaten? Do you confirm?
The only explanation I give myself is that mediocrity is the ingredient you use to make things.
The dining room customer pays the same as the take-out customer, if I was there, I would have sent it back to you.
Anyway, I ate it because I was hungry but the rubber tires the jaw after a while.
02/03/2025: Driving in the night, we stopped to get something to eat. This was during the off-season and there were very few customers inside.
Friendly and kind as we navigated the language barrier, we ordered food to-go.
Did not use the hotel portion.
Clean, with a menu and several options.

10/03/2025: On Saturday evening I decide to try Pirata2's home delivery pizza.
I booked for 8.30pm and at 8.45pm I called to find out how far along the delivery was, I was told that it was about to go out in 2 minutes and it was at my place. Ok, I'll wait, it arrives at 8.52pm, plus it gets the wrong address and goes further on, I almost didn't want to take it again.
I pay, I go up and the pizza was cold, rubbery and burnt.. an experience to be erased.
23/01/2025: The pizza is good, well filled and also available wholemeal and for celiacs

28/10/2024: Ogni volta che veniamo a Seggiano, è obbligo la tappa al Ristorante "Da Luca".
La classica vera trattoria con pasta fresca,selvaggina e prodotti di stagione come in questo week end le Castagne, infatti i miei amici mi hanno tradito con le tagliatelle alle castagne mentre io sono rimasto fedele ai pici al ragù. Chiuso con brasato al vino di Montecucco. Consigliato anche per il pranzo della domenica. Alla Prossima

18/11/2024: It depends on who you need. Bought bread twice. The first time I was correctly told that it was from the previous day, the second time I believe that I was sold bread from the previous days as fresh. Maybe I'm wrong, but you should be careful.
