07/01/2026: Walter and Fiorella are extremely kind, and the food is simple but excellent. I especially recommend the wild boar with chestnuts and pine nuts. Superb!

06/01/2026: Pizzeria-restaurant near the highway exit with good parking (we parked with two campers and there were plenty of cars). Nice and clean atmosphere, excellent service, and reasonable prices. Excellent.

05/01/2026: A pleasant surprise! We ate wonderfully and were greeted with great courtesy by the staff, who were always kind and helpful. The quality of the ingredients is excellent: the meat was delicious, the pasta dishes exceptional, the pasta truly flavorful, and the appetizers plentiful and prepared with fresh, typical local ingredients. We ordered the house wine, and despite being the house wine, it was truly delicious. A very pleasant experience that we recommend to anyone looking for good food and attentive service.

30/12/2025: Dinner on Sunday, December 28, 2025. We arrived at 8:00 PM (there were 9 of us). We were seated in a beautiful room with a domed ceiling. Local friends informed us that it used to be the castle's granaries. They took our order: only 9 pizzas, no appetizers or anything else. 6 Coca-Cola Zeros in 33cl bottles, 2 medium-sized light beers on tap, and a 1-liter bottle of Nepi water. The entire order was fulfilled at 9:25 PM. Unimaginably slow. The pizzas were probably rolled out with a machine, as they had small holes on the edges and were mostly oval. Of course, one could be rolled out differently and slightly off-round, but 9 of them all the same (and oval, like a rugby ball) doesn't seem possible. I've definitely had better ones. Total price: €129. About €14 per person. Luckily, I live in Rome (160 km from this place). No. I don't recommend it (personal opinion).

01/01/2026: In one of Tuscany's most beautiful squares, a quaint restaurant with excellent dishes and generous portions, served with warmth and punctuality. Tables are available both inside and on the square in front of the Cathedral. Pizza is also available for lunch, but we didn't try it. They also have another restaurant a short distance away, "Cantina dei Tre Archi," which offers the same quality.

24/12/2025: From Livorno with a passion... Christmas Eve lunch with my family and my brother's teacher, who attends the Don Luigi community in Massa Marittima. A very welcoming place, beautifully decorated for the holidays, in the central square in front of the church. Exceptional cuisine and huge portions. Excellent waiter service, we spent €150 for seven of us... less than €20 each with appetizers, a first course, water, wine, and coffee. We'll definitely be back!!!!

30/12/2025: We went to this restaurant thanks to the recommendation of our hotel and were truly satisfied. From the service to the food, everything was excellent. As soon as we arrived, Sara gave my girls a chalkboard each, which they spent the entire evening playing with. Sara and Gaia, the wait staff, were also very kind and attentive to our every need. The products used in the kitchen are top-quality, and the respect for these ingredients and the care taken in their preparation were evident in every dish we ate. I highly recommend it and thank all the staff at Il Talismano for a delightful evening.

16/12/2025: Been there three times, lovely cottage, beautiful location and surroundings, excellent food, friendly staff. The only downside is that there isn't always space by the pool. What bothers me is that there are over 30 spots (parasol with two loungers) and everything is taken, even though there are only four people there. Perhaps implement a rule requiring you to take your belongings with you when you leave and not leave a towel to keep the spot occupied, or create more space.

28/09/2025: A truly beautiful campsite with a great pool. The bungalows have two air conditioning units, but are somewhat sparsely equipped. A proper frying pan and a coffee machine were missing. Everything is very basic. But it doesn't really matter, since you're rarely in the bungalow anyway. But, of course, the operators can't do anything about that; there are plenty of mosquitoes and horseflies, which are quite aggressive. In August, spray yourself in the morning and afternoon. The beach is 5 km away, either sandy or natural with large stones, but there are fish. Shopping is also quite close, and a stand with fresh fruit is even closer 😀

22/10/2025: Well, let me put it this way: it was the worst restaurant of our 14-day vacation. Actually, it was the only one where we didn't like it. Some of the portions were quite small, and the wine, unfortunately, wasn't particularly good either. The waiters sometimes ignored us completely, and while they agreed to a special request, they ultimately didn't follow through.

18/10/2025: Delicious pizzas with top-quality ingredients and a wood-fired oven!!! Hard to find anymore!! The owners are incredibly kind and friendly, and thanks to them I've managed to move away from my usual ham and mushrooms!!! When I'm there, I recommend the current specialty pizzas, the one with pumpkin cream, provola cheese, and pancetta is indescribable!!! I give it 5 stars because there aren't any better!! I highly recommend it!!!!
