08/09/2025: A welcoming and refined atmosphere made the lunch enjoyable. The attentive and courteous service contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. The pasta was truly delicious and inviting. A small increase in portions would make the experience even more satisfying. Overall, a good option for a business lunch without too many expectations.
I recommend booking.
05/09/2025: Bad experience. Although they had free tables, for some reason they didn’t want to serve us. Maybe because we’re tourists??? The waitress was really nice person, but the boss woman was not welcoming us.

02/03/2026: Excellent Sunday lunch at Nuovo Ranch in Osteria Nuova. Beautiful location surrounded by greenery, ideal for families with children. Excellent food, generous portions. Impeccable service: friendly and very attentive staff. A wonderful discovery, we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
01/01/2026: A nightmare New Year's Eve dinner: terrible food, served cold; poor-quality wine and undrinkable sparkling wine, drunk either from plastic cups or aperitif glasses (also undrinkable), which we had to rinse out by pouring the contents into either a water or wine glass, as we chose! All for €65!
P.S. At 9:45 PM, all that was left was dessert, while we sat at the table waiting for midnight!

29/12/2025: Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The appetizer wasn't bad: tasty and a good portion. I don't know why people in Val d'Elsa have such strange tastes in pizza, but this is yet another pizza I don't like in this part of Tuscany. This place makes pizzas with no crust and they're tasteless: I can make them better in my own oven. I noticed that my fellow guests who chose the gourmet pizzas were satisfied: their crust-filled pizzas had even too much crust and were rectangular. Maybe I just chose poorly, but I don't understand why there was such a difference. The bill was very fair and we had a lovely evening, so despite the food, the rating is good.

13/08/2025: We're still waiting for the pizzas, an endless wait, considering we were among the first ones there. Once we've finished our beer, we go look for a place to eat. I don't think we'll be able to eat here 🤷🏼♀️. But no, just before we left, the pizzas arrived. What a bummer!!! It would have been better to leave. Not recommended.

05/11/2025: Last terrible experience. It used to be a good place, but there were two of us for a pizza midweek, and the place was empty. We sat down at 8:00 PM and ordered, but we couldn't see anything. The pizza arrived at 9:20 PM. If the place had been full and it was a Saturday, I would have understood...
It's a shame because the pizza was really good.

04/10/2025: We came on a Saturday evening and there were no people in the restaurant. We decided to eat there anyway because of the good Google reviews!
Well, what a disappointment... We understood why the restaurant was empty...
Not very generous, a pizza with few toppings, a lukewarm and not very filling pasta dish. We had to ask for chili oil, then Parmesan, only to end up with Gruyère. We gave up on asking for bread, but instead asked for a carafe of tap water, which we were charged €2.50...
The service is a bit lacking... The dish was not very generous for the bill, however... €38 for 2 Cokes, 2 main courses, and you'll have to pay €4 for cutlery and €2.50 for tap water...
We don't recommend it!

13/01/2026: I had lunch there a few days ago. The restaurant is suitable for a business lunch. Honest food, extremely courteous service, and fair prices.
07/01/2026: Provisional rating because I intend to return for a definitive review. The mushroom pizza didn't seem very good to me because the mozzarella wasn't really that good (they used another type of cheese). The atmosphere and service were okay. Prices were slightly above average, but within the range.

19/02/2026: Me and my wife were in Florence for our anniversary and we stumbled upon this restaurant and quickly fell in love with the atmosphere and the food did not disappoint! The service is top there and they are super friendly and made us feel at home to the point where we came three nights in a row. I highly recommend whether you’re looking for great pasta, steak, and pizza since we got to try a little bit of everything! Stop in for a drink and some food you won’t regret it!

19/03/2026: Honestly, I don't recommend it.
The service was fine, the waiter was pleasant and attentive.
However, the food? Seven ravioli on my plate, half of which were empty... it was practically empty! The hamburger and fries were definitely not homemade. The carbonara? Not at all what you expect from Italy. The dishes arrived very quickly, but then again, when it's served lukewarm, almost cold, that's to be expected.
In short, if you want to leave hungry, go for it. Otherwise, avoid it!
28/11/2025: Quick and very simple lunch, fast and good portions, toilet facilities urgently need to be reviewed. €7 for side dishes is exaggerated.

01/03/2026: We order pizza either to go or delivery once a week, the pizza is always delicious and ordering via WhatsApp makes the whole process very easy. Highly recommend ordering from them, they make the best pizza in this area.
12/10/2025: Unfortunately, it's gotten much worse lately. The last time was a disaster. I'm very sorry about that because it's a place I've always enjoyed going to and where the food was good, with friendly people.
I hope I'll be proven wrong in the future.
