30/05/2025: We had a very unpleasant visit. First of all, we had to wait far too long without any explanation or update. When we tried to ask the staff about the delay, it turned out that most of them didn't speak or understand English at all, which made communication extremely difficult. To make things worse, we were never even served in the end. After waiting for a long time and being completely ignored, we decided to leave. Definitely would not recommend – terrible service and poor staff communication.

19/11/2024: 19/11/2024. Dinner at noon, calm, without reservation. The operator also speaks English. The most expensive pizza cost €11 and was really tasty. The pasta Arrabiata was also delicious. The fries are frozen fries. ,We quickly received the WiFi code. Recommended.

The only negative thing was that I took the pici all'aglione and they were very spicy...maybe it would have been better if the waiter said so before...

12/05/2025: It wasn't a dinner but an amazing culinary experience... I ate very well... Starter "I wanted to be a tomato" which was fabulous, very high quality ingredients and 10/10 preparation... Every single detail was prepared and placed on the plate with care and professionalism and not by chance.... The second course had a strong and very intense taste as this type of meat preparation must be... Very clean and well looked after place, well stocked wine list and vast typology of wines... Daniele an excellent host a house that just by looking at it gives you confidence and you already understand what you are eating... Super highly recommended!!!!!

02/05/2025: I tried this restaurant for dinner with my mother during the week. We enter at 9.17pm asking if it was still possible to have dinner, the place practically empty. The rather cold welcome, we sit at the table and shortly after we order (I had barely finished reading the menu). We took something off the menu and the fish tortelli. Both very good, generous portions and average prices. It's really a shame about the lack of smiles from the staff. I can't say it was rude, but certainly no effort to make us feel welcome was made. At 10.05pm we leave the restaurant. We will return to try the other dishes on the menu which looked very interesting, hoping to find a little more "heat".

20/04/2025: Easter lunch between tradition and innovation with a fixed menu of meat and fish. Beautifully maintained place, with a large fireplace that can be seen from the entire room. Impeccable toilets. Good value for money. Attention to customers with particular eating habits.

02/05/2025: We have been coming to this restaurant for over 30 years, back then with parents as children, now with our own daughter and every visit is like coming home ❤ An absolute must visit during our Tuscany vacation. The restaurant is a family business and is lovingly run by Maurizio, his wife and their daughters. The drive to Sticciano is a bit winding and adventurous, but it is absolutely worth it! On the one hand, the view is simply breathtaking and the restaurant is lovely to sit in - the ambience is excellent! Now about the food: I can highly recommend the Crostini Misti as a starter! The paste is also excellent, we particularly liked the Gnocci ai Funghi and Gnocchi ai quattro Formaggi on our last visit. The pizza: I have eaten a lot of different pizzas in Italy and other countries. Maurizio's pizza IS and remains my number one favorite and the standard by which ALL other pizzas are measured. So far this pizza remains unmatched. The dough is thin and exactly how it should be - the cheese literally melts into the sauce, the topping is chosen just right, not too much, not too little - a dream! There won't be a visit to Tuscany where we don't stop by Maurizio. Greetings from Munich! ❤

17/05/2025: Very tasty tortelli with artichoke and the chocolate soufflé with almond sauce is a revelation. This is the best dessert I have eaten in Italy. I recommend this place!!!

25/04/2025: Pizzeria with poor quality products, listed on the menu but not present in the dishes, IMPORTANT to let it be known that typical products from commercial supermarket chains are used below cost, the quality is not professional, I am referring to cured meats, mozzarella. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE LOCAL BUILDING: Externally it appears to be a recently renovated building but in addition to taking care of the image in the restaurant, serving with a smile must also take care the quality of the products and above all in my specific case that burnt pizzas were served downstairs (honestly) paying €82.00 for 4 burnt pizzas the price does not meet local expectations. Important to know: - UNDERLY SEASONED PIZZAS, BURNED UNDERLY AND PAID AS EXCELLENT QUALITY PIZZAS! This is what I just discovered! JUDGE FOR YOURSELF
