Ristorante Chianti Village Morrocco In Tavarnelle val di pesa

I stayed at Chianti Village Morrocco in an apartment, and unfortunately, I wasn't particularly pleased with the room's maintenance and upkeep. There are several areas that could be improved: exposed television wires, the bathroom showerhead was very unstable and precariously positioned, and other small things that suggest a bit of neglect. I won't list them all because I'm not there to play inspector, but I think the apartments could use a little more attention and care. I really enjoyed breakfast, but above all, I want to compliment the breakfast room staff: everyone I interacted with was cheerful, helpful, and professional. It was definitely the highlight of my stay. I would have expected a little more attention from reception based on some of the information I received, but nothing particularly serious. Overall, I give it 3 stars: a middle ground between a room that I personally wasn't satisfied with and the breakfast staff that I found truly excellent. With a little more care in the rooms it would be a place I would recommend and where I would gladly return.

Welcoming and perfectly maintained

We stayed at this resort for three nights and had a truly positive experience. The real added value is the staff: wonderful and always available. Special thanks go to Stephane, the bartender and chef, who welcomed us every morning with a smile and spectacular breakfasts: his homemade cakes and brioches are unforgettable! The rooms are lovely and very clean. My only small complaint concerns the housekeeping service: I was disappointed that the bathroom wasn't cleaned daily. Overall, however, it's an excellent property where we would gladly return.
