06/05/2025: Reading the reviews, it seemed like a retro place but with a simple but valid offer. We happened upon an evening in which it was not possible to eat pizza (perhaps when one makes a reservation, given that it is mainly a pizzeria, perhaps specify it..) due to their problems, we nevertheless decided to stay given the late hour and we regretted it: terrible starters, poorly made first courses and taken away. It's unfortunate because it gave the impression of a tired, finished place... from the staff to the place, I couldn't find a positive note... not even the POS was working that evening. I'm sorry but I would never recommend it.

26/07/2025: We had dinner in a welcoming place... Tuscan style (homemade). We had the house wine... excellent!!!! The red wine, brought in a carafe... had a bit of marc residue, which is a positive thing for me. The house wine should live up to its name. They definitely source from local vineyards... the food was truly good, we'll be back.

06/08/2025: Our first impression was more like, "Do we really want to go in there?" But it was so worth it! This tiny, perhaps even old-fashioned restaurant exceeded our expectations. The insider tip from the Google reviews proved to be right! The charming owner has a huge heart, cooks with love, prepares her dishes, and bakes the pizza herself. Value for money: Wow! I think every one of these dishes is highly recommended! I've never had such an outstanding and absolutely delicious Cabonara - molto bene! The pizza was the best and most Italian pizza we've ever had - it was like coming home to your Italian "nonna." We are absolutely thrilled.

25/07/2025: Food was lovely. Authentic and delicious Italian food. Our only complaint on the food was our steak not cooked quite right but the rest was lovely. Our main issue was the service . This restaurant has one person doing everything, waiting tables, cooking....literally everything and the service was painfully slow. We were the first people in there for evening service, and had only started and main course and it took 3 hours! By the time we left there were a total of 10 covers in the restaurant, including us 5.... it could be a great little place if they just employed a waiter/waitress. A real shame

19/07/2025: one of the most spectacular places in Florence. Beautiful rooftop terrace, and AMAZING breakfast. It has all sorts of fresh sweets too and even as a vegetarian you can find great options. It is not the newest hotel, it is in the historic center, in a historic building with very sufficient room amenities and cozy ambivalence, the rooms we stayed in had everything, were spacious and styled very florentinesque. Maybe we were lucky but overall it was a great experience. Stuff was very welcoming and polite, so thank you!!

24/08/2025: I've been going there for many years and always enjoy returning. They have a wide variety of pizzas, all delicious. The seafood and meat menu is excellent. The desserts are also delicious. The owners, as well as the staff, are kind and welcoming.

06/06/2025: This would have been a 5 star review but before we sat down I asked if there was a service charge and we were told no. But at the end when paying we were charged a service charge of 2 euros per head. We had the Strega and the Estate pizzas, and a lovely wine. Really good value without the service charge.

26/06/2025: It is a restaurant-pizzeria in the premises of the Casa del Popolo in Mantignano, the food, whether it is pizza or fish, is good, it is a shame that the place amplifies the voices, just a few tables and it becomes tiring to talk to the diners, imagine when it is at the Co.pleto, a shame.

30/08/2025: They charge you three bucks for tap water. I ordered pasta carbonara, and it had everything except carbonara. The pasta was harder than Ironman armor, and it looked like they'd dropped a peppercorn jar on the plate; it was as spicy as its cousin. The service was good, at least; the girl was very friendly. The best part of this restaurant experience was leaving and going to the ice cream shop next door, which is very good. I recommend it. If you can afford it, go here instead. Kind regards.

29/08/2025: Pizza not sliced. Very poor blat compared to what ingredients were seen in the menu. Wrong greater check at the final. Lasagna was good.

10/05/2025: If you’re looking for a cheap pizza and on a budget, this hits the spot ☺️ Pizza was about €2.50 a slice so exactly what we were looking for, and pretty good quality

17/04/2025: the first and last time, I will never go back to this place, the arancini taste like nothing, perhaps they make them to copy the neighboring place! I don't know! the stuffed flatbread tastes like nothing. From Empoli to Empoli there are better places
