The idea of ​​a pizza folded in half is tempting in itself, but what really wins you over is the quality of the ingredients and the balance of flavors. The prosciutto crudo is excellent, perfectly flavorful, the burrata is fresh and creamy, while the pistachio pesto adds an extra kick with an intense and distinctive flavor that pairs perfectly with everything else. The fresh cherry tomatoes, crispy lettuce, and Grana Padano shavings are also delicious, making this pizza not only tasty but also fresh and enjoyable to eat right down to the last bite. 29/07/2026: We had a lovely evening at Ristorante Roma. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a selection of starters, tuna tartare, pasta, pizza and a dessert. It was definitely worth the visit.

29/05/2026: We had dinner this evening at La Trota, and overall, the experience was excellent. Starting with the food, both my girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the tagliolini and carbonara. We also had the opportunity to try three appetizers (bruschetta with dried and grated trout, trout carpaccio, and hot-smoked trout with mayonnaise). The appetizers were excellent. The gin and juniper-marinated carpaccio is highly recommended. We finished with trout in Saor, which was slightly too salty (personal opinion), but the combination of trout, onion, raisins, and pine nuts really impressed me. The dessert was also good, as was the carob and persimmon combination. The location is charming; you eat in a cave. A special thanks to Corrado for his kindness and exceptional attention to service, and, of course, for the appetizer samples. Unfortunately, we live quite far away, but we'll try to return. Considering the quality of the ingredients and the sophisticated pairings, the price for dinner was very fair.

The food is fantastic: the seafood spaghetti is fabulous (I ordered it twice!), and the fresh fish is also cooked beautifully. Highly recommended, a well-deserved 5 stars!

07/12/2025: PortoMatto in Avola was a delightful discovery. I ordered a first course, a truly delicious risotto: well-creamed, flavorful, but never heavy. The restaurant is elegant, with attention to detail, and the background music is not too loud and very pleasant, allowing for a peaceful conversation. Special praise goes to the table service: professional, attentive, but never intrusive. I'd especially like to highlight the kindness and empathy of the waiter, Giovanni, who really worked hard to find a solution for my wife's particularly restricted diet, trying to accommodate her in every way possible. In the end, she didn't order anything, but his face showed genuine disappointment, a sign of genuine care for the customer. Overall, a very positive experience: highly recommended.

11/08/2026: A truly perfect evening in Noto! My wife and I agree: we've never eaten such exceptionally good pizza. The pizza dough, in particular, was something special – incredibly aromatic, airy, and yet wonderfully crispy. We learned upon inquiry that the dough rests for a full 70 hours. You can taste this passion and care in every single bite! The service was also warm, attentive, and exceptionally child-friendly. Our children were immediately given something to color and felt very comfortable. To finish, we had a tiramisu that was just as exceptionally delicious as the pizzas. An evening we will certainly never forget. For us, an absolute culinary highlight in Noto and an unqualified recommendation! We would come back anytime. No matter how many times you've eaten pizza before, try the pizza here. That's what we say, as we ate pizza every single day during our vacation.
