08/08/2026: Our experience was negative. When we booked, we were informed that for technical reasons (?) the kitchen was closed, so only pizzas, appetizers, and desserts were available. So, we assumed they were ready. However, they weren't. The pizzas arrived after an hour and a half. I ordered the appetizer and ate alone. When the pizzas arrived, they were charred around the edges. Definitely an unlucky day for everyone.

12/04/2026: Reasonably priced food and friendly service. No fuss atmosphere. Good range on the menu and food arrived very quickly after ordering. The salmon penne I ordered was very salty (which I found disappointing). My partner ordered the lasagne and was quite happy with it. Close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella (in English Florence Santa Maria Novella) station - under two minutes walk. Outside seating is available with plenty of seating inside.

01/12/2025: I still don't understand why they give everyone three cones outside of Bologna. The ice cream is mediocre, not creamy, too sugary, and the quantities in the cup are clearly wrong.

05/08/2025: The pizza is good and the atmosphere is excellent, but it's unjustifiable in the height of summer that after 10:30 pm you can't even get a coffee or a dessert, even a pre-packaged one.

06/05/2026: Very friendly staff, natural and cheap food. Prices and accommodation are ok. I recommend it even for families with children. They also have a project for spring.

19/04/2026: Had a lovely meal here with my family, the restaurant is decorated with lots of lovely artwork and the staff were extremely welcoming and funny. I had the Capricciosa pizza and the cheesecake (both SO good), prices were great for good portion sizes, relaxed atmosphere and would definitely return if in Florence :)

12/07/2026: The menu isn't overly extensive, but it's sufficient for a dinner with three options: pizza, meat, and fish. Service is slow at peak times. The terrace is panoramic and breezy in the summer.

11/07/2026: Excellent food, breathtaking view, fair prices, shame about the long wait. Luckily, we were outside with pleasant, cool air, and the girls were playing in the park, but over an hour to be served is really a long time. Highly recommended if you have a little patience.

10/05/2026: I stayed at Chianti Village Morrocco in an apartment, and unfortunately, I wasn't particularly pleased with the room's maintenance and upkeep. There are several areas that could be improved: exposed television wires, the bathroom showerhead was very unstable and precariously positioned, and other small things that suggest a bit of neglect. I won't list them all because I'm not there to play inspector, but I think the apartments could use a little more attention and care. I really enjoyed breakfast, but above all, I want to compliment the breakfast room staff: everyone I interacted with was cheerful, helpful, and professional. It was definitely the highlight of my stay. I would have expected a little more attention from reception based on some of the information I received, but nothing particularly serious. Overall, I give it 3 stars: a middle ground between a room that I personally wasn't satisfied with and the breakfast staff that I found truly excellent. With a little more care in the rooms it would be a place I would recommend and where I would gladly return.
