14/07/2024: Our hotel made a reservation for us here but when we turned up we were told that we only had 1 hour to eat inside but could eat outside (on a very busy road) for as long as we wanted. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful and the food was no better than average. The crust on the pizza was so tough. After an hour and a half outside we were asked to leave because somebody else needed our table! Avoid this place if you are a tourist this summer and go over the road to the pop-up eateries along the river. Much better!

10/07/2024: Buona pizza ottimi ingredienti…. Però le porzioni dei coccoli non si può portare un cucchiaio di stracciatella via…. E il prosciutto va tolto il pepe e affettato più fine…. Servizio buono ma da migliorare Nel complesso. Buona

18/08/2024: Some rude people, it started to rain and even though there was room inside they didn't let us in and to make matters worse the waiters got cocky at our request. We ended up paying without eating, the seafood risotto was soupy and we didn't even try it. Some unpresentable and not recommended food.

18/08/2024: Italian tipica food is phenomenal. Gnochetti con zucchini e pinoli, pasta con ragu toscano e tiramisu, but it wasn't classic, but the best thing I've tried in my life: cantucini e nocciolle. Waiters helpful although a bit disinterested, maybe in a hurry. Prices in accordance with the position of the restaurant in the immediate vicinity of the tower, only slightly more expensive coperto (without water) and wine. The atmosphere is great, and big praise for the toilet - the cleanest ever in all of Italy (comfortable and separate toilets for men and women), which is not unimportant to us tourists!

25/08/2024: People are very unpleasant, owners and dressing rooms with bad attitude 😡 they gave another meat instead of pretending wild boar. 😡😡 bad service, bad staff, bad food

08/08/2024: Restaurant to avoid! I completely thought I had found myself in the video game Fallout. First of all, the lack of smiles from the staff and the waiter who must surely also have worked at Alcatraz prison. I ordered a pizza and it was the worst I could eat, the food was canned and left something to be desired, in addition to the hard artichokes... Finally, the toilets are not often maintained from what I see, I can't even imagine the state of the kitchens! The only star I leave is for the extremely fast service. In short, restaurant to avoid unless you are a fan of post-apocalyptic restaurants.

01/09/2024: C’è scritto molto grande e fuori PIZZERIA, ci fanno sedere e dopo aver ordinato dell’acqua ci dicono che non fanno pizza quindi ci alziamo, spieghiamo le nostre ragioni e usciamo. Mi fanno pagare 2,50 € per il bicchier d’acqua versato perche l’acqua in bottiglia rimanente non ce la fanno portar via perché in vetro neanche dopo aver chiesto due bicchieri di plastica in cui metterne un po’, Comunque non sembravano per niente scocciati, scommetto che non sono l’unico a cui è accaduto

24/08/2024: Siamo stati per servizio bar al banco e il cameriere al quanto scorbutico ci ha fatto subito notare che il servizio bar non prevede la possibilità di sedersi... Poi abbiamo assistito ad una discussione fra il cameriere e il titolare che dopo vari insulti su di lui gli ha tolto la sedia e fatto cadere. (Il cameriere è handicappato). Dopo poco è arrivata l'ambulanza e polizia.... Scene di altri tempi. Mai più ...

07/08/2024: Nothing to like about this place! Nor the food nor the service… ordered a plate with grilled fish and it was a joke not even a kid’s plate! Absolutely bad!

26/07/2024: We ordered a fried appetizer, two pizzas, a burger and carbonated pasta. In terms of taste, the food was quite good, except for the burger, which had relatively tasteless meat. Unfortunately the pasta burger arrived more than 15 minutes later than the pizzas, ruining the entire family dinner. When we spoke to the head waiter he was very rude and interrupted us saying we lied it wasn't even 5 minutes. We ate the cold pizza. Can be recommended if you don't care how the staff treats customers. In the vicinity you can also find cheaper restaurants with a much more pleasant service.

25/08/2024: Vengo all’Elba da anni, ho avuto la possibilità di viaggiare in diversi stati e non è una sorpresa che sia cara per quante meraviglie possa offrire, ci sta. Amo i luoghi più tranquilli ma per una volta mi voglio togliere lo sfizio di vivere questa spiaggia così tanto decantata. Prendo un pezzo di focaccia bianca NON farcita. 7€. Se fosse stata almeno squisita l’amarezza per il prezzo sarebbe stata minore P. S. Nello scontrino c’è scritto focaccia caprese ma assicuro che era vuota, come da me richiesto e ribadito al commesso dopo avermi detto il prezzo

24/08/2024: Cena in riva al mare in una location da sogno, spiccano le specialità di pesce ma c'è anche qualcosa di terra per gli amanti della carne, ottima qualità del cibo, servizio impeccabile tra cui spicca la gentilissima Fatima che ci ha coccolato tutta la sera, consigliatissimo

04/09/2024: Rude cashier and overpriced food - not recommended I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. When my card didn't work, I was not only treated rudely by the cashier, but downright yelled at. She also didn't seem to care that she works in a tourist town and only speaks Italian - which made the whole incident even more frustrating. The whole atmosphere was extremely tense, the staff seemed annoyed and pissed off throughout. You get the feeling that you are not welcome here. The food itself was tasty, but the portions were tiny and completely overpriced. Overall a very disappointing experience that I can't recommend to anyone.

13/08/2024: Bad restaurant, it is common knowledge that we are not served our food exactly at the same time, just like in the Netherlands, but when the two of you go out to eat and there is a 10 minute gap between my friend's main course and me, meaning my food was cold, it doesn't make sense. on. A further €10 service charge will be added to the €28 bill. Please continue looking for another dining option.

13/08/2024: We paid a total of as many euros in service costs as the minutes between my friend getting her pasta and me getting my pizza. That half tame has been charged twice for service charges of €5 each. Waited 10 minutes for the pizza to arrive and the pasta was cold in the meantime, so you pay + €10 service costs on a bill of originally €28. Please look further for another tent.

22/07/2023: Madonna I didn't want to believe it when I read the negative reviews, I've been coming to this place since I was a teenager and my heart aches to write a negative review but we really aren't there... there are literally 4 tables, yet we order a drink and the girl says I forget the water and then the bottle opener for the beer which I have to ask at the time from what I think is an amateur waiter given his manners. However, we order a true victory and a calzone without mushrooms and after a while an unsolicited basic red pizza arrives, a calzone (which is also ugly) with mushrooms which the waitress initially didn't know belonged to, and a subtle victory. The girl who served us, however, apologizes and in our opinion it is the pizza chef's fault, however she warns us of a further 20 minute wait... after which the correct orders arrive but the pizzas have nothing to do with those of the past, which they were the signature of the quixote... I will go to Narnali at that time hoping it has remained as it once was

29/08/2024: Pizzeria ristorante nella norma... Abbiamo trovato posto perché non accetta prenotazioni, per fortuna. Pizza nella norma, gourmet ma non tanto grande. Prezzo,a mio avviso, un po' oltre

23/08/2024: Location carina senza troppe pretese in una piazza nel centro di Marciana Marina. Antipasti molto buoni (polpo alla elbana e bruschette con tonno), zuppa ceci e vongole (16€) discreta, peccato per il primo con pistacchio e gamberi (18€) che ha abbassato di molto la qualità della cena e per la lentezza nel servizio (un'ora e mezza per sole due portate a testa). Prezzo nella media, per essere una trattoria mi aspettavo un po' meno.

25/07/2024: Premetto che siamo stati diverse volte al Borgo antico ma qualcosa è cambiato che abbiano cambiato pizzaiolo? perché la pizza o meglio la Scrocchiarella non è più quella di un tempo ,la pizza ha il bordo grosso e fine nel mezzo ,abbiamo preso tre gusti di cui la bufala che c’era solo tanto pomodoro e due pezzi di mozzarella buttati lì , poi là cacio e pepe che ci saranno stati sopra non più di 6 quadratini di guanciale ,e per finire il gusto con i fiori con solo 4 acciughe sui 4 pezzi il tutto per il costo di 24 euro …personale gentile e servizio veloce

12/07/2024: Sono andata con la mia famiglia al menchetti alla multisala, e il prezzo dell apericena è elevato 12 euro e il cibo non e di grande qualita,come se nn bastasse la direttrice non faceva altro che guardarci male e in modo insistente e sinceramente e una cosa che non si fa.non ci tornerò più.

10/06/2024: Menchetti Giotto. Sarò breve: della prenotazione che ho effettuato per il compleanno hanno forse solo capito il nome. Avevo chiesto di mettermi in una parte specifica e mi sono ritrovata fuori nei tavoli da picnic del parco sotto un albero da cui colava ogni secondo della resina. Ci passo sopra perché ormai non potevo prenotare altrove. A metà serata ci comunicano che la torta prenotata non è mai stata preparata e che mi daranno quelle che sono rimaste a fine serata. Ciliegina sulla non-torta: prenotazione alle 21.30, alle 21.45 ci dicono che a breve chiuderà la cucina. Vabbè aggiungo altro?

14/07/2024: Locale spazioso,personale disponibile educato e premuroso,ottime portate buone e abbondanti, ci siamo divertiti molto anche nel restare a tavola dopo cena a chiacchierare...Lucia la titolare ci ha anche offerto un'amaro della casa (e non e da tutti) ma mi ha anche chiesto 10euro per un'informazione...(che non ho pagato)....ma sicuramente CI RITORNIAMO. ..GRAZIE A TUTTI VOI PER LA BELLA SERATA

29/06/2024: Personale attento e premuroso, grande locale semplice e familiare. Ottimi piatti, molta scelta sia per i piatti di mare che di terra, porzioni abbondanti. Cibo di qualità e prezzi più che giusti. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

18/08/2024: Bad experience for home delivery. Once the delivery time has been agreed (decided by the owners)… the long wait begins. Telephone contacts were of no use where in fact... we were told that delays of up to an hour were normal in their work. After 1 hour and 15 minutes of waiting, something else was done and the pizza was sent back to the sender. Extremely rude. They are happy.

17/08/2024: I was there several years ago... now I don't know what it's like but there was better. The pizza dough is fine, normal seasoning... in my opinion there is better. 16/08/24 .... I tried to trust and ..... to this day I'm still waiting for the pizzas!!! Service and behavior completely disappointing and lacking in correctness, the only flaw: I can only give one star, there would be many fewer. 9 pizzas returned completely with "only" 45 minutes late on delivery, despite several reassuring phone calls.
